Very rude staff... We had a booking but an hour before we came to know that our booking had been cancelled by the hotel staff without any confirmation with us.... And over it they had an audacity to lie about it and put the blame on us

Location and staff very good. the bathroom should have better hygiene and bathroom fitting.

Staff was very cooperative and comfortable. Specially Mr Hetal Shah

Cleanliness of the room, the carpet, linen and specailly the bathroom requires an urgent repair and better hygiene, as well as the bathroom fittings were disappointing..

Good value for money. Kind staffs. Good for short stay.

Staffs were kind and exceptionally good. They were suggesting the good food options and good restaurants nearby, which actually helped me a lot. Breakfast has no options. Just one dish which is quite ok, nothing great. Otherwise stay was comfortable. Rooms are tidy and has all required facilities for a short stay.

Location is good but that's about it

Rooms are dirty, starting from the carpet which is filthy to the bedsheet (and they didn't hv an extra bedsheet in the hotel to change the dirty bedsheet spread on the sheet)
