About this house rental
Our home was built in 2017 but we've recently updated nearly all the furnishings. New for 2022 includes all new linens including bedding, pillows and towels, a newly stocked kitchen, new couches and tables and all new outdoor furniture!
When you enter the home you'll immediately notice the 12' ceilings and large open floorplan with full views through the slider doors out the lanai and pool. Photos don't do justice to how much space there is for everyone to entertain. The large island in the kitchen is sure to be a spot for gatherings!
On the main floor you'll find a full master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and bath with 2 vanities and a walk-in tile shower that you have to see! Off the kitchen there is a 2nd bedroom and bath that is convenient for use when using the pool. There is also a den for those that need to do a little work along with a laundry room with washer and dryer.
As you come up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you arrive in a 2nd great room with mini bar that opens up to a large balcony with furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath, off the great room so everyone has plenty of privacy and space.
The lanai features an outdoor kitchen with grill and a heated pool and hot tub that overlook the waterfront view.
For those that love entertaining there are 4 large flat screen TV's and a Sonos system on the main floor to connect to.
Close proximity to everything, this home is perfect for large family gatherings or fun trips away with friends!
If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, ask about our $200 rental package that offers all the necessities - 2 porta cribs with sheets and blanket, 2 high chairs, 1 child walker, 1 umbrella stroller, 1 jogger stroller, 1 beach pop up tent, 2 small kids adirondack chairs and 1 small kids picnic table that seats 4. All items are cleaned and sterilized after each use.

To start, Jim is awesome at communicating. The house has everything you need and some. The views are amazing, the privacy is awesome and the space is great. We only had a 4-8 min drive to our favorite spots to eat and beach. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 young children. Excellent pool and lanai setup. Comfortable living areas with large sectional sofas. The grill was not fully functional despite our best efforts, and the outdoor Sonos has been disabled due to prior noise complaints. Luckily we brought a portable speaker. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

We do a FL trip with our friends every year ( our FL family home isn’t large enough to accommodate) We absolutely love Marco island and being able to bring our boat to the house was a major plus! We got to use that more than anything but, the home was beautiful, great location, perfect set up and overall a great time.

We had 9 adults and 3 kids between (1-3) and the place was just amazing! The lanai doors and just the lay out could not of been better. Being able to “rent” the kid stuff saved room and money, making everything so easy. Jim was great and easy to communicate with. There is a very good chance we will be renting again as Marco Island is just an amazing place!!

Our group had a great time staying at this home in Marco! The house was spacious, pool was fabulous and it was great for a larger group (we were 6 adults and one baby).
The only complaint I have was the cleanliness of the house. The floors felt dirty from the start and people's feet were black without even stepping foot outside. In the master bedroom on the first floor, there were long dark hairs in the master bed (not mine as I have blond hair). That same dark hair was also in clumps in the shower. I found a bandaid with crusted blood stuck on one of the window ledges in the shower as well which made me think it wasn't cleaned much, if at all. In some of the other rooms, they seemed to be quickly cleaned before our stay as well. My mother in law had two orange tic tacs on her nightstand. Not ideal for my 1 year old daughter because she has a curious mind and would have likely put them in her mouth. I'm glad they weren't pills but shows me the house was poorly cleaned. Our friends had used contacts dried out on their floor of their bedroom as well. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and for the people who stayed with us. I don't fault Jim for this as he was great to work with but might be a good idea to check over the cleaning company's work every now and then on this listing.
We would stay in this home again but would want to feel like it's clean when we arrive.

We stayed at the property with our 2 children and nanny, it was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We rented a golf cart and it was very close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The pool heater and hot tub weren’t working and our host tried getting it fixed ASAP but unfortunately it needed a new part so he refunded us a very fair amount without us having to ask. We would definitely love to visit this beautiful home again.

We loved the layout of the house. Each bedroom has its own private bath which was wonderful. The House was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool area was lovely. We enjoyed our time as a family and would rent this property again.

Beautiful property with plenty of space and privacy for our large, multi-family group with multiple young children. Check in and out processes were easy, and Jim was quick to respond from booking through our stay. We would definitely return again!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location and exactly as described. Large family room area and spacious kitchen. The pool was great with canal behind us. We rented kayaks.

Our second trip to Marco Island! We brought more family this time. The hot tub was not heating up and the property owner fixed within 2 days of our stay! Great communication! The floors in the house could have been a little cleaner.

We enjoyed the property and had some glitches with the heated pool and appliances but were taken care of immediately by Tiffany and Jim.
Suggestion: Since it is advertised for ten people and out door kitchen, a table seating 10 instead of 8 would have been nice. Also, same for outdoor seating near the barbecue. Otherwise , great!

We had a great time! The property pictures and descriptions were exactly as promised. I would recommend this house to everyone going to Marco Island. Thank you for providing a great place for 8 high school friends to celebrate their 50th birthdays. We found live music on both Friday night (Sand Lot) and Sunday Funday at Stans.
It was about a 2 mile walk to an amazing beach with restaurants and bars to relax at, have a snack, and a couple of fun drinks before walking home and going for a swim in the pool. We ate in a few nights and found everything we needed to cook and plenty of room to be together. Outdoor patio was just perfect.

The house is amazing with enough rooms for five groups, but the best part is the layout enables you to be separate from others if you want. Pool and hot tubs are great, and owner responds quickly to the minor issues we encountered.
