Excellent location and staff with very good facilities to enjoy the heart of Dusseldorf

Location is excellent, close enough to the heart of the city, but not exactly in the croud of it. Breakfast was a little short, no scramble eggs available.

a bit noisy, but the staff is friendly

The hotel is located right on the edge of the old town, with a short walk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast nicely presented and the waiters were swift and professional. The view from the room was nice to the old town. Clean.

If you are sensitive to noise, this hotel is not for you. (The advertised sound proofing is either not enough or not working) The flooring is laminate/tiles in the room which will transfer all the noise to the below rooms, there are chairs in the rooms with no floor protector on them. You can hear every step and chair push/pull, wheely luggages rolling, from the above and neighboring rooms. I asked for a room switch as the above guest was too loud at the first night, the staff kindly switched my room, but the noise was the same there too. The room has very limited amenities (no fridge/coffee machine or kettle) as the hotel strongly focuses on to invite you down to the lobby to spend your time there and potentially consume from the bar. The breakfast had only boiled eggs and small sausages as hot option.

Die Innenstadtlage optimal für Städtetrip // Sehr freundliches Personal

Die Innenstadtlage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen, viele kleine und schöne optische Elemente. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Hotelbar (hat Service 24/7) haben wir auch getestet, "Betreuung" dort auch sehr gut. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise sehr willkommen.

A great hotel close to the city centre, shops, bars and restaurants but still quiet in the room.

The modern, stylish finishes and the spacious size of the room also some nice modern touches like remote control blinds.

We were disappointed to find there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.....!

Lage und Ausstattung waren okay

Das Frühstück mit 20 € ist viel zu teuer. Es gibt keine warmen Eierspeisen,weder Rührei noch Spiegelei. Es gibt eine Sorte Käse, eine Sorte Salami und eine Sorte Schinken. Auf meine Reklamation hin wurde mir gesagt, dass es sich um hochwertige regionale Produkte handelt. Wenn ich in Düsseldorf für 20 € frühstücken gehe und hochwertige regionale Produkte bei einem Bäcker kaufe, bin ich bei 20 € super versorgt, was ich leider in dem Hotel nicht bestätigen kann. Das Frühstück war einfach nur zu teuer für die Qualität.

Top hotel met een goede locatie in het centrum van Dusseldorf.

De locatie was top en de kamers ook in verhouding met de prijs!

Het was redelijk warm op de kamer en daar kon ook niks aan gedaan worden omdat de ramen minimaal open konden en er geen airco of iets in die richting was.

Sehr modern, schön eingerichtet, ruhige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sauber!

Wir fanden das Frühstück sehr teuer - wir haben an einem Morgen für zwei Personen / ein Zimmer 48€ gezahlt. Bei Booking hätte das Frühstück 20€ pro Zimmer gekostet - das hat uns verwundert.

Fantastisch hotel voor een weekendje Düsseldorf

Mooi hotel kamertje, met fantastisch uitzicht. De lift zit niet in het zelfde gebouw als de kamers, dus heb je geen geluidsoverlast.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Frühstück war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Verzehr Möglichkeiten vor dem Hotel und besonders Roof Top sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Allerdings sollte an de Anzahl der Mitarbeiter nachgedacht werden.

Modern vibe. Best vegan breakfast selection I have ever had! Thank you!

No possibility for dinner in the hotel but they have amazing restaurant right next to them so this was no big deal. The reataurant serves very tasty turkish dishes for reasonable prices.

Die Lage war super, alles gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war toll, auch Veganer kommen nicht zu kurz. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für einen Wochenendtrip ausreichend

Der Ausblick auf den Rhein. Die Lage, nicht weit von der Düsseldorfer Altstadt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hatte ausreichend Auswahl und es wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt und es war übersichtlich. Es war gut, dass das Hotel eine Terasse oben auf dem Dach hat, wo man das Feuerwerk vom Rhein sehr gut sehen konnte und man einen Blick über die Altstadt hatte.

Dass es am Abend (Silvester) um 23.20 Uhr nur noch Getränke an der Bar gab und nicht mehr beim Kellner wegen dem Feuerwerk. Wäre es 10 vor zwölf gewesen, hätte man es noch verstehen können. Andere Gäste waren darüber auch nicht erfreut und gingen wieder. Das Parkhaus ist nicht direkt zu finden bzw. es ist nicht angegeben, dass sich das Parkhaus eine andere Adresse hat. Auch muss man bei Abreise noch das Parkticket am Automaten lösen und die Hälfte dabei tun. Auch hat die Aussicht des Zimmers nicht wie auf den Bildern entsprochen. Unser Zimmer war Richtung Rhein, aber man konnte nur die Spitze des Fernsehturms sehen Man ist von den meisten Hotels gewohnt, dass es einen Kühlschrank gibt, leider nicht. Auch war die Toilette und Dusche quasi durchsichtig und man hat alles gehört

Initial Hiccups, Eventually Sorted

Our stay got off to a rocky start as the room was set up for a single person. Instead of a seamless fix, it took four attempts to get all the essentials—extra pillow, towel, duvet, etc. While the staff was friendly and helpful, a more logical approach to room preparation would have been appreciated. Despite the initial hiccups, we eventually managed to have everything we needed in the room.

Our stay hit a small snag when the free chocolate bar was missing from the room. However, the reception staff promptly addressed the oversight with a laugh, providing the missing treats. While a minor hiccup, the positive response from the staff turned it into a sweet ending to our experience.
