About this house rental

Built in 1957, this ranch-style charmer is tucked into a tree-lined neighborhood on the northwest side of Kokomo. With a one-car detached garage, a lovely open layout, and a fantastic front porch, you'll feel right at home here. There's space for up to five or six people spread across three bedrooms, plus the lightning-fast wifi makes it easy to get some work or schooling done.

Bright and Open

In the bright and open living area, chic, retro rattan furnishings surround the flatscreen television. It's a simple, comfortable space to kick back with a glass of wine and your favorite TV show at the end of the day. Nearby, a well-lit desk is a great spot to set up a temporary workspace.

A dining table with four chairs leads into the open kitchen. There's also another plush sofa here that creates a perfect nook for reading or lounging. The efficient, u-shaped kitchen is small but mighty and features clean white cabinets and appliances. All pots and pans and small appliances— including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave— are here.

Three Cozy Bedrooms

This home has three bedrooms including two queen beds and two twin beds. Each of the beds is draped with ultra-clean lines and each of the bedrooms has tons of closet storage space. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a full-size washer and dryer can be accessed from the hallway.

In the warmer months, the front porch of this home is a lovely spot to relax with a cold drink and watch the world go by, and the wide sidewalks are ideal for biking, walking, or jogging. The central/northwest location of this Kokomo home puts you close to the historic downtown, the Speedway, and Grissom Air Force Base.

We are originally from Kokomo but have lived out of state for 14 years. We normally stay with family when visiting but as our kids are getting older and we have pets, it is more difficult. So we decided to rent a home for our visit this time. It was perfect. Great communication with all my questions. I loved that we could bring our dogs. The open floor plan was so nice and all the bedrooms fit exactly to our needs! The house was located very near to all our family and the neighborhood is where I grew up in so it brought back alot of memories!

This became our home base for a Taylor University graduation and an Indiana Wesleyan graduation. House is exactly as pictured. Super clean!! Pet friendly. Kitchen is well stocked. Hosts are super responsive.

We spent 2 weeks at this property. Melinda was amazing with communication! Clean, cozy, close to food, shopping and more! Quiet and very well kept! Would highly recommend staying here, and we will again and again!

Home is very clean, and kitchen has everything you need. If visiting college students at Taylor or IWU, it allows you to have a place where you can come together and even bring your family dog for a visit.

I stayed in Kokomo to ride several local rail trails. This worked well. I bought groceries and cooked dinners in the house because I was tired after riding 50+ miles most every day. The owners were personable and I have no complaints. I stayed there alone, but there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a kitchen/dining room/living room space.

We stayed for a whole week and everything was beautiful and comfortable! Everytime I had a question I would get ahold of the manager and she texted me right back. Very friendly!! I would definitely recommend this place if anyone needs a place to stay in Indiana! Alot to do in Kokomo too!

Very clean and conveniently located property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Husband was working, and I tagged along. The neighborhood was very safe and very walkable, so I was able to get a couple of decent walks in every day except for check-out day. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Great communication with owners!

This property was in a perfect location for us. Very convenient to our family. The house looks recently remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathroom and new flooring. It was a very comfortable stay for 4 adults. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The neighborhood is safe and the homeowners are readily available for any needs you may have. We will be staying here again in the future.
