Okay. We did what we wanted to do.

Position. One street from main area.

Globes blow in front outside lights and light over bed. Another one in kitchen was very dim. Base of shower needs needsre grouting. It is that bad it looks dirty. Surprised they pass inspection by health inspection. Parking difficult. Some clearly have two sites. One for boat and one for 4 Wheel drive .

Power switch in toilet wouldn’t turn on and off properly. T V Was very static Unable to watch it on a wet rainy day . No blanket to replace the doona.

Not worth it

Very old place

We waited 2 hours outside the apartment for the person to answer multiple calls and texts asking for the apartment number & code to get in. When they finally answered, they were super rude and dismissive. We only wanted to get into the apartment to get some sleep as we had driven 4 hours. Would never stay here again. The apartment is very dated also.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient to town (within easy walking distance) then the location of this accommodation is ideal. The bed was really comfortable.

As other people have commented on in their reviews the instructions to find the place were very poor and involved us phoning the contact person several times to finally sort out where the accommodation was located. We had no wifi for our entire stay (despite the accommodation stating there was free wifi). We contacted the management a couple of times and were told it was being sorted and nothing happened. In the end we were given a phone number for their Maintenance person and told to contact them directly - very poor service. We also had no TV remote and despite letting them know it was not resolved. The bathroom/toilet is very tired and needs updating.

Accomodation needs some attention

Good amount of room What breakfast?

1. Difficult to find. Has same address as hotel. Needs a sign. Hotel staff tired of directing people to your accommodation. 2. Toilet continually flushing. Had to turn off inlet tap. 3. TV not working properly. Picture freezes, sound continues. Trying to get another channel produces "not available". Often had to wait over an hour for it to work again, only to fail again.

It was easy enough to get the keys in the end. However, the exceptionally rude girl at the front office was no help whatsoever, stating she had finished work (30 mins before stated finishing time) and walking off without saying anything else. No dramas with people finishing work early, but imagine if we had needed some help from this person. Surely it can't be that difficult to smile and explain the keys are in a lockbox at the door. We were already aware of this and had just walked to the front reception to be friendly and ensure that nothing else needed to be done.

Easy to find and very convenient. Not perfect, but good price and appropriate for where its pitched

Well located. Easy parking and hosts quick to answer queries. Bed was comfortable and an array of pillows allowed me to pick the profile for me!!

Unit could do with a freshen up and TV aerial needs attention.

Frustrated.

The location was fine once we found it. What breakfast. The apartment was fine except see below.

Its hard to find. EM Apartments are actually part of the Higgins Lane Motel but there is no distinction between them. They are both at 55 Willmott Street and when you get to the address all you see is Higgins Motel. There is nothing to indicate that EMA is at the rear or any map to show where Unit 28 is located. All very poor. The TV was useless. It kept either freezing and needed restart or the wireless kept dropping out. We eventually reverted to using the phone on 4G. If you cant get a TV service sorted out then you are in the wrong game.

Very close to the main street in MR

I specifically requested an apartment with no stairs/steps access - the apartment was on the ground floor but there were steep steps from the car park to the apartment which meant I had to wait for my daughter to pick me up. Freezer in the kitchenette needs defrosting and tap in bathroom runs continuously

Great apartment with a great location

Stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. Great location— walking distance to many places

We arrived late, and it was a little hard to figure out what building the unit was in. More instructions would have made arrival a bit easier. That’s my only suggestion otherwise we had a great time.

I have an important concern. EM Apartments has and is still continually sending me a repeated email, requesting me to go into a number of links. One of the links requests my bank details for a deposit in regards to damages. I refused to do that and spoke to Michael personally requesting that he have someone at the property if a deposit is required. It also concerned me that one of the contact phone numbers was from the Philippines.

loved being so close to everything.

loved the location, albeit better directions/signage would’ve helped us find it as it is a couple of units Independently-owned and managed, at the back of Higgins lane hotel. It is cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon sun on our little balcony, too!

The fridge needs replacing, which we’ve already fed back so hopefully will be sorted soon.
