Welcome to Lazy Bear Lakehouse! We purchased this home in September of 2020 after falling in love with Bear Lake. We found this to be the perfect gathering place for family and friends and are excited to offer it as an amazing stay for your next large gathering.
This gated-community home with 5,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms (that sleeps 38!) offers gorgeous lake views, modern amenities, and plenty of creature comforts for relaxation and play. Enjoy playing pool, foosball, air hockey or watching a movie on one of 5 flat screen TVs. Enjoy breathtaking views from your own private Bullfrog hot tub on the back patio. The property also sits just across the street from the clubhouse, offering two heated swimming pools, water slide, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, and playground. The outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to early October.
Start the day watching the sunrise over the lake right from the master bedroom or deck. For all-season outdoor play, enjoy The Reserve’s 1800-foot private beach, miles of ATV and snowmobile trails accessible right from the property, or skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain. This house was so fun! We love staying in The Reserve. The teenagers and kids stayed busy playing pool, ping pong, air hockey, and hot tubbing. It was nice to have entertainment at the house! The Reserve private beach was under water, but we still had fun at the north beach. We would stay here again!

Such a great cabin to gather at! It is set up so well and always very well taken care of. Lots of space and well thought out beds and bedrooms. Lots of fun things like a hot tub and air hockey and plenty of space to just hang out all day. Great owners and communication. We had a blast. Thank You! :)

A beautiful and roomy property. The children loved the hot tub and the inside games. We also used the community pools and pickle ball court. We had memorable time.

This place was perfect for our family reunion. All together we ended up with 35 at the property, 14 adults and 21 children. We were all accommodated. The property was great! Even had plenty of silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc. to cook meals and serve all of us. The kids loved the pools and there was room on the lawn for games, etc. The view was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for parking including 5 motorcycles, 8 cars and a boat. A really great place.

We loved it. The only drawback was with a house that sleeps 38, I would have thought it would have 2 ovens so you could cook enough food for the 38 people. It was quite frustrating to just have one small stove with the oven that burned the bottom of things we cooked. Very slow to feed that many people.

Communication with the owner was pretty good. Pictures of the house were very deceiving. The cleaning fee was not cheap, and it was sickening when we showed up and the house smelled awful. As we started putting our thing away the dishes were dirty, old old old food left every where, thing small things that matter were really gross, the bbq was out of propane. Just for how much it cost it should have been perfect.

Really cool house with good views. We liked the ping pong and pool tables. We didn’t use the hot tub but played pickle ball and went to the pool which is just down the road. Good communication from host when we needed things

We had a great time with family at this beautiful, comfy and clean house. There was plenty of room for the whole group of 23 of us. The billiard, ping-pong table, foosball table and private hot tub kept us all entertained and off the screens. We enjoyed snowboarding and skiing at Beaver Mountain which was only 30 minutes away. The owner was friendly, helpful and quickly replied when we had questions. The directions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this place!!

Everyone enjoyed staying. The home fit our needs as well as being extremely comfortable. Only negative was the big couch downstairs wasn’t cleaned under. We loved it to accommodate the group and it hadn’t been cleaned under. Everything was great.

We were pleased with the property and its representation. There were a couple of items that we were not real happy with. The private beach was not nice at all. We were there post Labor Day and it was over crowded and muddy with vegitation, no real sand. We left and went swimming at the glub house which was very nice. That said, we believe the beach wasn't very nice because of the high water year. Everyone we spoke with said the beach is great when the water is lower. We do have a few suggestions to the host. It would be nice if there were full sets of measuring spoons and cups along with the ignition working on the grill. The long lighter in the cupboard didn't work, so I had to light a stick using the gas stove to get the grill lit. Once lit, the grill was the best I've used at a rental property.
The jacuzzi was very nice and worked well, along with the TVs and games. The host provided very clear instructions in all areas.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home at The Reserve in Fish Haven. The home accommodated our four children with their respective families of adults, teenagers, and young children. They utilized the pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and the hot tub. We used the grill, which was large enough to cook larger quantities of food. With the inside table and the outside table we were able to seat everyone for a meal. The convenient location near the clubhouse was a big hit with everyone, offering quick access to the gym, pickleball court, basketball court, tennis court, and the pool.

We loved staying in this lovely home. We all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room to all gather together as well as smaller areas for the children to play. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes/silverware, etc. to accommodate a large group. We especially enjoyed the private beach. Thanks for helping our family create priceless memories.

The house was fantastic. Rooms on 3 levels allowed my married kids and grandkids to be separate from each other and yet the gathering spaces are large enough for the whole group of 21 of us. The gates community gives you the sense of security, and having access to a private beach made the trip. I’m spoiled now, and we’ll be back. I definitely recommend this place!

It was a beautiful home and the beach was amazing too. I would highly recommend this. We had teenage kids who like motorcycles and we were unaware of the rules (and honestly I think some of the home owners just DO NOT like motorcycles and so they liked to complain not matter what)...if you have this type of family just be aware to make sure you drive super slow and find other places to ride. They will complain if they hear the motorcycles it seemed.. There was also an old man that lived across from the play ground that would yell at the kids too. The HOA president even told me he would not allow motorcycles if he had his way...so mostly just advising those who want to come with motorcycles to be aware and know what to expect. If you are just there for the house and the lake..hands down a winner!!! All of these things have nothing to do with the home or the owners...it was amazing and we loved it.

This was a great house for gathering with our extended family. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and a lot of fun things for parents and kids to do. It was very clean. We loved the location and the amenities that came with it. We had such a great stay! The listing was very informative and the cabin is set up so well for big families! The owner was organized and helpful and responded to all my questions so quickly! She even answered questions by text! The check in and check out was smooth and the cabin itself was stocked so well with everything we needed. Very organized, very clean and so fun! Thanks for providing such a great place to stay and making it a smooth process, would definitely recommend! (And we’re going to come back!)

We had a wonderful time. Everything was listed correctly. The lake was cool this time of year, but the pool at the clubhouse was heated. Family especially loved pool table and ping pong table. Loved that the tables in the kitchen fit our large group. Would definitely book again. Hosts were very responsive.

This cabin was absolute perfection!
We had our family of 38 stay in the cabin for 3 nights and it was pefect. The rooms were very accomadating. The house was clean, the view was breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with the necessay appliances; coffe pot, crock pots blender ect. My only suggestion is bring your own dishsoap or other kitchen cleaning supplies,there was not much in the house for clean up after meals.
I would definatley recommend this cabing for any occasion.
