Overall was a good stay. Probably wouldn't chose this hotel again though.

I liked that it was located by alot of stores.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast and I didnt like that I was never informed of the deposit till I got there to pay.

Good for saving money, but.....its value is equivalent to what you pay for....

The location is perfect to where we wanted to be. The bed is soft, and the cable channel has a lot of channels to choose from.

The room smells moldy. The appliances are rusty and old. The towels are hard and have holes on them. I would not recommend this place. If you have money to stay somewhere else, don't go here.

Very disappointing!

The breakfast consisted of whatever you wanted to purchase out of the vending machines as well as coffee.

I was in a handicapped accessible room. I could barely get my wheelchair through the room. I was constantly bumping into the beds or the desk. The outside of the property looked as though it was about to be torn down. There were children there and my grandson wanted to go outside to play with them, but the management didn't want them to be outside.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Roadside motel location good for our needs. Room and bdding was clean. For a relatively cheap one night stay it was fine. Most importantly, it was clean.

The wifi didn't reach our room. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, the airconditioner was very loud, and there was a lot of street light coming through the blinds.

Terrible place to stay. Everything about that place is crooked and it’s disgusting.

Nothing it was terrible. They had nothing in fridge, Raiders or microwaves in most of the rooms. They had no amenities for you to use. They had no water in the pool. The pool was closed. Everything was dirty and nasty. I wouldn’t even want my dog staying there.

Everything I did not like everything I thought that face it was terrible. I was a horrible experience somewhere I would never stay again

Disappointed and absolutely disgusted by this hotel!

Nothing, the hotel gave my reservation to another person and the tried to place me in a room with a single bed when I needed two beds due to how many people were staying.

The absolute disregard for reservations and then trying to force a single bed onto our group and informing us that the single bed room isn’t for a group that large.

Booked online for $51 when I showed up to facility they wanted to charge me an extra $50 which was not mentioned on app also wanted to charge me for animals when website says animals stay at no charge did not stay in facility but from the looks of it it was a rundown old version of a Motel 6

Worst experience ever

Front desk lady Stacey couldn’t stay off her phone texting personal problems instead of fixing the problems she had at the desk. She gave another customer a key card to my room and they were able to just walk in my room while I was in bed, scared the hell out of me by the way, then they cleaned out my room of all my belongings while I was at work,said I hadn’t paid for the week, which I had , I showed them the credit card was billed

The bed was pretty okay but the overall experience sucked. And we will never stay there again.

The bed was okayish.

The fact that our room had fake eyelashes attached to one of the lamps. The room smelled of stale weed and there were roaches in the bathroom. Plus the evening person who checked us in was very spacey and acted like she didn't know what she was doing.

The first staff member was great that night. We killed 11 roaches that night and morning. We left ad soon as we could. Told the new staff member that morning about it and she didn't care. Very disappointed. Will never stay there agiain.

The only good thing about it was that it was close by different Food Places.

The Facility needs an entire makeover. The outside was horrible. It was trash everywhere and the trashcans were overfilled. Cats were running all over. The pool was filthy. Not a good experience at all. And the Lady at the front was adamant about giving extra washcloths. Made the comment about people stealing towels. Well that was offensive and I was trying to figure out how four people were going to take a bath with the same washcloth. I hated my stay and I wouldn't recommend going there😡

Worst stay ever

The beds were clean and the freezer worked.

I did not like that there was no hot water there was tape around the doorknobs like duct tape the refrigerator did not cool even on coldest setting and the TV did not work at all. I wasted a $155 on a room that didn't even work for 2 nights. The only reason I could not switch is because my mother is disabled And is unable to walk up a flight of stairs. The front desk attendant I called to get my TV to work just said I would get a discount but when I checked out they just said they made a note!?! I was already having The worst time my Van got a flat tire on the way in and we got into town really late and we had to go to the Houston Methodist Hospital to say goodbye to my aunt because she was not going to leave the hospital she was going to pass away she was in a hospice ICU. There were no toe trucks available during all of that time so I had to wait until the morning time it took 6 hours to get a tow truck so when I finally made it to the motel I let them know what was going on and no one even had any compassion and I didn't even get to stay in the room for 2 nights only 1 night but paid 2 nights for 1 So much stuff has gone on unexpectedly I wish the hotel staff would just have a little bit more compassion and try to work for you. I understand that Motels need to make money but if no one's even staying in the room and they know this because I never checked in they should offer some sort of discount even half off the 1st night. And if they say they are going to give you a discount like I was told they should follow through on that. If they don't mean it don't say it I really do not like dishonest people.

Run down mildew smelling ...booking says they have a kitchenette which the don't they charged me 100 deposit and kept it saying I smoked in there which I don't smoke . Horrible !pool was closed by the city of baytown. DON'T STAY HERE!
