It worked for the two nights we were in town, however would not stay again.

The pool was fine, the kids enjoyed it. The temperature in the pool room was good so I could watch the kids without being uncomfortable. The beds were decent The coffee was decent

The hotel is old, outdated, poorly lit. We were put in the room next to the lobby which was very loud with people coming and going, and the people outside the front door. Our room was never serviced and I had to bring the front desk all my dirty towels and request for new sets. We were told that we were put in the wrong room and originally we were supposed to have a different room, however the manager checked us in so not sure how that happened. The lounge attached to the hotel was loud and clearly there is no quiet hours in the hotel because people were running down the hall at midnight the first night we were there. The free breakfast was not good, so not a perk of the hotel. Overall disappointing because the hotel certainly wasn't cheap.

Okayest of okay

Breakfast, close to casino, easy parking.

Loud children and dogs. I was charged for my small dog that I always pick up after, carry in the lobby, and take with me when I leave the room. It's insulting that I was disturbed by a careless owner who was charged the same amount for a pet fee. I will go to Red Roof Inn unless this policy can be discretionary for frequent business travelers with companion animals.

GREAT BEDS!

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was AMAZING. Fabian at the front desk was so so helpful.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. I had higher expectations.

Good Location, needs updated.

The bed was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs,sausage,French toast casserole, bagels, muffins, fresh waffles and fruit. Staff was very polite .

Main door to our room had a big gap. Door was not square to the frame. Same for bathroom door. No fan or vent in the bathroom so it filled up with steam, looked like a London fog. Something was splattered on edge of TV.

Exceptional

We had an excellent stay, everyone was so so polite and very helpful. We plan on staying there next year. Nascar weekend. So much to do at Wyndham, food, facilities there is no reason to go anywhere else.

NOTHING IT IS EXCELLENT AND WOULD RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE GOING THAT WAY, VERY HOME LIKE ATMOSPHERE. NO BAD REVIEWS FROM US.

Not even a 2 star facility

The room was respectable and it was relatively quiet during the night.

Top floor was cluttered with broken equipment and many storage rooms were open to view inside as I walked by and saw all the clutter piled high. Saw so many broken light fixtures, heater/cooler covers piled in the isle as well. So many cleaning carts blocking the walkways. Water continually leaking from bath tub where I could not shut it off - trickled all day and night where I could hear from either bed. Phone was not plugged in and did not work after I plugged it in. No remote control for the TV. Later found under the dresser and batteries were dead. Cleaning lady knocked on the door even when I had the do not disturb hanging on the outside handle.

Peaceful

The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs, it’s very clean and quiet, it’s very close to all the indoor water parks and a supermarket is right within walking distance and the food is also excellent.

Will never stay there again

The bed was comfortable

Breakfast was horrible. The room was bad. Shower head was shot. The way the jacuzzi tub was put in was terrible.

the restaurant FOOD IS AMAZING. I was so shocked with the Quality and taste

nothing to do with The facility itself. however there is a strip club down the street. it of course did not mess with our stay whatsoever just wanted to give you a heads up if it’s a family vacation. there was literally only one car in the parking lot as well.

i love the breakfast it was goood ! the hospitality is amazing from the staff to the other guest . very family oriented . drinks are amazing love the lounge . and the amenities

Wish room looked nicer

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly

The jacuzzi tub looks a bit rough. The tiles need repair, especially around the tub faucet area. Also there was some drywall issues as well. Expected better, especially with the price. Also, construction taking place was an eyesore and noisy at times, and no discount was given nor was it mentioned anywhere during booking that it was the case.

The pool had bugs floating all over it. Staff members would be on the phone and totally ignore our presence when asking for assistance.
