“Diamonds & Pearls”. A serene 1,400 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Sandpiper Bay Country Club in Sunset Beach, NC. Just minutes away from the Sunset Beach, Calabash (the seafood capital of the world) and Ocean Isle Beach. Businesses are locally owned. You can be a beach bum, golf, deep sea fish, shop, or seek adventure zip lining or renting an ATV. This condo is fully furnished and equipped with mostly anything you need.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. It is very quiet and peaceful. The covered balcony overlooking the pond is stunning. We were in town for the Run Sunset races and the location worked out well. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Diamonds and Pearls! The condo was clean, with all new finishes. I loved that our little pup could join us and go on his first trip to the beach! We are a younger couple so the stairs weren’t a problem, but I would warn more mature guests that it is on the third floor with pretty steep steps. The view of the golf course and the quietness of no overhead guest make it worth the climb though!

Exceptionally clean, spacious, and well appointed. Owner was very responsive when there was a minor glitch with our check-in. For us this was a perfect location near golf courses and only a short drive from the beach.

Everything went well. Owner contacted me a week ahead of time with details. Place was clean and really nice. The location was quiet, peaceful and had all we needed. Unit was on top floor with wonderful view. Just really nice. Only negative is no elevator, so no access for handicap.

My family stayed at Diamonds and Pearls for a long weekend and loved every minute of it! The condo is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed in the condo and were close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait for our next stay. This place was wonderful for my 3 girlfriends and me as a final summer beach trip before returning to school, as we are all educators. I loved the fact that there was a TV in each bedroom and one in the living room. The beds were also very comfortable. Each of us had ample space to relax and spread out. There are 2 very small things that need attention. One of the bathrooms has a closet door off the hinges and another bathroom, the en suite, has a slow draining drain in the tub. But, those things in no way contributed anything negative to our experience. We hope to book again.

Lovely Rental

The owners were easy to communicate with while reserving the unit and upon arrival. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and very close to Calabash, nearby beaches and attractions at Myrtle Beach. The community was nice and felt very safe. It was also quiet. There was plenty of room for five of us plus our dog. The beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. We would recommend!

We arrived at the B and B at the check-in time. The place was beautiful and had pretty much anything we needed. My dogs seemed to like the view from the patio as they spent time just standing there looking. It was a relaxing place to return to after long days of meeting new people.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nicely decorated and clean. Our only issue was being on the third floor. Ut was hard on my father with COPD and husband with RA. The views were peaceful abd relaxing and only a short drive to all the major beaches and restuarants.

The condo was awesome and exceeded all our expectations. One of the most beautiful and comfortable condos we have ever had the privilege of staying. When we first walked thru the door, we were amazed at the layout, decorations, and cleanliness! The area is beautiful and anyone will be so pleased as to the choices and proximity of everything from shopping, beaches, and wonderful restaurants. If you're looking for a stay in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area, you definitely need to consider this condo. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, provided all check in and check out information perfectly, and are committed to ensuring that you truly enjoy your stay. We will definitely be coming back and choosing this property. One of the greatest stays we experienced and many thanks to the hosts for a memorable experience!

We have been renting in Sunset Beach the past year to monitor the rebuild of our house. Diamonds and Pearls was by far the nicest, updated condo we rented over that time. The condo is decorated beautifully, and the kitchen is well stocked. The condo owners were so wonderful to deal with. For us, it was a huge benefit that they allowed pets - a big bonus for us and our dog. Highly recommend this unit!

Our recent holiday stay at the “Diamonds & Pearls” condo on Sandpiper Bay golf course and near Sunset Beach was fantastic. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had through messaging, and we had text/phone access to the hosts if there were questions or issues. In fact, they provided some fantastic recommendations for restaurants in the area. The Tiki bar at the The Fish Company was awesome. The hosts were kind enough to allow both our cats (with a pet fee charge - expected). We all enjoyed sitting on the outside screened-in patio, especially the cats, overlooking the #7 pond & green.. The master bedroom was huge and overlooked the screened in porch. We didn't use the other bedrooms, but they were as advertised - both spacious and one with a king bed and the other had 2 doubles. Plenty of room for a large family. The appliances and furniture were a bit dated, but all very clean and usable. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, pots & pans, plates, glasses, etc including also some cooking oil, spices and cleaning materials. Note that this unit is on the 3rd floor, which required a fair bit of up and down on the staircase, but the view was fantastic and we had no noise above us being the top unit. As golfers, we never had to drive more than 10 minutes to some of our favorite courses in Calabash. We look forward to our next stay there. Best, Dave & Andrea

I loved how beautiful the condo was decorated. It looked like something I’ve seen in a magazine. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I enjoyed having a cup of in the mornings on the porch which overlooked the water. My daughter was excited to see the alligator and take pictures of the cranes. We would definitely come back to this paradise of relaxation. Also, the owners were very kind and answered any questions I had.
