Exceptional

Countryside Cottages was the perfect place for my visit to the Poconos. The cabin (Forester) was super cute & had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with a coffee maker (very important! 😀), lots of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating system worked well. I was able to walk my two dogs on leash all over the grounds, which were huge. The owners were accessible and really cared about the comfort of their guests. I highly recommend Countryside Cottages for your visit to the Poconos!

Beautiful place to stay. Relaxing location, complete kitchen utensils, clean rooms. Definitely back. They were very accommodating. My child is in a wheelchair and they made way to make Easter accessible for her. I appreciate everyone's efforts.

Space and convenience

Little more warning about what not included like bath soap bar And some brighter lights (LEDS come up to 100 watt equivalent and in 3-way... only use about 10 watts of power)

Perfect spot for family fun with you furry friend.

Quite, clean , pet friendly place. River behind the cottege , big pool and a lot of space for soccer , volleyball... What not to love?

Exceptional

Second time here. Love the cabins and all the room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel at home. Very clean. Easy check in and always friendly. Will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and stay here.

the cabin was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is near several state parks for swimming and hiking. The manager was wonderful.

Beautiful place/Kept very nice/ We would love to come in the fall so we could use the outside more.

There were just a few items. Trouble with heating. Some of the cabins couldn't get warm. Our one toaster only toasted on one side. The older kids that came could not use the Game room. they were a little bummed.

Restorative.

The cottage was really cute and well maintained. The grounds were kept up nicely. We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a quiet and cozy weekend to break up the winter months. We took advantage of the many hiking trails all within few minutes drive. We definitely plan on coming back to Countryside as the cottages were very tasteful and cute. Our kids (12/15) liked the property as well. Owners were friendly, and check-in/check-out was simple.

I liked the property and think it’s a little gem. If one is looking for a quiet weekend, but near enough to amenities or activities like skiing or hiking w/o being in a crowded hotel, this spot is perfect.

Nice place for peaceful stay , nothing fancy.

Mattresses are little uncomfortable, may be not for people are who are not used to of sleeping on spring mattress.

Great Location Right off rt 80 & value + Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. would come here to stay again . Great ride from LI NY and local amenities were close by. Grounds were clean and cabin was also

Relaxing!

We could bring our dog. A quiet family atmosphere. Beautiful surrounding. We liked the creek.

A great time!

We really enjoyed this quaint little cottage. The pool was refreshing! The staff was accommodating, and there was a lot of things to do. Best of all, they’re pet friendly!

There were fans but No air conditioner:( which, with my medical condition is difficult when it’s hot/humid.

Value for the money. Just what we needed.

Prompt response to my questions by the staff. Very private. Clean cabin and looove the ambiance.

Could use a little update by making a little trail beside the stream, I guess. Having more “nature-like swings and “climbing areas” for kids.

Loved it!

Such a nice cottage. It felt like we were in the country, but you are close stores and comveniences. It was very quiet and comfortable. Extremely easy check-in, internet and TV were great! Loved our stay!!
