Our goal is to make your getaway very special and memorable.
Skylights throughout make this upstairs one level unit light & bright! It's also very spacious (1,060 sq.ft.) and has one Master bedroom with en suite bathroom + one guest bedroom and one guest bath (outside bedroom).
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the sofa in the living room turns into a Queen bed for extra sleeping space for families with kids. The master suite has walk in closet, dual sinks, custom walk in shower with skylight, Smart TV with Cable and private balcony that overlooks surrounding neighborhood where you can enjoy some outdoor dining or just soak up the San Diego sunshine! Guest bedroom does NOT have TV.
While there are plenty of dining options all within walking distance, the space boosts a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, double door refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and some kitchen basics for your convenience. The dining table seats 4 and offers a cozy space for some fresh coffee or a nice home made dinner. Kitchen counter has space for 2 more.
Charming living room with a comfortable sofa and gas fireplace (detailed safety and use instructions in guest guidebook) to relax after a day at the beach. Living room TV has Amazon Fire Stick and Cable for entertainment. And if you're not really into watching TV you will find some games for a fun Game Night!
The condo has central Heating/AC, and in unit washer and dryer. *Please use small loads only for washer/dryer. Ceiling Fans in Living Room and Master Bedroom and floor fan in Guest Bedroom if you don't want/need to turn on AC.
We also provide a Pack n Play.
Last but (definitely) not the least, various beach accessories are available for you to use: beach wagon, umbrella, boogie board, cooler and beach towels.

This is the perfect spot to experience San Diego without any stress. It is a one of a kind, relaxed, non-touristy community and at the same time we are a 10-minute (3 mi.) drive from airport and 15 minutes (7.5 mi.) from Downtown.
PARKING:
1 single parking spot in garage. Please note that garage is extremely narrow and your car might not fit, if that is the case, you can park in the driveway right behind your garage door.
Street parking is available but it can get crowded in the summer and on weekends.
This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

Ocean Beach is famous for its bohemian, laid-back feel and enthusiastic embrace of beach life. It's a beautiful city full of colorful characters and great restaurants and bars with some amazing views. You can surf, catch the sunset and still have time for some world-famous tacos at one of OB's iconic restaurants. It really is an exciting town that offers plenty to do. Close enough to the beach to provide a relaxing afternoon and close drive to downtown San Diego to provide a night on the downtown SD scene - there's plenty to do for everyone!
Uber and Lyft are readily available in OB. You can also walk 2 blocks over to Newport Avenue and catch the 923 bus for a half hour ride to downtown ($2.25). If you're in a car, there is one parking spot in driveway for you and street parking is also available.
*Being so close to the airport, you will hear planes taking off. They start around 6:30 am and stop at about 11 pm.
*Please put all trash inside plastic trash bags before depositing in garbage bin.
*Please use small loads only for washer/dryer.
*Condo is part of a 4-unit gated building. Your condo does not face the street and is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Check-in: 4pm-10pm
-Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and at least 3 previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
Pet Policy:
-Only one adult dog allowed (up to 20lbs) per stay

In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and approved. No lights may be strung from any pipes or fire/safety equipment. Any violation of the above fire prevention regulations may be subject to fine and/or termination and removal of the Occupant from the Property.
PETS: A$1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless Manager has given express written consent and a pet fee and pet deposit has been paid by Occupant.
EVENTS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES. No events, special occasion hostings including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, bridal parties or related events including inviting other persons not disclosed in the reservation guest count, shall be permitted on the property for any reason.

This property was super cute and exactly as advertised in the photos. Literally up a hill and across the street from the beach. Everything was clean and the master bed was so comfortable! I would highly recommend this place!

My daughter and I have stayed here previously and it is just like coming home. Perfect accommodations and in a perfect location for food, drinks, and shopping. Love being near the ocean.

This rental is fantastic. It is right by the beach. We got there and the place was super cute and comfortable, and totally immaculate. The beds were soft. You can feel the ocean breeze. The host were so helpful. The check-in process was a breeze and the host gave us the best directions and instructions for everything from how to find the condo, to how to use their direct tv.
The area had a super fun party atmosphere with great restaurants and fun things going on at the beach, and yet it was really pretty quiet, and we could sleep easy and relax at night.

We had immediate contact with the property people right after booking. They were welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The booking process was super simple, we really liked that all of the house instructions were online.
We stayed on the upper level (unit 4) which was perfect for us. Everything you need is walking distance with the main drag of Oceanside right there and the beach is truly less than 100 yards.
We felt very safe, it was a very nice neighborhood and easy to get in and out of should you need to drive anywhere.
We were there to play in the National Tennis tournament at Barnes Tennis center which was about 8 minutes by car (due to stoplights and traffic). Sea World would probably be more like 15-20min at most, again depending on traffic.
Highly recommend this unit. Very clean, comfortable beds, all the basics you need for a weekend stay or a week long stay. When we are back for the next tournament or wanting to stay near the ocean we would definitely stay here again.

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay in this ocean beach condo. Check was easy and we found the condo clean and spacious. Beds and bedding was comfortable. The location is great. It’s walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would definitely consider a second visit. Check out was the easy and stress free. No long list of chores to complete was very much appreciated!

Very nice and clean condo , very impressed with how clean it was , careful with the master room bed Frame, I banged my knee on it twice , just FYI. The condo very close to the beach and SeaWorld, lots of homeless but peaceful no issues at all, lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy, I enjoyed my stay

Yes 5 stars! We use VRBO extensively but have not had a property manager, in this case AIR CONCIERGE, be so thorough and reponsive. They are what all of us would want in a property management team. Exceptional.
Again everything about the property was perfect, and as discribed on the VRBO website. Everything within the unit worked. It is in the pathway of the San Diego International Airport so from 6:30 AM until 11:00 PM there is a lot of jet noise, particularly in the morning. This is clearly laid out on the property website and did not really bother us much at all, but for some it could be an annoinance. We would say that is the only downside. We would not hesitate to stay here agian.

We loved staying here and had a wonderful time. The place is one block from the beach and many delicious restaurants in the area. You don’t even need a car if you plan on making this a beach only stay. The garage has all of your beach needs - a cart with beach toys for kids as well as beach chairs for adults and toddlers. So thoughtful. There are also beach towels and there is a crib/pack and play in master closet so you don’t need to bring your own! The zoo, Balboa park, and museums are all within 15 minutes drive. The reason we don’t give this 5 stars is because we are clean freaks and the place could use a deep clean. We couldn’t be barefoot in house because it turned our feet black so our 2 year old had to wear socks while inside. Some people wouldn’t mind but we do. Corners and some doors like bathroom doors could use a cleaning as well as light fixtures that have accumulated quite a bit of dust and dirt. Again, many people maybe wouldn’t even notice these things but if you are like us and appreciate a super clean home, then you would notice these things. Overall this was a great place and we are happy to have stayed here!

Condo was exactly as described, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen was nicely stocked with every time we needed. Only ½ block to pier (fishers delight). Centrally located to popular beaches and recreation….we will go back!
