My family had an amazing stay at All Decked Out! Everything was just as described! The home was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. There was plenty of space for us all to come together as a family to eat and play games as well as split up to hang out on the deck to listen to music or chill in the hot tub. We were 10 minutes away from every activity we wanted to do. All decked out was perfect for our first trip to Pigeon Forge!

My family of 5 with extended family of 5 more come to the Smoky mountains once a year for the past 5 years. We were looking for location this time… we were attending a baseball tournament at Cal Ripken for my son this time and let me tell you for location it felt like it was in the backyard. Hearing the Dollywood train also just pulled at my heartstrings every time it whistled. Dollywood is so close and convenient. All Decked out was exactly what we pictured and some of the finishing touches were even more then what we expected. It was clean and new and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival Erik, the owner, notified us that the AC was not working… But Erik did everything in his power to accommodate us for at least the first night by sending us via delivery fans for each of our rooms. The next day he had someone show up to work on AC unit, fixed it, and we were great the rest of the vacation. The house was very comfortable and very accommodating for the 10 of us. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The only negative my family had… Was the shower space. If you were a bigger person, the shower stalls are slightly tight and on the darker side. There is no overhead light in the shower, space which made it difficult while showering. Erik was wonderful to deal with. He was very attentive and responded to text in a timely manner when my family and I decide to come back to pigeon Forge all decked out or possibly water fox will be on our top lists. Memories were made.

The host was great & answered all our questions prior to arrival. The home was clean with fully equipped kitchen & 2 outdoor grill options (gas & charcoal). Nice community pool (not big but nice for grandkids). Nice mattresses, plenty of comfy couches & chairs in 2 living / play areas & rocking chairs on porches. Perfect size table & counter stools for large family of 13. Had a couple days of AC challenge in 3rd floor unit but worked with host & HVAC contractor & got it fixed. Wonderful location & comfy place. Thanks so much!!

All decked out was perfect for our family fall break. All 15 of us had plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms. The game room was a great retreat after busy days. We visited All Decked out with a group of 14 (three families with mostly teenage children) and it was perfect. It's often hard to find a rental with enough separate beds and bathrooms, and we were thrilled with all the space. The game room was a hit as was the third level hot tub. It was a good location for exploring the Smokies and we also enjoyed a day at Dollywood. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates/cups/etc for a large group.
The owners were very responsive and provided us with lots of good information ahead of time - be sure to read through all their instructions so that you're not caught off guard (some of our group didn't and weren't aware that we needed to bring things like dishwasher detergent, hand soap, TP, extra towels/etc).

The property was perfect for our family of 16. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and a great experience. Used the grill couple of times and kids/adults enjoyed the game room and the hot tub was used each night! Perfect location to Dollywood and surrounding sites. Everyone enjoyed it all! Thank you to Erik and his crew for a lovely place to stay. Check in very easy and communications answered quickly. Know it’s hard to keep supplies there with quick turnovers and only suggestion was maybe hangers in the closets. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again sometime! Thank you Erik!!

We also thought the location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our biggest complaints were: 1. Internet is almost non-existent & the TV’s only have streaming. So it was nearly a no-TV week with 6 kids. 2. We did not know about the fireworks from Dollywood at 10pm every night (can’t see them but can hear them). 3. The water pump is annoying 4. If you plan to cook for a crowd, you may need to bring some things for that as the kitchen could use a few more items.

Such a great place to stay with large group. Cleanliness was great, could have used some hand soaps in bathrooms and in kitchen. Beds slept really comfortably. Location was perfect, only mins away from the island and restaurants. Also, liked the fact there was a market, pizza and your spirits store at the entrance of the community! We enjoyed a couple nights at All Decked Out house for a teacher friends getaway to Pigeon Forge—specifically Dollywood! The house was clean, spacious and included all necessary items for a stay away from home! It is less than 10 minutes from Dollywood which was a selling point for us! One suggestion for anyone staying would be to bring your own extra towels. We can’t wait to come back next year!

It was space for our group of 16 to spread out within the house, and the kitchen and living area was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. We had an issue with the internet, but Erik responded quickly and had the issue fixed quickly.

All Decked Out was perfect for our family gathering. Erik was quick and easy to communicate with, when needed. The table was large enough for all 14 of us to eat together. We were .4mi away from the entrance of Dollywood (which was one of our favorite activities). Overall, the location was great! We watched a black bear eating berries in the neighborhood. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the patio at all times of the day. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was a fun gathering spot on rainy days. Beds were comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Our family of 18 truly enjoyed getting to spend 4 nights at this cabin. It was very easy to find and super easy to get to all locations in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. Plenty of space and loved that at the bottom of the entrance was a small local pizza shop and convenience store for when you just quickly needee to grab a few items.

We booked this house for 20 adults and teens to stay in for the weekend. It was awesome! The game room upstairs was perfect for the teens. The large living room and dining area was great for the adults. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is large and it accommodated our big group. It had all of the pots, pans, utensils we needed to cook meals.
The house is close to Dollywood, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
Prior to the trip the owner was quick to answer my questions and helpful.
It’s hard to make 20 people happy but this house did.
Only negatives- Be prepared for lots of steps. There are 3 floors. Also, there are many doors to the outside (almost 2 per floor). I was worried about doors being left unlocked.

Property was easy to get to and just around the corner from Dollywood. Property was clean and ready for us when we arrived, check-in easy and seamless and check-out did not require any of the crazy procedures you usually find in a short term rental. Property manager was easy to reach and super responsive. We had a great time and will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits.

I highly recommend this property. It is a beautiful home with lots of room for a large family. The host was very easy to communicate with and the location is accessible to so many things. Will definitely be recommending this to family and friends and would love to stay here again.
