Very pleasant and comfortable overnight stay.

EXCELLENT IN

The rooms were very nice and cleaned and Iove the beds were fantastic good location breakfast was delicious parking lot was nice and I enjoyed a clean bathroom

Well the fire pit didn't work but that was ok it's summer time

Always a good stay!!

I loved that as soon as I walked into the hotel it was like a breath of fresh air! This was a last minute booking and there wasn’t an issue getting a room! The bed was soo comfortable giving the space me and my husband needed when sleeping! The bathroom was clean and had extra towels!

Hotel was just ok.

Location. Room was spacious. Beds are comfortable

Room air conditioner did not work. Talked to night clerk and she called manager but did not repair. Did not have any other rooms available. Yet my son booked a room after I talked to her. Breakfast area was dirty. No towels for pool. Bathroom in lobby out of order. No attendant at front desk most of the time.

Excellent Stay

The room was very clean and larger than expected. Friendly staff and smooth check in and out. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Parking was a little tight due to construction next to the hotel.

Hotel was nice, but was kind of disappointed in not being told about house keeping and coffee incide

Breakfast was good, the attendant was very nice.

The coffee maker in our room did not work. Told front desk associate 3 days in a row and nothing was done. 1st day when we left and came back, house keeping did not come to our room. I asked front dese about this when I told them about the coffee maker... we were informed we had to let them know we wanted house keeping. And if we wanted clean towels we had to put towels in the hall.

Breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious.

The hotel should be cleaner. The carpets in the room and the halls needed vacuuming. Our daughter found a spot on her pillowcase that appeared to be dried blood.

The rooms were spacious.

There was poop and blood on our shower curtain. The floors were extremely slick, when my 3 yr old got out of the tub, he slipped and almost hit his head on the tub.

Staff took care of our needs.

My husbands disability is no use of his left arm. The bathroom would have been set up better if the rail was on the left side of the commode. There is a bar you can install that hangs on the wall to make this possible.
