Nice tidy property close to French Quarter and other attractions. The bed was reasonably comfortable but had roll together. They forgot to supply a bathmat and tea towel and even after i asked for some they didnt supply. The property description says free parking, there is no free parking anywhere close to the property so dont choose this property based on free parking.

Clean, convenient property. Three of us stayed here for 2 nights. It's an easy walk to the WW2 museum one direction and the French Quarter the other. The bathroom is pretty minimal with not much room to organize your stuff, so would only want to stay here more than 2-3 nights if I was by myself. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and Genesis was extremely responsive and very detailed in her suggestions. I love the vintage vibe and the brick walls. It was really a cute spot. When we return we will be back.
There is no parking on the street because it is downtown New Orleans, however we parked overnight in the Premium Parking P0501 lot on Common Street. It was alike a 2 minute walk from the condo. It was about $50, but it is in a garage so it is a little more secure than the open parking lots. I would suggest that you pay for more time then you need because the company is extremely strict and we saw many cars with boots. Ours didn’t get one because we left about an hour and a half before our time ran out.
When you arrive you can unload before parking to avoid walking to the condo with all your belongings. Just put your hazards on and everything will be fine.

This was a great location. We felt safe. There is great food nearby and you can walk to the French Quarter easily.
The property was as listed and the pictures are accurate. We liked the larger space than a normal 2 queen bed hotel room, and the cost was a little less. I give 4.5 stars for the accuracy of the online listing because it says onsite parking, but this is not true. You have to find and pay for parking. Not a deal breaker, and parking is plentiful, but this should be corrected in the listing.
I give 4.5 stars for cleanliness. The apartment was clean. The windowsills, edges on the floors, and vent fan in the bathroom could use a little attention, but my bare feet were clean walking on the floors and the kitchen, bath, and bedding were clean. I don’t think it was any different from a hotel as far as clean goes, and it did not impact our stay.
My concern was that the roof leaked. It rained most days while we were there. We saw buckets in parts of the halls to catch small leaks. I didn’t think much of it until the last night of our stay. It rained really hard and water came pouring in our room in 2 spots. It was a lot of water. Lucky we were there to move our belongings and throw towels on the floor, or some of our things would have been damaged. I notified the property owner so they can fix the roof.
I would stay here again if I knew the roof was fixed. The property owner was very responsive and I am confident they will fix the roof, but I’d ask before booking.

Great location to New Orleans downtown and French quarter area. Property was clean and communication with the host was excellent! Do be prepared to pay for parking. I've stayed in the French Quarter area many times so this was not much of a surprise to me though. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was so close that you could walk to it. The ruby Slipper which is less than 10 steps from the entrance was great. There are corner stores close and all types of food establishments close.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was EXACTLY as advertised. Barely a block and a half from Canal Street. Just a two minute walk to the French Quarter, but far enough to be able to sleep without the noise waking you up. Communication with property management was superb. She was very quick to respond when I had questions and we did not experience any problems while we were there. Will use this spot again next time we come to NOLA!

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and ideally located near the fun spots so you can walk to everything easily yet also have quiet when you want to sleep. This is the best property we've stayed at in New Orleans and we will definitely stay there again when we go back. It is definitely 5 stars!

It was nice being close to Canal and Bourbon. You have access to restraunts and shops. It was nice and quiet in the room. There was next to none of the outside noises from street night life. Parking was my biggest dislike. While there is free parking near by if you are lucky, we ended up paying for two over night passes at $35 each. This is not a reflection of this room or it's owner but just our experience. I would book again

My family visited NOLA for the first time and this was the perfect location for us. It is right next to Ruby Slipper, which is a very popular breakfast place. The location was great because we were not far from the French quarter. Food was amazing. Would recommend

This place was in the perfect location if you wanna experience NOLA. Everything we wanted to see was a 15 min or less walk from this place. The parking was a lot about a block away which wasn’t ideal at first but we ended up walking everywhere so it worked out really well during our stay. Shower was kinda small, but overall it was amazing!! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was really good at communicating with me before, during, and after our stay.

The property is very cute and in a really convenient location if you’d like to be near the French Quarter. When we arrived at 4 for check-in, I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the property. The dining table was covered in food crumbs and there was a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor. We also weren’t able to control the temperature so we were locked in at 73, which in New Orleans, is very warm. Because of that, sleeping was pretty uncomfortable. The host is really friendly and tried to accommodate an earlier check-in time for us, which was much appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if those few issues were addressed for next time!

We had a great trip! The place was very close to everything we wanted to. We could walk to the French Quarters or grab a trolley to the garden district. The beds were very comfortable. This is a cute property. It is in a good location. Walking distance to the French Quarter and to the trolley. The price was very reasonable. The host was awesome! She is very responsive. The parking was hard, but every place in that area parking will be hard. There was a parking lot less than a block away that you can pay to park. That is what I did and it was very stress free. If I go back to New Orleans I will stay here again.

This spot was just a short walk from WWII museum, the ferry, audobon museums, Bourbon St, & Jackson Square. The place was clean, quiet, and the hostess/host was accommodating, stayed in contact, and was quick to respond. Will for sure book in the future.

The property and location were fantastic! We could walk to canal and bourbon street easily. The beds were also super comfortable and the six of us fit easily. We paid for parking in a nearby garage so we wouldn’t need to worry about it for the weekend. The only issue we had was check in. The phone number to call on the listing was disconnected and we couldn’t get the property manager to respond to requests to check in an hour early. On top of that, when we arrived at our designated check in time, the cleaning crew had just begun. Normally this wouldn’t have mattered, but we were on a tight schedule and we’re under the impression that check in was at 4:00. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

This was a pretty spacious studio, complete with kitchenette and two large comfy beds. The walk to Quarter is a little longer than a few minutes, but we didn't mind it, there's a lot to view and enjoy along the way.
