Cozy Condo in Branson at Vineyards

Very nice apartment, quiet and comfortable. Great location to easily get anywhere in the Branson area. Great value for the price!

No staff we could find onsite, but not a big deal (tried to leave text noting when we had left the room, but it went to an unmonitored mailbox). A few minor maintenance items (very loose kitchen faucet, inside door handle of back bedroom not secured/came off, etc.). Middle mattress may need replacing. Need instructions for TV use, took a bit of experimentation to get to desired stations/apps. Left short list of items noting the things we encountered along with tip for cleaning staff.

Very noisy neighbors late at night. Couldn’t figure out how to work oven. Missing necessities from kitchen. Limited parking on weekend. Communication process was confusing.

the bed in middle bedroom sagged, faucets are loose, toilet handle had to be fixed, not well equipped, pool was closed, very stressful first day getting tv to work

Enjoyed our stay. Good value for the money.

We loved the location. Overall the condo was nice.

The owner never returned my email regarding the stove which did work after all. The remote to the living room TV wouldn’t work. The bottom of our white socks turned black from the floors.

Disappointing.

The view was amazing as always. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. The beds were still awesome minus the dragon room not having the dragon theme anymore.

I didn't like the changes. We go to this condo when we go up there. Had we known there was a new owner we may not have chose this one. Updated pictures would be nice. The only reason we chose this condo in the beginning of our vacations up there was for the Asian theme. Now most of the decor has been taken down, the dragon room isn't a dragon room anymore. All the games in the closet had peices missing so we couldn't have a family game night like we did last time. The pillows were so flat that our necks hurt for a week after. There were no trash bags. No toaster anymore. I can honestly say we more than likely won't be returning to this condo.

loved it , did have to clean the grill , but other than that super nice

it was a tad pricier, after talking to guest across the hall they got a price 200$ cheaper . also we left that place in amazing shape

Good family vacation

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable for my entire family of 9.

The porch on the balcony was a complete disaster, the chairs were either upside down or dirty and there was broken glass and pieces of broken wood and dirt everywhere. The email that was given to me for the property contact did not work. We were provided 7 towels for 9 people and only 2 washcloths.

Condo was great, housekeeping company was not

The condo itself was amazing. I didn't like having to pay a cleaning fee then being told I had to clean the condo prior to check out. It should be one or the other. They asked us to start laundry but didn't even leave us laundry tabs. We paid for amenities like the pool and it was closed the entire time. Again, the condo itself was amazing BUT the housekeeping company wasn't the greatest in the world.

The only thing I didn't like was paying for the cleaning fee then having to clean the condo.
