the host was very friendly & helpful . there was a nice view from the front of the apartment

Friendly staff, good meals at the Tavern on site and adequate accommodation for a short stay

Whilst accommodation was basic it was clean and well kept. Bedroom was a little small but at the end of the day was adequate for our needs

Great stay in lovely Strahan, simple and clean accommodation with good service from the host.

great location near Strahan shops and ferries. Also the cafe across the road was great for burgers and ice creams. Simple and clean accommodation with good kitchen to make our own breakfast. Host provided fresh towels halfway through the stay which was appreciated in the rainy weather!

Pity the Tavern had no chef at the time.

Just awful

the location was good but the unit we were shown to (number 5) was like a run down old donga with a broken table outside. Inside looked ok but we did not stay there

run down - old and never renovated. No view of the harbour as the railway station was in the way

The villa was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equiped. The staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.

One night of our stay it was windy and the tavern sign outside our window rattled all night. The view of the harbour was spoilt by the sheds for the West Coast Wilderness railway.

A good place to stay whilst visiting Strahan - we stayed for a few days.

The view was great - looking over Macquarie Harbour. We also saw the West Coast Wilderness Train leave each morning along with the boats doing the Gordon River trips.

The steps up to the accommodation were a surprise but manageable. Would not suit a wheelchair.

Near to wilderness railway station. very convenient. near to supermarket. They change towel and clear rubbish which most holiday home don’t.

Delightful. No problems whatsoever in one of the most pristine locations in Tassie.

Excellent location and great views. Across the road from scenic railway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food availability close buy, even under stress from Covid related staff shortages.

This is a long established property so looking a bit tired but still very enjoyable with rustic charm of its own.

A nice quiet stay

We had a great stay at the Regatta point Holiday Villas Great value for money The staff were super friendly and very helpful We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that had separate lounge room/fully equiped kitchen and bathroom Small tv in the lounge room Beds were comfy The best part was the location, it is directly across the road from the Westcoast wildnerness railway and a very quiet part of town We had lovely views of the water out the front windows Theres a nice grassy area out the front of the villas with benches and tables if you want to eat outside Plenty of free parking available near the villas

Regatta Point Tavern is well located with a great view from the restaurant and friendly staff.

Location across the road from the West Coast Wilderness railway station which is a big attraction to do in Strahan. Lovely view across Macquarie Harbour to the Strahan township. Short walking distance into town on a great walking trail. The restaurant was very good also.

We enjoyed our stay at Regatta Point Tavern very much. One thing which could be improved is the shower in our cabin which was very difficult to regulate - although we managed to master it.

Would definitely stay here again!

The host was helpful and friendly, the accommodation was clean and comfortable for my family stay. Location was great; beautiful views across the water, right across from the train station, close to the pub. Nice to have a kitchen to make food, and comfortable living area to eat and relax.
