Location was good. AC worked good. Hot water was availablr

No cook, no breakfast, extreme smelly room and washroom. Continuous water leakage in washroom. Staff was not coperative. They took our nic and didn't return it. The pillow and comforters had big stains. Mattress and pillows were all bad quality. Decor items and glass items everywhere around property was broken. No toiletries provided. The size of the room was extremely small even though I asked for king deluxe. Extra mattress charge was 1500pkr. Overall, I came back from there extremely stressful.and would never recommend to anyone.

Good location, poor service and overpriced food

Excellent location in F-6 and easy to find

- At check-in I was told, they would charge aroumd 20% on top if I pay by credit card - Food quality is very poor and overpriced (around double compared to decent restaurants nearby)

Superb

Good location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and the price are very good. Would clearly recommend a stay here.

Load shedding very often. Not that much Equipment but I guess thats ok for the price.

Staff was supportive and cooperative.

They have to be more focused on room care like changing bad sheets regularly, it was the same for all 3 nights, if adding break fast then change of menu will be good idea

Our 2 Day Stay at Crosswinds

*Location is perfect to visit all malls and parks and daman koh and monal. However, do not take local taxis or private cars they are a rip off. Try indriver instead. * Manager is a nice guy and was apologetic throughout.

I dont want to complain but need for improvement suggestion must be given #1 Staff service was slow. Later the manager explained 2 staff family members had died and they were on leave but literally you had to remind staff atleast twice before service could be performed. #2 Butter on day 1 was available but day two it was not. The breakfast needs to to ne improved. #3 Hot water has constant issue. If a large family is staying then other suffers as 2nd day we had to take cold shower. #4 I paid for delux double room for 2 days but we were put in standard room the first night as some other guest was occupying the delux room. They did move us to delux the next day but no refund wss given for standard stay.

Excellent will come back again if I am in the area

I had a brief stay at crosswinds with my family and indeed it is a great facility with prime location to heart ❤️ of Islamabad. Our stay was great and enjoyed all available facilities. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. They ensured our privacy and provided excellent customer service. I will highly recommend this place.

To be honest, minor issues but everything was one call away. You just let the staff know at 0 and they will take care of it in minutes.
