About this house rental

Coastal Cottage on Attu in Panama City Beach is a beautiful family home with hot tub. Room for multiple cars or truck and trailer.
First Responders, Teachers and Active Military Discounts Available on nightly rates that are applied post booking. Responsible Party (person booking the property) must message us after booking a reservation. Valid First Responder, Teacher or Active Military ID of the responsible party will be required. To qualify, a booking must be made at least 30 days prior to check in date. Excludes May 25-July 31.

Walk to the beach from this spacious "like brand new" home. The open living, dining and kitchen areas provide for lots of family time. The split bedroom floorplan offers places for every guest to relax and unwind. The master bedroom is large with a dresser, desk, King bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath. The second bedroom boasts a full bed and twin bed with ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. Comfortable furniture throughout the home means a relaxing time.

Meals can easily be prepared in the huge kitchen with all the necessities and it is open to the family area so no one feels "left out".

The beach necessities are provided such as chairs, wagon, tent, cooler, and more.

Some nearby points of interest are the locals' favorite breakfast and lunch place, Sunnyside Grill, Bayou Bill's Seafood, Camp Helen State Park with hiking, fishing, kayaking, and paddle-boarding, Pier Park shopping complex, the SkyWheel, The Grande Movie Theater and much, much more.

Hot Tub is available for fee of $50.

Must be 21 years or older. All renters 21-24 required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. Renters under 25 require added $1,000. cash deposit prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for esignature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat or motorcycle trailer.

*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival
***Due to owner's severe allergies, NO PETS OR SMOKING of any type are permitted on this property.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)

ZERO complaints about anything. The house was immaculate and just as advertised. It was extremely comfortable and inviting. It met all of our needs. Check-in is a easy process and the owner is very clear about departure instructions. The location is in a very quiet area with beach access and parking about 2 1/2 blocks away. My family loved it and we would definitely return for another stay.

Our stay at the property was great! The house was immaculate and well stocked. Having everything we needed for the beach was fantastic. When we did have an issue with one of the door locks David was at the property within minutes to remedy the problem. We loved being a short walk away from the beach and being in an area that wasn’t so crowded. We utilized Carrousel market for groceries/necessities-they had everything we needed, but you aren’t far from Walmart:Target if you prefer. We would definitely rent here again!

This property is one of the cleanest and best stocked homes we've stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the house layout was great for our 5 kids. The property manager is super responsive and was very helpful when our access code didn't work. They are pretty rigid on the rules but the home is in such great shape it makes sense why. The location is great for access to the beach but you'll need to drive to bars and restaurants. Overall would definitely book again, incredible value!

The house was way prettier in person than in the pictures! Location to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Pier Park could not have been better. One great thing about this property was the outdoor area and beautiful Kitchen. Our family will be returning.

When I booked this property most of the areas we were originally planning to stay were all booked up. I'm SO glad because this house and location were awesome. The beach is a couple of blocks away and compared to most beaches in the area was not crowded. When we went they had everything you needed for the beach including towels, tons of umbrellas and beach chairs, toys for the sand, a cart and a cooler. The house was really clean and the AC worked great. The shower pressure in the main bathroom might be the best I've ever felt. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware you would have in your own home which was great! There are two grocery stores 4 minutes away. Restaurants aren't really in walking distance which is worth noting if that's important to you. We cooked a lot or made day trips to visit the different cities and towns nearby so it didn't bother us. The shades in the rooms didn't block light so we were awake by 6:30am everyday. It was fine for us because we had an infant and were up anyways but it might bother some people. We had brought a blackout tent for our daughter's packnplay which helped because it was still really bright in the room in the evening. We had a small need during our stay and the property manager was really prompt to stop by and help us out. The only thing that I wish was different was that they only provided one trash bag and a really small amount of cleaning spray or dishwasher pods. To be fair the listing said that and it was clear in the welcome letter but it felt silly to buy an entire thing of trash bags when we only used one more and a whole bottle of cleaning spray.

This house was perfect for our needs for a family beach vacation with two kids. It was an easy walk through a safe neighborhood to get to the beach, and was the cleanest house we've ever rented. The private outdoor shower was super convenient to rinse off before entering the house at the end of the day. There are lots of beach toys available and beach towels, which was nice to not have to bring with us. There are two coolers - a large one on wheels and a smaller one. The wagon, which is suitable for pulling over sand, made it so easy to lug all of our paraphernalia to the beach each day. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Overall the house was clean and stocked with any and everything you might need. The living room furniture was very dirty. You may want to reconsider white covers for the sofa and loveseat. Also, basic cable would have been great. I would definitely rent again.

House was perfect for my wife and I with my daughter her husband and 2 grandbabies, the house was on the west end on P.C. which is the best side to me, close enough to everything minus the traffic, beds comfortable, kitchen everything you need, house was spotless, great open floor plan, just a perfect beach house that i would definitely stay in again, thank you for lending us this home...

This was a great little house for our spring break weekend. It Stormed all weekend (like tornado warnings) but the house was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated and super spacious kitchen! My only complaint is that we could only get one hot shower! I think a larger hot water heater might be needed. Otherwise my entire family gives this 5 STARS!

Stay was great! Very clean space with many amenities. Good location (walking distance) from the beach. There are also golf cart rental places that you can utilize if you want to haul things to the beach. There were more than enough beach chairs, beach toys and shade options in the garage, which was a huge plus. The master bedroom and bathroom were fantastic. The house is very spacious and has lots of room for games, meals, and hanging out on the back porch. It came equipped with one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Be sure to bring soap & shampoo. You will need to get trash bags and anything else you may need from the store. There were a lot of games in the cabinet and a Smart TV to keep you entertained. Very nice kitchen; you could cook a big meal in it if you wanted to. We would like to have had access to a pantry, but there was plenty of counter space for our food. The hot tub was not available for guest use. The only con was the perimeter cameras, which made it feel like there was a watchful eye every time you entered or left. Overall we had a great time here and would definitely recommend.
