The rooms don’t get cleaned. When I asked, the receptionist lady felt it was okay to let herself into the room I’d paid for without my permission. It was disgusting

The location is great and it has a wonderful view.

The view and the spacious room. The bathroom was great and the shower was perfect. Enjoyed the fact that it was so close to the ICC Durban for a build up that I was involved with and had come to Durban for. Access was good and well sign posted.

The climb up to the room with a heavy suitcase. When I came in late the last night the parkings were full or people had parked badly so I was forced to park in an area that was prohibited. I felt secure but I don't know why because I only ever saw the owner of the B&B

Most Exceptional Experience

I loved everything! This was the second time I went and the service was even greater than the first. They always find ways to make your stay more pleasant, from finding out what time you'd like to have breakfast, when you schedule is tight to suggesting activities for you to do in Durban that would be safer. Thank you Portia for making my stay the most amazing I've had in my life, a piece of me remains here and I will keep coming back. What a time of relaxation!

Got the much needed rest after a long day of travelling. Very surreal.

The breakfast was fantastic. The food was generous and fresh . I enjoyed everything about the breakfast. And the super view from the table

I definitely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book at Collards again

The receptionist was such a friendly and kind person. The place exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The place is close to most tourist attractions

The bathroom is too small, especially when you have to enter and exit the shower

The hosts were very nice, location is not far from the beach. The rooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast is superb and the area is quiet and there is a beautiful view of the beach and Moses Mabhida. It is not far from Spar and there is a church nearby.
