A beautiful house in a fabulous location with just the most amazing views over Macquarie Harbour. It had everything a group of adults could possibly want.
Need some fans in the upstairs living area when the weather is warm.

Spacious, lovely views, privacy, nearly everything you could want was available in the house, even though it wasn’t needed by us it had many things available for young children, the owner was amazing sharing all of their knowledge of local restaurants/cafes, shops, activities, it was on the edge of town so not far to go to shops/restaurants etc.
Because you are up on the hill, it is a very steep walk down into the town. The owner does mention this in their blurb about the property, so no one should arrive not knowing this.

The location, facilities and the views of the property was simply amazing. The property was immaculately presented. The heater on before we got there so we entered a warm place. We felt so right at home. Susan has fantastic communication. We will be back.

What a beautiful house to stay. We loved everything about this house. It was so warm and cozy ✨️ when we arrived. It's a little hard to find, but extremely worth the time. My favorite place on our trip

was a spectacular and relaxing place to stay. great location. room’s beautiful with everything you need. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. beds, linen and pillows very comfortable. Spa bath was a treat. Views spectacular.

The location and standard of Harbour Lookout are exceptional. We were delighted and would happily have stopped for a few days longer. The house was provided with a number of items that we weren't expecting and is ideal for families.

I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Strahan area. We travelled with another couple, and there was an abundance of bedrooms to choose from. The house was larger than expected, and extremely comfortable in every area. The view was amazing, and it was quite close to the main area of Strahan. The kitchen was amazing, and the whole house clean and suitable for our needs. The host was easy to contact and lovely to interact with. We would definitely stay here again if travelling in Tasmania.
We loved everything - cant really think of anything we didn't like.
