The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice, but they must discard expired food so no one else gets sick.

Great location!

Breakfast muffins were moldy, danishes were expired, and milk was curdled. Having limited breakfast options was difficult for a family of four, especially with two young children. My husband and daughter actually got sick immediately after breakfast and vomited multiple times during our drive back home. Please discard all expired foods so no one else gets sick from them.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back during our next visit to Hershey.

Breakfast was all that we needed. A decent variety for an all inclusive breakfast. Pool stayed open late and we enjoyed the location, easy to get to Hershey Park. Self serve coffee was great!

They did not make up our room over night, only brought clean towels but did not make the beds.

I would not stay here again.

The beds were comfortable. I liked that they had a couple of gluten free items for breakfast.

The first night one of the beds had long hairs on the sheets and even the comforter. The sheets were either not changed or the maid put sheets on with hair. It was very obvious to see on white sheets. The walls are paper thin, we heard our neighbors tv up until morning hours. The manager on duty said she would switch our room but we had already unpacked our things so we asked for new bedding and we changed it even though she did offer to come and change for us. She told us to leave the other out in the hall which was still laying there the next day when we left the hotel. The bathroom floor had hairs on it as well like it had not been cleaned. The hot water was not hot and 1 night and 1 morning I didn't take a shower because of no hot water and my daughter who was there for basketball tournament took a cold shower one time. The room smelt musky when coming back in at night. The parking lot was small and we had to park behind a Red Roof Inn which they called overflow parking. But with us being all girls I didn't like parking behind another hotel and walking over. It didn't feel safe to me and I definitely was disappointed after spending $600.00 to stay here.

Sadly, we will not be back because of the lack of soundproofing.

The hotel is beautiful, renovated, with plenty of amenities. The staff was friendly and professional and the free breakfast was everything you could ask for.

The soundproofing in the hotel is horrendous. The people staying in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture and running a marathon over our heads late into the night. We could hear every sound in the hallway. Such a pretty hotel, but the noise level was hard to overlook.

My stay at the Best Western Plus was GREAT🙂

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable and clean it had a new smell and it was upgraded also the staff the excellent l, the selection of breakfast was good. My overall experience was great I would revisit this location again.

I didn't like the lack of parking I had to drive around to look for a parking spot.

The weather was cold and we needed hot water in the bathroom and it came intermittently between cold and hot!!

We had to spend the night so my grandmother could visit the doctor. We enjoyed our time there.

The pool was nice. The gym had multiple machines, so my kids and I could exercise together. Breakfast was delicious. The room was large and spacious.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

A pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location if you're looking to tour Hershey and Harrisburg. The staff members were pleasant and accommodating, which is always lovely. The rooms were very clean, and the whole property was well-kept. The breakfast each morning was a nice touch to our stay. Thank you.

Overpriced Hotel, with mediocrely housekeeping, good breakfast, 24 hour free coffee.

When we got to the room, everything seemed to be fine. After a few minutes we noticed a strange smell, when we checked we noticed that one of the beds even though it looked clean. It smelled like rotten milk and/or vomit. The bathroom floor looked marbled, but when we passed a damp cloth we realized that a few days ago no one had passed a pass on the tiles. We notified but the only staff at night was the girl from the front desk and she only gave me a set of sheets, so I could change them. Understand that a property with good location and facilities as it is with better administration could be exceptional, but if they continue with this decline it will lead them to failure.

Over all, a nice place to stay. It was very overpriced though, in my opinion.

The lady at check in was very friendly and welcoming! Location was perfect. Room was great.

Wish breakfast started at 6, as we had to leave by 6:30. Room was clean except the mirror in bathroom had a layer of dust visible on the top. Broken towel holder on the wall. Main bathroom light flickered when turned on.

Very enjoyable stay. Love the aesthetics and decor of the hotel.

The room was a good size. The facility seems very new. I like the overall aesthetics and decor. I also like the blackout curtains that you close with a button. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too.
