This oceanfront condo is the best beach getaway at an excellent price!
La Playa is a quiet, private and peaceful 7 story building, directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk/ocean. This condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath, with amazing oceanfront views, located right on Hollywood Boardwalk. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and you can hear the relaxing sound of waves clearly from your living room and balcony! It has an oceanfront pool and direct beach access! It is a perfect location that stays very quiet, but is steps away from the heart of the action near Margaritaville Resort. You are steps away from many waterfront restaurants on the ocean and intercostal, locally owned shops and stores, fun bike rentals, and the water taxi that goes to Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale! You will not be disappointed with this condo.
-Upon booking, you will be asked for the best e-mail to reach you and you will be contacted via e-mail to sign a vacation rental agreement and to send a copy of your Driver's License
-Go to www.HollywoodFL.org to read the City of Hollywood Ordinances. Booking this unit is acknowledgement that you've read & agree to these ordinances. There will also be a copy of the City of Hollywood, FL Ordinances located in the unit for your review, as well. Lastly, in the vacation rental agreement you will sign, will include a statement that you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to these ordinances.

We had a great time at this beachfront. Condo had everything you could ask for including beach gear for the guests. Hosts were phenomenal and we will definitely be back! Thanks Andrea for everything!

This is really a great place, very comfortable and nice. You can hear the ocean waves at night and the quiet of
the night can be a soothing alternative to our busy lives. Unfortunately we had a stormy week, with huge waves and gale force winds and memories of a vicious ocean and lonely scenes. (Our last day was the best). All the dampness made the linens a little musty--our only criticism. We had quite an adventure...and we still enjoyed this beautiful place.

This unit was a great condo. It was fully equipped with everything needed. Unfortunately we had three days of a terrible storm but otherwise the location is perfect on the Broadwalk and across the street from the beach. The owners were wonderful to work with and very flexible on anything that was needed.

Absolutely loved our stay! Location was perfect, Beach was never too crowded and the beds were comfortable. Super clean, updated. The owner is super sweet and always responded promptly.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at La Playa and we can’t say enough great things about the condo! It’s an amazing location, clean, the pool was throughly enjoyed by my kids, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Communicating with our host was easy and fast. We will absolutely be back!

THiS is a 5 star VRBO .. the location is amazing - being able to walk off and on the beach during the quick rain showers is perfect.. the building is safe - parking is convenient and everyone staying in the building is so considerate .. safe location, plenty of light all around .. The condo is true to pictures, renovated and perfect size for a family of 4 .. I appreciate the fridge with a filter water so we could fill our water bottles up often and use less plastic - the showers are amazing, great water pressure, plenty of hot water - black out curtain in the main bedroom, for the days you need to sleep in a little .. my only wish would be a king size bed, especially when your sunburned, but no complaints, just a wish .. we knew it was only a queen bed - kitchen had everything we needed, easy to have breakfast and lunch everyday .. about 4 blocks from Margaritaville, which is good because the location is
a little more subdued but if you wanted to go find something to do, it was close by - grocery stores and spirited beverages store are close, only 5 miles away .. truly can’t say enough about this place - it’s one of the best VRBO I have stayed in .. I personally appreciate having reviews to read and I promise, you will love this Condo ‼️

Stayed for a week with my husband and parents (who are both 73). This is a great set up for four people. So much to do right in Hollywood, but also took off to Ft Lauderdale and Miami and the drives weren’t bad. Great to walk down the broadwalk for dinner or ice cream or shopping which we did nearly daily! Can’t beat the view! Hope to come back!

Property was amazing, beach front with balcony, beautiful sunrise every morning. Plenty do to in the evening, bars, food, music. Had beach chairs and beach towels. I would love to come back !

Best location on the boardwalk. You are right next to all the fun activities, like restaurants, shops and a little park. We were there with two teenagers and felt safe to let them explore on their own a bit. Not many condo's have a pool so this was part of why I choose this location. Pool and pool area was kept nice. Although the sign said the swim hours were only from sun-up to sun-down (which I never knew ahead of time) we did use it after sun down as my kids were really planning on spending time there. No one seemed to complain or bother us but we did make sure we were very quiet as I am guessing that this was why they had the rule. ? Seems like it is generally an older crowd here. They provided a nice beach cart to carry all the "stuff" down the elevator and to the beach which was soooo nice to have. This condo has such a nice view of the boardwalk and beach, with just a few palm trees to make it feel tropical. They have a little table and chairs on the balcony which was awesome to sit outside anytime you wanted! Has many of my meals out there. We would definitely return.

Super nice condo with a kitchen, two bedrooms & two full baths and assigned parking. Everything you need for the beach is there for you. Comfortable & cozy beds! The owners are amazing and are always available if you need them. This will be our new family stay in Hollywood Beach! Walking distance to Everything on the boardwalk and to our favorite restaurants on the inter coastal. Truly had an amazing time and thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Communication with the owner & property manager was clear, check-in directions were easy to follow and all my questions were answered promptly. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils you need, and the furnishings were comfortable. You can't beat the location, close to shops and restaurants but away from all the hubbub. The condo is in a locked building and we always felt safe. We loved being right in front of the beach and the beach towels, chairs, and cart included with the condo were much appreciated.
This is a great rental in Hollywood Beach; I highly recommend it.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation here. The location is great and the pool was so nice to have as an alternative to the ocean. The condo was very clean and met our needs. The A/C worked very well (which was great as we stayed in August). If we decide to stay on Hollywood Beach agin for vacation this condo will be the first one we check on to see if it’s available.

First off the owner and property manager was amazing. Responsive, great instructions for check in and check out. The location is fabulous walk out your door to the beach. Extremely clean and comfortable. The beach cart was such a nice touch as we were able to load chairs, towels, cooler and all her items in the heavy duty cart and just wheel it to the beach Wish I could have stayed longer but had a fantastic time. I’ll be back

The bedrooms faced west which offered a nice view of Hard Rock's Guitar. We had plenty of space in this unit with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Everything about this property was wonderful..... a few steps from the beach the boardwalk and plenty of fun activities. The condo is very updated, clean and the perfect size for two couples or a family. I hope to be staying there many more times!

Nice condo with the basics located Right on the boardwalk (broadwalk). Beautiful view from front walkway w/BarTable & two chairs set up so you can enjoy the view. Several restaurants and shops in walking area. It can be fairly busy and a little loud on wkends but condo is very quiet. Neighbors were very nice in 501 & 502. Margaritaville Resort very close with a nice outdoor tiki bar and restaurants. Live music on some nights on outdoor stage. The owner, Suzanne, was very kind and it was easy to communicate with her. We will definitely return. Thank you Suzanne!

Was a little surprised when we found out no stove in unit. Guess did not pay attention to that when we viewed listing. Also found out fans remote works both fans in the two bedrooms.
