Very good

Great hot tub and nice space to relax. The games were a nice surprise and my son loved them. Lovely and big. Was really surprised and great value for money!

The beds were too soft for us. Just a preference on our part. We made a makeshift gate for our dog so she couldn't escape off the veranda so just a warning for people with dogs.

Highly Recommended Stay, great value for money, everything you need.

Absolutely loved the home feel of the place meant you could really lay back and relax. The additional touches like plants, blankets and books were lovely. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed plus more. Comfortable beds. The hosts welcoming message was super help full with information. Loved the little guest book and reading through all the comments of peoples stays. The park it’s self felt luxurious and was peaceful, great location with the river along the bottom and nice sun set views over the fields behind. Would recommend a walk down the local pub. Easy to find via the Sat nav.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. my only suggestion given the weather we stayed in would be either a parasol or canopy that you could extend over the hot tub for some shade. However it was still fully useable and the hosts had accommodated the temperature for the sun which was lovely.

The hosts sent us a video on how to find the property and gain access into the site and property which helped a lot, the property was better than expected and the hot tub was a massive plus, especially late at night just relaxing and watching the sky's. The living room and dining room was very large and the bedrooms was surprisingly big especially with the walk in wardrobe. The property can get very warm, however if you open up the windows and keep the doors to the rooms open it creates a breeze through and cools down pretty quickly, however I think the property could do with looking at getting a small air conditioning unit which will drastically reduce the temperature during the summer seasons. The place had pretty much everything you need, however as a reminder you do need to take your own towels (make this a bit bigger on the page when booking to ensure people don't forget) Not a major thing and don't want to put it in the 'didn't like part' but the place could do with instructions on how to use the oven and also another tray and like a casserole dish

Amazing, better than expected. Great hosts.

Whole site is lovely, very quiet and tidy. Beds were comfy, whole place was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing. Pub within walking distance and river at the end of the drive.

Beautiful Accomodation.

I would like to say what an excellent host Alex is.Everything was explained and even put into a video on location of the static we were in and how to access the place.The accomodation and the hot tub was first class.There was only the weather that let it down on our last day but l don't think Alex has the powers to change that.😂.All in all brilliant accomodation and a lovely place.l can thoroughly recommend this for a relaxing break.Top Marks.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect stay in a lovely clean caravan. Riverside walks and pub nearby.

Spacious and clean accommodation. The hot tub was amazing! Clear instructions from owners.

No WiFi but that's fine as we had a digital detox! You can use your mobile data with phone as a hotspot.

Incredible hot tub break

The property was wonderfully furnished. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and we really enjoyed this feature of the property. The location was quiet and peaceful with lovely walks and local pub. Would highly recommend.

The only thing we would say is that there were no towels provided- it did not state they would be but we assumed so had to go and buy some. Otherwise no faults at all.

Owners so helpful. Immaculate inside. Everything you could need inside & all high quality. Beautifully kitted out. Hot tub amazing. Site quiet & rural. 3 mins from river .. stunning views. Nice pub 5 mins walk. Nice town 15 mins away … lovely touch : bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

Was wonderful and will definitely be back.

All the little touches made it exceptional. Very well thought out. Even had books especially for the children, amazing board games and the hot tub was amazing.
