Not worth the money. Needs a good cleaning and improvements.

Location was good. We were close enough to make a short walk to the downtown areas. The walls were painted well.

The property was not clean. The floors were worn out and dirty. You can see where the vacuum stopped and dust and other dirt was at. Nothing was moved to clean under. The dining room chairs were dirty. The furniture was worn out and dirty. There was nowhere to sit in the living room. There was a chair with only 3 legs that was propped in the corner. I included this in the pictures below. The beds were worn out, uncomfortable and sagging. The functional utility was poor because the door was locked between the living room and dining room. If they spend money on new flooring, carpet and beds it would actually be worth the money. The outside was overgrown and not like the pictures.

It was a great place to rest our heads for a one night stay.

It was a great property for a large group. The location was convenient to walk downtown.

We parked in the driveway but the property is a duplex and the driveway was not on our side. There was plenty of street parking though.

Good place for family wedding gathering for party of 12

warm and top floor en suite shower was excellent. Great location. plenty of towels.

no back door key. Not all pots available were compatible with induction hob. fridge and freezer not suffice for group of 13

Very good

Very roomy house in great location. House lovely and warm. Nice kitchen with everything u need. Great views across to the loch. Had a really lovely stay with our family.

Not enough seating in living room for number of people staying. Next door neighbour needs to be asked to trim their hedge as u cannot see traffic coming (fast) past the house as u step into the road to cross to the parking area. Quite dangerous.

Value for money!

A great place to stay with a larger group. Fully equipped with all the kitchenware and good size of dining room. 非常适合一群朋友住的地方，走了一天还可以回到住宿弄上好吃的中式晚餐。

Comfortable stay.

The house was very clean , and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Short uphill walk from the station.free WiFi.

We are a group of older ladies, we found the steps to the house and the key safe very steep and dangerous with no handrail. The living room only had comfortable seating for 4 , we could not get any channels on the TV. one of the bedrooms was only suitable for a child.

Brilliant host, lovely home, would use again if up this way.

Our host was fantastic - such great contact and so friendly. The house is lovely, good facilities and lovely rooms. Superb location - we loved the views!

A couple guests reported their bed was uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Comfy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen

The house was a great size for multiple guests, and had several bathrooms too. Our host was really flexible and accommodating, and the check-in was really easy. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms very comfortable and the location is just a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and pubs in Fort William. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if I come back to the area I'll definitely stay there again.
