About this house rental
You will love our cozy, well-appointed home. Whether it's relaxing on the front screened in porch, sunbathing on the roof-top deck, or chilling in the comfy living room, you will find a new level of peace and quiet here. Our home is situated almost equally distanced from both the beach and the bay, so you can be toes in the sand or eating ice cream in town in minutes. The home has 3 bedrooms: both the master bedroom and 1st guest room have queen size beds, while the 2nd quest room has 2 sets of bunkbeds and can sleep up to four people. There are 2 full baths, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a walk in shower. There is also a fully enclosed outdoor shower on the side deck.
The screen-in front porch seats 8 comfortably and is a great place to unwind after a long day at the beach, read a book or enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious roof-top deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing and a table a chair set that seats 6 for outdoor dining. There is a grill on the side deck for your use.
The living room and master bath have flatscreen TVs with Dish Network service and the entire home is served by high-speed Fios Wifi. We promise you will love our home in our favorite place in the world. Come experience the magic.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The owner of the property was very responsive regarding any questions that I had. Beach gear was provided, such as beach chairs, towels, etc. It was great not to worry about bringing these items over on the ferry. The location was perfect, a very short walk to both the town and the beach. The only thing I will mention as a negative is that some windows did not open in the house, but ACs were available to keep air cool in all of the rooms.

Perfect Summer Vacation House
From booking online last year through locking up the wagon at the ferry before we left today, this was such a fantastic house!!! The screened in front porch and the rooftop deck hosted many chats by candlelight. The living room and dining table provided a lot of room for all 8 of us to relax, unwind, share meals and enjoy. Lots of natural light from floor to ceiling glass doors. The location was perfect-halfway between town and the beach, and had a perfect view of a pretty church steeple that was illuminated at night and played hymns. Sitting on the front porch in the morning and listening to wind chimes nearby and the faint sounds of the ocean was pure Heaven. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again!

Amazing stay!
This house was clean and well suited for our 2 families (2 kids each) there was a room for the kids and then each couple had their own room. They location was ideal. Close to town but also close to Corneille estates beach. Everything you need for a great family vacation!

location great, so comfortable for unrelated friends, more than enough room for all of us, and that roof deck was such an added bonus!
Loved also the abundance of towels (one of us swam in the ocean every day even tho it was still a relatively cool May)

Great for the whole family!
Great FI rental! This place had a lot of things going for it and was the perfect house for our family vacay. The screened-in porch was great for dinners without the hassle of nighttime bugs and the top deck was great for breakfast with a breeze and all the sunshine (if it rains the dining table is huuuuge and perfect for a family bbq). It’s got a window ac in every room (ac is not a guarantee in FI rentals I’ve experienced) but with all the sliding doors we were very happy just letting all that fresh ocean air in. Kid-friendly house, we had toddlers & older kiddos with us and the house layout really works for all ages. Lots of beach chairs and towels and the much-needed wagon to get around. Such a short walk to either the beach or into town for ice cream was so easy. We’ve stayed in more remote communities on the island before, and this time we learned that there’s a lot to be said for staying where everything is two minutes away. Just like the picture we really had deer stop by to graze in the yard every day (kids loved that). Grownups did have to work remotely and one person working at dining room table, one person on the screened in porch, and the host’s speedy wi-fi was a great setup. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!
