We were looking for a place that housed seven of us for Folk Fest, and this house did not disappoint. The location is great - easy to walk around with plenty of restaurants and beach access within 5 minutes; and easy to get to Folk Fest. Everything was as promised, and communication was really easy with the host. One gripe is the sheets - we saw stains on some of them when we got there and washed them ourselves. One other small gripe is the lighting - there is nothing but overhead lamps, making it challenging at times. But otherwise everything else was great.

We were due to arrive a little early and our host calls 2 minutes for we arrived and said we could check in early. So perfect timing. Communication was stellar and the host was always on the bal. We saw some damage a former guest likely made and notified him and he was amazingly helpful and agreed it was made prior to us arriving at some point. In any event, the host was absolutely stellar and friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things. The location was really close to all the places we wanted to go. The accommodations were really perfect for our needs, clean and in good care. If you need a location to stay, perfect place, accessible to the beach and the mansion via short drive. If I come this way again, I'll certainly stay again. Thanks.

Overall the property was great, it housed 7 adults and 3 kids under 3 year old just fine. It's very close to everything in Newport so it's the ideal location.

David was wonderful from start to finish. He was so accommodating to our busy schedule, and his flexibility made our weekend so stress free and enjoyable! The house is wonderful with a gorgeous and private backyard. Everything you needed was provided at the house, and it was so clean! We can’t wait to come back!

We had an issue getting a hold of the property owner through the management company prior to our stay. We could not get a direct line of communication and it took several days for the owner to respond to the management company. We wanted to make changes to the reservation and we were not able to work through this with the owner which was frustrating. So we ended up staying on a weekend that we did not intend to. This property is located on a very busy main thoroughfare into Newport - so renters should know and understand that.

The best possible stay we could have ever asked for! Very kind owner who reached out prior and was a phone call away for anything! House was beautiful and our dog loveddddd the fenced in yard and watching out the upstairs sliding door balcony! Perfect location to everything too!! Close enough drive to thames and also walkable to restaurants, convenient store & brewery for a quiet night nearby! Highly recommend. We did not want to leave our little mini moon stay! Will be back for sure!!!
