Located in a great location, you are a short 5 minute drive to Shaver Lake Village (Restaurants, Bars, & other retail shops) + Shaver Lake (swimming, boating, & water sports). China Peak Ski Resort is an easy 20.1 mile drive up Highway 168.

When you rent our villa, you will have the entire cabin during your stay. You have access to the entire home. I'll send you a personalized key code one week before check-in. Access is that easy :) The cabin is for families and friend getaways only, no parties. We are the owners, not a rental agency. We have neighbors who live next to our cabin year-round and we want to respect that.

The kitchen is accented with knotty pine cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully outfitted, complete with a knife set, spices, small appliances, and everything else you might need to prepare your favorite meals. Off the main living room and kitchen is a large private deck perfect for grilling for a large crowd with our propane grill.

Downstairs there is a full bathroom near the Game Room, with a 60 inch flat-screen TV with streaming capability, also you will find a Foosball table. Upstairs you will find the luxurious Master Suite complete with a large Jacuzzi tub along with 3 additional bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. All four full bathrooms are complete with granite countertops and knotty pine cabinets.

Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks upon your arrival! Sit out on the extended deck with a good cup of joe in hand (a complimentary selection of coffee, syrups to flavor coffee, & hot cocoa are offered, of course).

Towels - We DO provide clean beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toiletries - We DO provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage will be included in your welcome message. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.

There is no public transportation in Shaver Lake. In the winter you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle or snow chains.
