The stay was fantastic. Easy to locate. Secure backyard for pets. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was very responsive.

We traveled to Cedar for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little home. Felt very private compared to other VRBOs we’ve rented. Owners weren’t intrusive in the slightest. If anything, I was an annoyance with all my questions lol. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Convenient location. Only issue was we weren’t able to open the garage from the outside. No big deal! Very appreciative to have had a garage to unload and load, especially with the fur babies.

The property had dirty dishes and pots and pans when we arrived, the property had small cooking so cooking for 3 people was extremely tough.

Close to everything in Cedar City, Plenty of room and nice accomodations. Even a little backyard for the dog. It was lovely.

Traveled to Cedar City to visit family. We were lucky to find this house, we hate to always leave our puppy home when we travel so it was nice to be able to bring her with. The 6 of us slept comfortably. We were not at the house much do to our activities but it was a nice place to rest after our days.

We were in town to care for a sick family member, and Derek & Sarah made checking in such an easy experience! After driving for two long days, it was such a relief to have a lovely, comfortable place to unwind.

We were in town just for the weekend to visit my son. We spent excellent time together hanging out in the house, and found it to be very well located to all of the places we wanted to visit while in the area. I ran early both mornings through the neighborhood and felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you for a perfect weekend

My boyfriend and I stayed in this duplex when we came to visit his Mom. It is right off a major road and only minutes to everywhere. It is pet friendly as well.

We loved our stay at this property. It's a twin home but we hardly noticed the neighbors and the home is very spacious and open. Most importantly, it was sparkling clean! It's a lovely and welcoming home. When we contacted the property owner with a question, they responded immediately. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Cedar City!

It was a great price, easy check in process. Manager called a bit after we arrived, with that being said it was an interesting experience him watching the ring doorbell camera for us to arrive and then receive a call shortly after saying I saw you’ve arrived just wanted to make sure everything is good with the house. Other than that the house was a great place to sleep, the backyard was just dirt so no where for kids to run and play on.
