Dusty room

Beds were comfortable

The room was outdated and it was dusty like it wasn't dusted. My friend said it was dust mites and she couldn't sleep

Looked forward to sitting in hot tub after long drive and it was boarded up! Breakfast wasn’t very good

The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was adequate.

Would stay again.

Room was large and clean

Could use some updates. Carpet was coming up and had some chips in paint on the walls. Curtains need replaced as they were very stained.

Location. Stores and restaurants close by.

The very noisy street very hot in hallways and elevator. Out dated furniture!

I was satisfied with my stay.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean.

I seen a water bug on the 3rd floor in the hallway. I don’t like bugs. I lived in Rock Hill and always had stayed with you all but I don’t understand why you have to live 50 miles out in order to get a room now? You all just lost a valuable customer.

it was easy access to the freeway, and the people were very nice and the people were very nice

it was close to the freeway it was clean and the desk person was very nice

they were having trouble with the food warmer, and the breakfast wasn’t very warm

This was a nice location to stay not too far from state parks we were visiting.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't like the breakfast because they only had Bagels, mini muffins, cereal, eggs, waffles and sausage links to eat. They didn't have bread for toast. The sausage links were not good. I think they need more of a selection.

Would not stay here again.

The pool was open for the kids to enjoy.

The lady at check In was rude and during the night our smoke alarm in the room constantly was going off and kept my kids and I awake. My daughter had tournament the next day not something we needed. I called the front desk for almost 30 mins before I got an answer and was told if there was a guy in my room have him mess with the smoke alarm. I don't think so I was alone with my children. Was not messing with the smoke alarm and being fined for it. It wasn't beeping it was going off. It continued up until we checked out. At check out I mentioned it the lady just said oh sorry. That's not enough for not getting any sleep a discount or my money back would be better

Overall was ok Overpowering smell in the hall and room. Good location. Easy access.

I am use to a better equipped room. I like little conveniences.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large and accommodated the four of us very well. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Everything was very clean and we had no major issues.

The temperature in the showers could have been a little bit warmer. If you got in the shower during the morning time you had about 5 minutes of hot water before it turned warm(ish). That was the only complaint we had during the entirety of our stay.

Save your money and stay somewhere else !

Comfortable king-size bed. 2 rooms.

Broken air/heat thermostat! Thankfully, the window opened and helped. Rude breakfast staff. Same exact breakfast, not enough pantry. Dirty hand prints on walls.
