the property was clean and the inside was up to date! felt safe and loved how nice everything was including the staff

Pool was to close at 11 and a staff member tried telling us to get out at 10:45. I told him the sign says 11 as well as my reservation. He said well its almost 11. Yes in 15 minutes. He continued to stand outside the doors and stare at us until 11 making my children VERY uncomfortable. Not professional in the slightest.

elevators didn’t work one day and a little bit of trash next to couch and under the bed when we first checked in

everything was amazing

it was like being in an apartment. we loved it had an indoor pool and game room. staff was very nice

I liked everything. I read some reviews where people complained about the train noise, not sure if we got lucky with the location of our room or what but didn’t hear anything while in the room.

great property close to all the attractions!

great property, close to all of the area attractions.

the railroad line runs right behind it. very loud train horns every time a train goes by. we noticed it would go on a little after midnight and restart about 6am.

AMAZING

The rooms are insanely HUGE! 2 pools were great. Washer and drier in the room means no clod wet chlorine smelling bathing suits and no resting wet towels. Extremely close to Hershey Park. Right next to the outlet stores. Under building parking so you don't have to walk a mile with luggage or get wet if it's raining.

There was nothing not to like. It was wonderful.
