This is our second year in a row staying at this condo, we absolutely love it. Decorated adorably, well-stocked, and the view is absolutely incredible. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to make hanging out on the beach really fun. The location is fantastic-we walked to dinners every night. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat!

Perfect getaway
We absolutely loved this condo. The unit is decorated so beautifully, it’s clean and comfortable and relaxing. It was in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Very nice to have a storage locker filled with beach toys and chairs. Beautiful sunsets and beach! We had a wonderful time and will be back next year!

Beautiful condo
We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. Perfectly decorated and spacious. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen is comfortable and functional. The Somerset complex is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The heated pool is helpful since the pool is in the shade much of the day. We would highly recommend this condo and would select this unit again on our next visit to Marco Island.

Beautiful condo with beachfront sunset view
The condo was beautifully decorated and was immaculately clean. The view of the beach and gulf was spectacular, including breathtaking sunsets over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the locker on the ground level that had beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. We hope to be back again!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for 2 teenagers and a 5 year old. It came with all the basic needs. We loved the location, beach and sunsets were beautiful everyday of the 7 nights we stayed. We would stay here again.

We love Somerset condo. This condo was nice and clean! Needs some updates! Freezer would not open when ice machine was working! Dryer was very loud and gave off an odor. Also, the blinds did not work in the family room. Towels and beach chairs were great! We had a beautiful week on Marco.

The condo was very clean, perfect for our family. Good location, easy check in/out. We had a great time! The only thing I would add to the condo is a broom. With younger children that is a must have to me.

Beautiful place and the best attention
We really enjoyed stay in this place. My wife and my two children (15 and 13). Excellent location to enjoy the sunset, rest and do some exercises (jogging or cycling). Good restaurants around and everything you need to enjoy a good vacation. Just as suggestions: a little paint on the walls would be fine and a couple of bigger pots for the pasta...We will be back soon

The pictures of the condo are right on. Everything was clean and the views are amazing. The beach and food were outstanding. Dolphins swimming near shore daily was truly a highlight!
Ewelina the property manager was attentive from start to finish. Always available and helpful. She put our mind at ease. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Calm in the midst of chaos
This unit was perfect for us as a space to relocate and work remotely for a few weeks. Excellent location - well kept. The grill availability as n option to prepare our own meals was outstanding and very important during a time period when restaurants and bars were closed. Part of the reason we chose this condo was the availability of a separate desk so both of us could set up computers and work. It was perfect and in the midst of a challenging pandemic crisis Ewelina was available and willing to work with us.

Somerset #613 review
Somerset facility was secure and in a good location. Outside facility was being well maintained and landscaped.
Unit #613 had a few issues ( broken microwave fan cover, dirty/old patio furniture, couch/bed mattress should be updated)
A lot of dust found under furniture. Other surfaces were clean.
Property Manager communicated well.

Wonderful week for our small family!
