So me and my wife took our kids for the last weekend before the end of summer for them before they start school to the water slides amazing time at this house very nice very open floor plan I would say that I would love to go back with my kids and my wife once more

We came to Fresno for a baseball tournament at Fresno High School. This VRBO was nice, clean, very close to baseball field and had good AC to keep it cool in the extreme heat. The front gate wouldn’t lock the first night but they came the next day to fix it. They were prompt in their communication. It’s not the best neighborhood and there are tons of stay cats all around, but we still found that overall this was a nice place for our family to stay for the baseball weekend.

The house is gorgeous. Hard wood floors throughout. The bedrooms are very comfortable with multiple storage space for long periods of stay. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower head was perfect for my 6’4” husband. Very well maintained. We didn’t get as much use as we were planning, but being able to sleep comfortably and in a nice quiet neighborhood was a blessing for our eventful weekend. Thank you for our stay.

This was a very comfortable little house. The kitchen was furnished with very nice appliances and very clean. The back door out of the kitchen was a love cut glass window that was beautiful in the morning light. The three bedrooms were nicely furnished. We only used two of the three , but the beds were very comfortable. Although a little inconvenient , the front was fenced with a locked sliding gate that made us feel very safe. The single bathroom was very nicely appointed. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Easy access to the Airport and surrounding areas. Very convenient. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time inside the property except for sleep, the temperature inside the house was toasty. Extra charges for setting the temperature below 75 degrees which was not good during sleeping hours.

This home was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay for a few days while we were having work done on our home. Pet friendly as we needed to bring the cat! I recommend this home and this host!

The accommodations were decored nicely, the beds were comfortable.The backroom does tend to get a lot warmer than the rest of the home and we were unable to adjust the home temperature so make sure to turn the fan on immediately to cool down that area after a night everything was about the same temperature. The front yard has some over growth and overall unmanicured lawn areas which made it difficult for my low to the ground pup to use but we managed. Overall a good experince and we all felt Clean and Safe.

The front door is difficult to open I imagine it is worse with rain and humidity. TV remote had no batteries. A night light in hall off bathroom would be nice. Confortable place for us and the dogs.

This was a great location for our trip to the national parks as it was easily in the middle of Yosemite and Sequoia. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood, but it is up and coming. Property manager was great with communication before, during, and after trip.

This place and the people hosting are the way to go! I travel worldwide staying in rentals and usually have a good experience. I have to put this one as NUMBER ONE in my book! The house is cosy and clean. The kitchen modern and with everything you need to cook a meal with family and sit down to eat. Bedrooms are ample with quality bedding. It’s like home! One of the biggest pluses of this rental is the host himself though. I did not meet him but he was available every time I reached out with a message. Ahead of my arrival he sent actual videos about how to operate this or that. All the communications were on time and on the mark. I am VERY impressed. Don’t think twice about it. Superhost is the right category here and this place is spot-on!

My husband and I picked Fresno as a central location to explore the Sequoia and Yosemite parks and were delighted to find that Fresno is a wonderful city with FABULOUS restaurants and very kind people! We were up early exploring and returned in the evening. It is such a delight to have a clean, comfortable home to return to! The description is accurate but I would add that it’s nicer in person. The owner pays attention to detail, such as good beds/bedding and quality furnishings. We loved this house!

The house was idyllic. The house was very comfy, everything you need for a quick trip to the Central Valley. The yard was perfect for our dog. The motion lighting was perfect for when we arrived at night. Masuta and the assistant were very accommodating. Would definitely come back.

On the day I made the reservation my host reached out with his contact information. Timely updates were provided from then until we departed. The house was just as the photos showed and was clean and fresh. All went smoothly and I felt that if we did have an issue my host or his assistant would be immediately available. We were very happy in every respect.

We live in the Bay Area and our adult daughter lives in LA. This was an awesome place to meet 1/2 way! She wanted a home cooked meal & watch basketball with us. This place had a wonderful kitchen with new appliances and lots of counter space. The TV was big and viewable from dining table and the couch. I especially loved the mattress! A lot of places now have memory foam mattress that I find are too soft. I loved the firm mattress! The decor was current! All of the curtains matched, the bedding was new and I loved the colors! We had a small dog and felt comfortable with her in the front and back yard with secured fencing around the property. The check in instructions were super easy!
