The big attractions and Gulf Coast charms of North Padre Island are all within easy reach.

• White Cap Beach is only a block away has free public beach parking, showers and the North Padre Sea Wall.

• JP Luby Surf Park is only a few minutes away and offers a haven for surfing, and kiteboarding.

• Make sure to check out the turtle releases. I have information in the guest book.

• Take a hike on the Mustang Island State Park - one of numerous coastal parks in the area.

• The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Museums and Hooks Baseball Stadium are about 30 minutes away. The Aquarium is awesome and has a splash pad.

Local dining options are right on your doorstep.

• Walk 5 minutes to the waterside sports bar, Boathouse Bar & Grill.

• Drive 3 minutes to awesome local seafood restaurants.

Start your day with a cup of coffee. Then let the gulf breezes lull you into an afternoon nap on the balcony. After a fun-filled beach day, relax in spacious living room while the kids are playing upstairs.

The downstairs area offers an open floorplan including the kitchen dining and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home cooked meals with full sized appliances and enough seating for all with a 8 person table and 3 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio has plenty of seating and games for the family. There is a downstairs Master bedroom with Roku.

Upstairs has 6 additional beds all with walk in closets. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and with and a smart tv. The guest bedroom has ‘kids’" room has four bunkbeds a smart tv. There and a loft area with a queen bed. The upstairs also has a patio with a hammock.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer and a community pool. We offer two car garage. Other vehicles can be parked in the street, or guest parking.

It was nice the refrigerator was not working well, and the bottom master room tv remote was not working, the rest room up stair shower was dirty,and outside patio was dirty. It could use a update.

Fron the moment the door opened, i was awe struck!... The living area was incredibly spacious!!.. The kitchen was completely equipped with all the necessities ( including bbq equip). The listing said a bbq pit was provided, but i thought it was going to be a rinky- dink grill.. it was a Weber!!.. needless to say bbq night was fantastic. The kids loved they were able to have their "private" time on the upstairs balcony without the adults " being in the way". The beds in all the sleeping quarters were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for everyone!.. The location was literally around the corner from the beach... no need to buy toys for the kids.. everything was provided from Shovels, wave boards, goggles & sand castle building molds to pool noodles.. This was a great location for our family get together. My aunt was visiting from New Jersey& she was highly impressed with the beach & the home. My Marine is stationed in NC.. This stay definitely reminded (probably bittersweet)him of what's it like living in Texas... I called my brother in Tennessee to show him what he was missing..nevertheless, we are all talking about coming back again next year!

The property was very spacious, which was great for our group of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to retreat to their own spaces. The beach was a 10 minute walk. There are also restaurants and stores nearby. We really enjoyed the proximity to Padre Island National Seashore.

Perfect place for what we needed! Cute, clean place to stay for our trip to the beach! Tons of supplied beach toys! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, garage fit my Yukon XL! Fantastic communication with owner!

We had a wonderful time as a family reunion during New Year’s at this location. We had everything we needed, and the host communicated well any time we had a problem. We were only two blocks from the beach, and they allow bonfires on the beach, which added to our wonderful weekend.

Plus side: Photo tour accurate, plenty of comfortable beds. Relatively quiet neighborhood, close to beach, a good basic stay for the money. Owner's communication was very responsive and clear. Good basic grocery store very nearby. Our insurance deposit was returned much sooner than expected. Minus side: Amenities very basic (could have used a few more kitchen tools and a few more staple food ingredients; great laundry machines but no detergent). And the home is in need of a little upkeep (difficult doorknobs, broken blinds, etc). While it is very close to the beach, it takes a little figuring out how to get to the beach (we found that we could cut through a beachfront hotel's property). Summary: You won't spend a ton of money and it's a decent place to land.

I’m from CC. I loved the location for easy access to the beach that I grew up on. My teens were able to come and go to the beach and go to surf lessons independently. My husband could easily go fishing. Morning and evening walks on the beach were nice. There was plenty of space for each family member to have alone time, including our daughter who was taking a summer college class. The pool was very accessible and close. Big enough to chair with strangers comfortably. Keeping our car in the garage was a nice bonus, so the car wasn't so hot in 90-100 degree temps. We had family over with room for everyone to sit. We loved the charcoal grill and the delicious breakfast tacos 2 blocks away at Stripes. We love the coffee shop near by. The beach that is very close has gear and chairs with umbrellas to rent, although we brought our own. We found what we needed in the kitchen. We just needed to buy a bag of ice. There were no beach towels, so we got some as souvenirs at the shell shop nearby. There is a great grocery store very close by too. Thank you for having us!!

Stayed for the months of January and February and impressed with the property. Everything was fresh and clean. The were power washing the outside touching up the paint. Shopping and restaurants were across the bridge, about a 10 mile drive. Tim took care of any problems we had quickly.

Beach condo was great! Condo was spacious, clean & the price & location make it definitely worth it! 4 adults & 4 kids ages 7-14 plus a golden retriever and there was plenty of room for everyone! Condo was exactly as expected. We'd definitely book here again!

Very close to beach where we spent most of the relaxing part of the day. Easy instructions to follow and very clean. The only thing is we could not use bbq pit guessing guest before didn’t not clean. I would definitely book again.

Overall a good experience. The condo wasn't very clean when we checked in on Tuesday. Evidently a different housekeeper was used due to family emergency. Tim was able to get the regular housekeeper back in to clean. She did a very nice job. Tim was very responsive. The spacious condo was great for our large group.

We had a great stay. The property is very nice with everything we needed. Its perfectly located for a walk to the beach or a quick run to the store. The upstairs shower was not as clean as I would have liked or expected. The downstairs half bath had a broken toilet seat so was not usable. Our host was very responsive.

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed our time. It was a super close drive to the beach and some excellent food choices near by. We genuinely appreciated that they let us bring our dogs as well. So hard finding properties that will take your pet family too. The only slight downside was finding green space close by to walk them to but we managed. Would stay again and recommend to friends for sure.

Unit 701 is so welcoming and comfortable. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed and more. We liked the location in the far corner as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch and bbqing and just hanging out. We had a little fun birthday party for my granddaughter who was staying in another unit and she just loved it. This unit was superior to the unit my daughter was staying in which was 603. The owner there was nothing but a trouble maker and ruined my daughters vacation with her total craziness. Stay in 701 if you are going to stay at Beach Haven and you will totally enjoy your stay. I have nothing but good things to say about Tim’s unit! It’s just perfect!!

We came to stay four nights with our group of 8, including my parents and four school-aged kids, and we had a great time. The house was roomy and equipped with the essentials we needed, with surprises like a beach wagon and even a screwdriver! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and drive a short half hour to the Aquarium. With Walmart a mere ten minutes away, we could have purchased more supplies and stayed even longer! Thanks, Tim!
