Property location is good. The house is much darker than the pictures show. Kitchen faucet was leaking under the sink but maintenance guy was on it and replaced it after getting approval from owner.

Loved rhe space of the house and the Shakespeare theme. House needs to be refreshed. Old carpet needs to be replaced, lighting in the bathrooms was very poor. Found garbage under the bed and the kitchen counters had sticky spots. Housekeeping needs to do much better!!

The only issue we had was that there was hair in our showers and bathtubs making us think they weren't cleaned from previous people staying.. So we had to go buy a cleaning spray to clean it ourselves. Rug in living room was very dirty, id just toss it away it makes it look bad also there was a broken chair outside the balcony with one foot missing, I would also throw that a way. Other than that the house was a good size for our family.

This stay was definitely a fun one! The house looked cool in pictures but in person it felt like we were staying at a themed hotel. We loved it.

The property was not very clean. When we first arrived, we picked up trash and diapers that were scattered throughout the grounds. We bought additional cleaning supplies and cleaned before using the condo. It appeared there was minimal surface cleaning, but nothing was deep cleaned. The rugs are dirty, bedspreads, etc. The towels were horrible, so I purchased new towels and left them for the next guest to use. I also purchased a new ironing board cover and iron (which I took with me) because the ones at the property were filthy. There were ants in multiple rooms. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The upstairs Jack and Jill shower was painful. The shower head needs to be replaced. The entire condo could use some updating and a deep clean!

Pros: all bathrooms en suite/private, nice size for a group, good sized rooms, good kitchen essentials, four parking spots, beds comfortable, easy off/on highway.
Cons: run down, no mattress pads on beds, just sheets, 1 bath towel per guest (which is rough when you have 6 women), shower heads either had zero water pressure or the pressure was so intense it hurt, thick layer of dust on everything, the heat was set at 75 when we got there and had to ask to unlock the thermostat to turn it down to 65, even though it was winter there were ants in the bedroom and we found a full Nilla Wafer on the floor just under the dresser in the master.

We loved this home! We were down for a softball tournament and we were so close to all 4 of the different fields. We loved the location and the person we kept in contact with was wonderful and always responded quickly. We will for sure stay there again!!

Great location if visiting university. Super close to that. If it can hold 8 people it needs to have sufficient spoons and towels for that number. The chair at upstairs balcony only has 3 chairs which was a surprise when I sat and it tipped me over (on the balcony). There need to be bath or shower mats. And sone wild cats are living under the house. Still it’s a fun place and clean with a great location. Add some spoons and towels and fix the chair and it will be great.

Big for a town house odd location and right in the middle of student housing so pretty loud. 1 sink in the master didn't work. The shower heads in the master have so much hard water that barely work. Beds were comfy and big. Didn't spend much time there but it needed a cleaning and smelled odd.

Room for improvement
We really wished the property would have been cleaner. The bedspreads were dirty as well as the bathroom sinks and showers. The upstairs jack and jill shower head was dirty and clogged and made showering painful. We also had ants all over in the kitchen - including the microwave and dishwasher. :( I hate to leave a bad review, but hopefully this will help improve the property.

Worked good for our stay. A few fixes around the place would make it great. Others mentioned the shower heads. They do (or did) sting. Cleaned out the sprayers and worked much better. Our biggest issue were ants. They were all over the kitchen, got into our food, in the dishwasher. Otherwise a good spot, I liked the location. A few items addressed and the place would excellent.

Charming Rental, Needs Upkeep
We had a relatively comfortable stay at Henley Manor. It's tucked behind some student housing, centrally located in Cedar City. It has a delightful exterior, though a few of the fixtures within the building are showing wear. Our biggest complaints were that only 5 bath towels were provided (we marked 8 attending) with no spares in any of the closets; and the shower heads were either of poor quality or poorly maintained, because water sprayed unevenly out of the head, pelting sharply from some and dribbling from others. It seemed like there had been some kind of build-up blocking them. There was also a large stain on the carpet of the Master Bedroom. Also, none of the interior doors lock (bathrooms and bedrooms).
Despite the antagonistic showerheads and lack of towels, we had a pleasant stay. With a little additional upkeep and maintenance, this could be a very nice accommodation.

Cedar City rental
The house was challenging to find at first, because the address did not appear to be easily visible. We were glad that we arrived before it was dark, because porch light was not on. There was food left in the freezer, and some of the items' boxes had been opened. The back door to the house was unlocked when we arrived. A couple of the toilet paper holders were broken. A couple of the showers had extremely hard water pressure, so the water from the shower heads was a little too powerful. We felt that the house needed to be aired out, because it smelled a little stale.

Beautiful Place, Comfortable Beds!
This is a lovely home and the beds were very comfortable. It was great that there was a pull out couch bed as well, but unfortunately there were no extra sheets in the place. I hope that will be remedied and that the shower heads can be changed out so the shower spray is a little gentler and not laser beams. The owners were easy to contact and very kind and that is always appreciated.

Poor communication with person in charge of the property
I booked this place for my family to spend a week in I tried to get ahold of the person in charge of the property for a week I never got a hold of them until the day of. we were driving to it from California. It was very nerve racking to think we're making this long drive & still no reply as to how to access the house untill a couple hours left to arrive he called me to give me the access code to the door of the house..smh
