Located in the renowned Seacrest Beach, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches, "100 Lifeguard Loop East" welcomes you with brand new furnishings and tasteful finishes sure to put your mind at ease the moment you check-in. A brand new build, on a corner lot, "100 Lifeguard Loop East" features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests with room to spare. Offering an effortless tram ride to the community beach access and the 12,000 square foot community pool and poolside cafe, you'll never escape paradise while vacationing at "101 Lifeguard Loop East".
Offering an open-concept first-floor main living space with a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area, you'll entertain and relax together as a family. You'll take delight in whipping up a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, then savor it at the dining table offering banquet style seating for ten. After a day at the beach take advantage of the gas grilling station and unwind on the roomy porch garnished with an additional flat-screen TV; and in the evenings you'll wind-down in the living room featuring a large flat-screen TV.
Making your way upstairs, you're sure to get the R&R you deserve in the master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing a private ensuite. Just down the hall, you will sleep soundly in the guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and also providing access to a private ensuite. Additional sleeping for four can be also be located on the second floor is a guest bedroom furnished with two full-size beds and supplied with a private ensuite. The kids will have sweet dreams in the third-floor bunk room, furnished with two twin over full bunk beds and an additional twin daybed, providing access to a private ensuite, as well.
A huge 12,000 square foot community pool is nearby for your enjoyment. Take a short stroll to the beach, or have the community beach shuttle pick you up - free of charge, or take a short stroll or bike ride along the paved paths to the shops and restaurants at the adjacent communities of the Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. Only 15 minutes to Pier Park, a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities, and a multi-screen theater. You will leave with unforgettable memories and hopefully will plan another visit to "100 Lifeguard Loop East"

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
