Superb

Close to where we needed to go.

Pillows are to flat for me. There wasn't but 1 or two towels and wash cloths. Had to ask for some. Only saw one housekeeper no one to ask about things.

Very poor

They only had a smoking room and it advertised and had none. It was run down looking in our room. A/c unit was not in good shape and ceiling in bathroom was torn. Definately not the kind of place we are used to staying at in Branson.

Passable

The location was great. The staff was really nice.

It wasn't all that clean. There were bed bugs so bad that the dead bugs were lined up in the seams of the mattresses. The wall under the window was half paneling and had water damage and busting. The light switch didn't work either.

Dirty sheets and dirty coffee pot

Unexpectedly the room had a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it.

The sheets appeared dirty, there was hair on the sheets and pillow cases. There wasn't a coffee pot. I had to call twice about both things. We didn't get the coffee pot until mid afternoon. Next morning, I found out the filter had used pods in it and the pot was dirty. When we got home around 10 pm, the sheets still hadn't been changed. We couldn't even go to bed for another hour until someone finally got there and changed the sheets.

Not the greatest

The location

Booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room.. My kids and i had a headache within 10 min. Of walking in our room.. asked for a new room and was told they are sold out.. even with the parking lots completey empty at 11 pm. Light bulb was burnt out in the bathroom when we arrived. Shower was absolutely disgusting. No trashcan. Stains on towels, sheets, and bedding, shower curtain was disgusting. Hair was in the sink and tub. Huge pot holes on the parking lot. Neighbors were screaming all night and could hear everything they were saying at 330 am. Walls are very thin. Feet were black from walking on the carpet barefoot all day

Poor housekeeping, unpleasant experience.

the location

Cleanliness, or lack there of, the gentleman from the front desk seemed bothered any time I had to interact with him. I booked 2 rooms, when we arrived (it was late at night) the office was closed (which isn’t an issue, again it was late) the gentleman came down and got me registered. Room 1 was found wide open and freezing because of that. Room 1 had a very dusty bathtub which leads me to believe/conclude it isn’t cleaned properly prior to guests arriving. Room 2 was very obviously not cleaned, the bed wasn’t made, the room wasn’t in any sort of order. Overall was a very dissatisfied encounter.

I need to update my shots if I could of found another hotel that late I would have

it’s location on the main strip

the mold in the room, stains on the bed, fixtures falling off the walls, hair dryer not working, and bad smell.

Price location

The fighting in the room next to is that kept us up all night. The fact that nobody did crap about it. Nobody was in the office the next morning for me to complain to either. I will not return.

Don't stay at the Windmill Inn

Room was filthy, water never got hot for the shower and the bed and heater were worn out. If I could get a refund on our stay there I would. That's how bad it was!

There is a difference in lack of staff and "We Gotcha" Run down and Filthy at best.

On the main strip close to Kings Castle Theater

1st room reeked of Pot. 2nd room: Stained bedding, hot water was warmish at best, dirty mattress, could read a newspaper through the sheets, towel, should have been white, all dirty gray. Deferred Maintenance.

The location was the only thing likeable about the stay.

Location was good close enough to walk to most activities on the strip.

Cleanliness, comfort price genaral condition of room poor celing falling in in bathroom not enough towels no coffee maker only 1 ice machine 2 units away walls were rough and dirty room wasn't supplied well tv couldn't hear even turned to max would not recommend.

was not clean, no hot water (many people complained) - seen an oil pan sitting next to building which is a fire hazard. back side of one of the buildings a room was missing a window.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling. The room stank. The carpet looked dirty, was afraid to go barefoot. There was little to no outside lighting. Some of the building looked abandoned, broken windows, mattresses up against walls. Did not measure up to Branson standards!

Cute, older motel, needs updates; ice, real ADA, repave drive/parking/sidewalks.

Windmill over the office. Fridge, microwave, good TV, park at room to unload/load. Good sink area, but no kleenex. Impressively built into the hill.

NOT ADA room, small tub, standard toilet, 4 grab bars in the bathroom do NOT make it ADA compliant ! ! ! ! Strange soap? dispenser crowding tub. Dirty cleaning sponge left on toilet. No coffee maker in room Ice only in bldg 1;, 50 yards UPHILL (not hotel's fault, Branson Has No Flat Surface ANYWHERE!!) Only one nightstand; kinda cramped with two queen beds, so no nightstand on outside of either bed and can't get into 2nd queen (tight against bathroom wall). No desk, as displayed in online pictures.
