Spaciously updated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just seconds from the beach and built for the perfect family Oregon Coast experience. With one king, four queens, and four twin beds, it comfortably sleeps 14+ people. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, one bedroom on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms at ground level. With a large kitchen and living room, as well as a very spacious game room downstairs, there is plenty of space and comfort for entertaining. A few other perks are WIFI, flat screen TVs, a ping pong table, great water pressure :) and parking for 4 vehicles.
This Beach Retreat is on a quiet, dead end loop with close beach access. Soothing ocean sights and sounds along with fires on the beach, crabbing, fishing, and a private walkway to the beach all make this the perfect location and house for your Oregon Coast trip.

Everything about this property was inviting and gave you the sense of home!!! Just a short walk away from the beach that gave you beach front vibes!!! Everyone in our family had a great time from my 8 year old to all the adults! Also George next door was amazing abd very helpful!yeartadults

This was our third trip to Julie’s place in Rockaway. We keep coming back as a family because it accommodates our large family. It has large and separate living areas, a spacious and well stocked kitchen and dining area, and good sized bedrooms for all the families and kids. The home is always clean and they continue to do updates. The proximity to the beach is amazing and it is far enough from the crowds in town that we see very few people on the clean and flat beach. We’ve made this a summer destination for 3 of the past 5 years and we’ll continue to return. Julie is a great host and cares about her guests. Thanks.

This place was great for our annual family trip consisting of 3 children and 9 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including two electric griddles). Julie responded right away to questions. Would definitely rent again!

Lots of space in this house and they had just about everything you need for a great experience including double washer/dryers! Very short walk to the beach. Host had good communication.

This is a big house in a small neighborhood community with a very short walk to the beach. The appliances are new and work well, and there were tons of towels, blankets and kitchen utensils. One thing to note is there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and one is a through room to get back upstairs.
Another thing to note is the next door neighbors are friends with the owners and help if anything goes wrong. The downside to that is we didn’t feel like we had much privacy or anonymity, as he regularly watching us when we came and went. One time we were asked to be quiet, when it was another home with kids outside playing in the afternoon. This neighborhood watches out and reports back, that’s for sure! Provacy aside, it was great for our group and would recommend this home.

Another wonderful stay at this Rockaway gem! 5 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of dishes and cookware, large refrigerator and another downstairs in a great game room with ping pong table and video games plus little kid toys. Plenty of beach chairs and toys and a cooler for beach trips. Lots of towels and beach towels. And another plus, shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom plus plenty of TP and paper towels…something I appreciate and something that fewer rentals are providing.

We had a great time staying here! There was plenty of room for all of us and it was real close to the beach. We couldn't find the pack n play and the host was quick to get that resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home away from home for our my mom, my brothers and their families, and mine! Perfect location - away from the crowds, but close enough to shops. The large kitchen was awesome for meal prep and serving. And the beach only being a quick walk away was icing on the cake. Highly recommend Julie’s house to anyone with a large group/family of any ages!

This was the perfect place for our 3 families to vacation together. Plenty of space for everyone and things to do in and around the home. The ping pong table was a big hit with everyone - kids and adults. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Had a good time at our family reunion at this location in rockaway. The beach was just a couple min walk from the house. Enough beds for all of us. No AC but rooms had fans in them. Basement rooms are humid, and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Loved being in Oregon, thank you!

Had a great time here, We loved the easy and quick access to the beach. If we were not out seeing the local sights(Tillamook Creamery, Blur Heron, Cape Meares Lighthouse, Tide Polls, Crabbing) we were at the beach, The house was great and had space for all 13 of us(7 Adults and 6 kids ages 4-14). The bottom floor was perfect for a, "Kids Hang Out" as well as the starting point for each day to get out and get to the beach.
Many Memories have been made staying here, We thank you so much and were already talking about doing it again.

This house is huge and easily accommodates our family of of 13. The kids enjoy the roomy sleeping quarters with play area, TV, and their own bathroom. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with anything you need to fix your meals. My family thinks its the best house for us!!!

Our entire family traveled from Idaho and Washington to stay in this lovely home for our mother’s 60th birthday. It is very spacious with updated appliances and a very very short walk to the beach! The beach that you walk onto from the trail is sandy and clean and there’s no need to walk up or down to find a nice place to settle. Beautiful views with some stacked rocks and lots of seashells! The hot tub was very nice and clean, in fact as we were checking out it was being cleaned out and refilled for the next guests. It was raining most of the time we were there but we still explored Rockaway and the surrounding areas when we could. The Rockaway Beach Old Growth Nature Preserve was a beautiful mile and a half walk easy for all ages. The Nehalem Bay Jetty had some amazing views and tidepooling! When we weren’t out and about we hosted meals for the entire family in the home, played games at the table, the kids all had a great time in the basement/garage playing ping pong and Nintendo 64. The ONLY negative thing about the house itself is that when every room is full, you may have to walk through a room to access the upstairs without going outside and around. Because it was raining the whole time we didn’t always want to go outside so we frequently had to go through another persons room but we made it work!

Loved the house and location, we booked here solely because it had a hot tub and it didn’t work for us for 3 days so that was a bummer. Hopefully they can fix that for the next group of people. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, house is large and gorgeous. Would stay again if the hot tub works

This home is spacious and we were shocked at how big it was. For the cost per night, it was well worth the money. There was enough silverware, plates, cooking utensils for all 12 of us.
Everyone got their own room (3 adult couples) and the kids in each family got their own bedrooms to share.
The beach is a short 5 minute walk and easy even for toddlers. It’s close to Rockaway Beach city center where the shops are and close to Garibaldi for crabbing, charter fishing and restaurants. Tillamook creamery is close as well which was a fun activity.
Julie was responsive and kind. We definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future.
Another positive is there aren’t a million check out rules like other rentals. Minimal requested “chores” like taking out the trash and stripping the beds. I didn’t feel like we paid a cleaning fee for no reason, it’s actually being used as a cleaning fee.

The home is in Rockaway which was a perfect location to all the sight we wanted to see.

the instructions to access the house need updated- we put the code into the front door lock and the door opened. the key for the jacuzzi was hanging in the kitchen.

House was lovely big space for everybody only concern was basement smelled pretty musty. a couple of our family members couldn't be down there without feeling uncomfortable didn't get sick just worried. Beach was close spacious and not crowded. Overall great family retreat

The family really enjoyed the stay at the this VRBO because of the wonderful beach access. The beach area was not crowded and very clean without trash. The hot tub was s very appreciated after some cool day winds on the beach. The spacious kitchen was also very handy for the 10 of us.

This was the second year we rented this house for our annual beach trip with extended family. It has a great layout with a rec room for the kids and young adults and a large open kitchen. Even in July, we practically had the beach to ourselves. Julie is very responsive and prompt with communication. We would highly recommend this house for your next beach vacation!

This house is full of fun things for all age groups! The beds were comfy and beach access is easy. Beautiful beach that isn’t crowded. Our big complaint was no coffee! Lol!! Great vacation rental!

Often when we book a vacation home for a large group, everyone will have a bed, but not everyone may have a fork. This place was stocked! Big serving bowls, two large griddles for cooking, plenty of plates cups, bowls and flatware. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, hot tub, I could go on and on. The location was great, two minute walk to the quiet beach and a quick drive to the cute shops in Rockaway Beach. Julie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was great plenty of space and walking distance to the beach. The host was very communicative and eager to please. I left my favorite pillow there and she even mailed it back the same week 🙂

This place was amazing!! We loved the house and it was very roomy for all of us. It is very easy access to the beach and easy commute to other places you want to visit. The neighbors were all very friendly and welcomed us for our visit. We all enjoyed this very much and a big Thank you to Julie the owner for letting us spend our vacation in her beautiful home!!

Our stay at Pine Beach was wonderful! It is literally steps from a beautiful beach that you pretty much get all to yourself. The house itself is stocked with everything you need for the beach including toys, chairs and umbrellas. Bedrooms were perfect for our large family including a four year old and one year old. Only thing I would bring for a baby would be a baby gate for the stairs.

Our family gives this beach rental a 5 star rating! All agreed we should book it again! It fit our family of 13 wonderfully. There is lots of room, the kitchen is very adequately stocked with utensils/appliances, and it's a short walk to the beach. The men and boys fished off the beach and the jetty nearby and actually caught a couple fish.
All in all an awesome place to stay!
