This brand-new Padre Island townhome has fantastic views of the community heated pool and ocean. Its prime location at a new community is within walking distance to the beach, dining, and shops. Without a doubt one of the best spots on Padre Island. The beach is only a few minutes away by foot, accessible by a private path. World-class fishing is available at nearby Packery Channel. Interesting shops and satisfying restaurants are just a few minutes away. Try the beer sampler and oysters at Padre Island Brewing Company or go for a ribeye at Liam’s Steakhouse.

The home has a very comfortable space and comes with everything you need. You get view to beach and pool from the balcony. The pool was perfect for the kids since it was not too deep and just outside the back door. Location was great. Stores, restaurants, and beach was within a few minutes.

Great stay at a great condo. Excellent location. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtful furniture with storage drawers and shelves galore. Pool area clean and helpful for family dinners (shrimp boil). A/c worked great, bathrooms great, all rooms upstairs with a little loft for sleeping small kids or 1 adult. We would ho back next year for sure to this condo.

We came down during a hurricane warning, was a little frustrated we weren’t able to get a refund of an evacuation. We decided to stick it out after talking to the locals and so glad we did. Had a great time. Property was in a great location, clean, had everything you needed. Close enough for store deliveries. I would recommend purchasing the insurance in case of a storm because they will not budge and you will not get a refund!!

The house was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The house was clean and felt like home. We loved the beach was across the street. The pool being so close to the backdoor was perfect for the kids. The view from the deck was amazing. We definitely would definitely be back.

Not sure who they have cleaning the place, but they are not worth the money. Entire place smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived, floors were sticky, ants on counter and cabinets, and you can tell the floors under the beds have never seen a broom. Guest toilet seat upstairs was cracked and was pinching anyone who sat down. Kitchen sink faucet was wobbly and loose. Limited kitchen cookware available as well. Only positives were a large fridge, comfortable beds, and a nice view from the upstairs balcony.

This was a very nice comfortable Condo. It had enough space for my family. The pool was right behind us, which was an added plus. The only reason I could not give it a 5 star rating is because when we arrived there were ants on the sofa (which turns into a bed) and on the carpet just on a certain corner. It seemed there were crumbs under the cushions. I called to let them know and they said they were going to send someone. Well after 3 phone calls later no one ever showed up. We ended up buying some ant spray cleaning up the crumbs and eventually they were gone. The day of check out we always look under the beds and all the beds had dust so thick. Other than that, the place was very nice and well stocked.

New, very clean and nicely decorated townhouse in a great location. It’s on the end of the row so there’s only neighbors on one side. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. It’s advertised as a place for 12 which I find hard to believe and would be pretty crowded in my opinion after having just stayed there. Sheets and towels provided along with plates and eating utensils. Limited pots, pans and no cooking utensils. No pantry supplies at all, like salt, pepper or any seasonings or cooking oil. Bring anything you might need as there’s only one local grocery store on the island, it’s a nice store but a little pricey and limited to basic necessities. There’s a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, body soap in the showers and shampoo……you’ll need to bring more for your stay. There’s a nice little back patio area that backs up to the pool with easy access through two securely closed gates. The pool area has a water hose that we used to wash the sand off our feet, chairs and other things from the beach. Being so close to the pool is great for access but can be noisy when it’s busy which is ok unless you have little ones napping during the day like we did but we had noise machines that helped. The townhouse is just across the street from the beach with unobstructed view from the upstairs master suite balcony and there’s a cement walkway across the street leading to the beach. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed here the last weekend in May. The rooms appeared bigger online so that was a bit disappointing. I expected for the kitchen to have basic items, salt, pepper, oil, etc. We've stayed in AirBnBs in Outer Banks, NC so my expectations may have just been too high. Overall, we'd likely stay again.

Family Beach Time
Awesome location, easy to get to the beach. Townhome had everything needed to prepare meals. Nice pool, met some great people. My only complain and it is minor is the 10 am check out time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a weekend trip
We stayed for 3 nights and it fit 9 of us comfortably. The house was clean and cute. The pool was decent, but seemed smaller than the pictures show. The only negative thing about this property is the walls are VERY thin. We were contacted 9 times one evening because of noise complaints, when there was only 4 of us sitting around the kitchen table talking - but the pool was insanely loud with music and screaming. Not sure if whoever reported the noise complaint was confused about where the sound was coming from, but noise travels very well within the complex.

Family beach trip
This was a perfect location for my husbands family and us to stay, swim, tan, and explore. It was close enough that my husband and could drive into the city for work each day, but also close enough to the beach to walk! The pool turned a murky green after just 1.5 days, so it should probably be checked more often...otherwise it was PERFECT!

Good location
Location is good for quick access to Whitecap Beach, but the main street in front of the community gets pretty loud with cars reving their engines throughout the day. House was clean upon arrival. The owner did not offer early check-in or late checkout which was disappointing. Especially since their checkout was at 10am. Thats early for a checkout and I have not stayed at a property with a checkout before 11am. The rooms were an adequate size not too big or small. Access to pool was good. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, so spent half the day on Friday waiting for it to be fixed. Once "fixed" it took about another half day for the house to get "cool". It only got down to 74 from 75, but at least the humidity inside the house was reduced which made it feel cooler. Appreciate the quick response, just wish we didn't have to deal with it in the first place. Also, I received a notification that there was excessive noise coming from our property around 9pm. There was more noise coming from the pool area that night than from us, so I just dismissed it as a mistake. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn't let little things get in the way of our vacation. However, due to the checking and checkout times I would not stay again. Just a personal preference.

Great property
This unit is awesome with a big corner patio with pool access directly behind it allowing me to keep an eye on my 12 year old and relax in it! Conversely there was no one to remind the group in the pool at midnight of the hours. The house was clean and beautifully decorated as well as games and water toys to use. I would definitely rent this unit again only this time I will bring a mattress topper for the bunk bed full size mattress.

Perfect location! Loved that we had our own connection to the pool, 5 min walking distance to beach and the local bar “Boat House Bar and Grill” ! Internet kept cutting in and out for the living room tv when we were trying to listen to music but that’s okay!

The Condo was amazing and location was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool side view and open area concept of living area. Would definitely do again.

Not maintained and very dirty!
The decor inside was good, but the place was not maintained! When we arrived the lock was unable to open. I had Turnkey send someone to open it. Erick told us that he ordered a new lock to replace the broken one and would replace it. Even with daily calls and texts over the 10 days we were there, it never was replaced or fixed. Our place was left unlocked because Turnkey had no sense of urgency to secure this townhome! Once we entered the place, I found the kitchen filthy. Junk, silverware and dirty utensils were thrown in the drawers along with dirty rolled up shelf liner paper in drawers. The plastic silverware holders were dirty and full of food too. Old food, crumbs and open napkins were left in cupboards. Half open bottles of soaps were left by the sink and under the sink. I wiped off the counters and they were full of black grit and a large safety pin was left right in front of the coffee pot! The stove top was dirty and not cleaned. The laundry area had half used soaps and other cleaning products, half used swifter wipes, an old dirty styrofoam cooler and empty plastic bags. The top of the dryer was dirty and full of lint hanging out of the lint trap. In the half bath the soap dish was chipped (it shouldn't have even been there). The large living room rug was filthy. Your feet got dirty if you sat on the couch or chairs barefoot. (It should of been cleaned or even replaced). Upstairs the furniture was not dusted and there was junk left on the dressers. In the master bath the shower curtain rod was broken and when I opened the door it fell into the tub! Part of the paint was missing due to the broken rod. In the bedroom where the bunkbed is, the sheet on the trundle part of the bed was dirty, gross and stained. Outside on the cement in the deck area was not even swept. Little shells were all over and toys too. Even though it says the pool is heated, it isn't. I had contacted Turnkey about this, they said it was. Other residents at this location have also complained about this too. All of my items on this property have been documented and told to Turnkey through emails, text and along with photos sent to them. Laurie and Douglas Anderson

Location Great, Everything Else is Less than Desired
If you are looking for a great location that is close to Whitecap Beach and has a pool, then this is your place. However, if you desire a clean, well-stocked rental, I suggest staying elsewhere.
We arrived very late (almost midnight) and walked in to a dirty unit. The beds had linens from the previous customer, the dishes in the dishwasher were clean but not put away, the bathrooms were disgusting. It was clear that the unit had not been cleaned...at all,,, in the middle of a global pandemic. I called the number that I was given for "Turnkey Rentals" and got a national call center. They said I would need to wait for the "local" team to call me back. Again, it is midnight. I received a call back from the local team about 15 minutes later to be told, "There was a glitch in the system, and the housekeeping was cancelled" and "my options were to find another hotel so they could get it cleaned the next day". Again, it is midnight when I am having this conversation. I was understandably upset. I brought cleaning products with us just in case, because we are in a pandemic. I told the lady that I would clean the unit and do the laundry so that we had clean towels and linens but needed compensation. My family ended up cleaning and disinfecting the unit and doing laundry -- on our first day of vacation. Even if the unit had been cleaned, it is clear that there has not been a deep clean in sometime. Someone came the next day to clean and my housekeeping charge was refunded.
The next morning, the fire alarms upstairs kept going off. They sent someone to look at them and the code on the door was changed. We got locked out of the unit and again could not directly contact anyone. You have to text a number and wait for a reply. The code was changed, and we were able to get into the unit one time. Then the code quit working. We ultimately just left the door unlocked because it was such a hassle and I was over contacting the customer service team.
The unit has all the appliances and dishes you will need, but bring a pair of scissors and any other kitchen things you might use (baggies, foil, trash bags, etc) because those things are not stocked. There are pool/beach things you can use during your stay. The pool was warm, clean and definitely a highlight.
During checkout, you are expected to start the dishwasher with the dishes you used, start a load of laundry (towels) and take out the trash.

We visited the area a couple of years ago and were not impressed, but this trip completely changed our minds. This condo was in a fantastic location and was decorated very nicely, giving it a homey and not hotel-like feel. The layout was great and we fit 3 kids and 4 adults in it comfortably. Proximity to the beach and other attractions on Padre was great, and being able to walk out the back door and get in the pool was my kid's favorite part. There were always a lot of people using the pool and grills, even late at night, but no one was loud enough to disturb us or our 7 week old baby. The only downside was the unit could have been cleaned a little better (floor seemed like it needed mopped and we had to hand wash every dish, utensil, pot, etc. when we went to cook the first night because they were put away dirty). The property management company was great also, as everything we easy to access via emails and texts they sent. Overall, this was an amazing trip and we are definitely considering staying at the same place next summer!

We had a great time at our rental in Corpus Christi! The location on the corner by the pool was very convenient. This younger kids were able to swim almost every day. Just a short walk to the beach, which you could see from the master bedroom balcony. The townhome was clean and they were very responsive when we needed anything. There were 9 of us, 2 adults and 7 kids and there was room for everyone. We'd come back again if the opportunity arises!

This is a classic example of lip stick on a pig. Very well decorated but the place is old and in disrepair. The pictures make all appear larger than they are, the pool was very small. They obviously had leaks after Harvey and failed to repair the damage. After the first couple of days the mold and mildew smell started to appear. I guess what ever they used to cover it up had wore off. The master bed room had visible mold around the back door and around light fixtures and switches, also around attic access in the hall. The toilet was wobbly so who knows what was leaking into the floor/ceiling. Both shower curtains were disgustingly filthy, soap scum, moldy. This place is not even worth half the price I paid. Will never return. It should not be rented to anyone until the mold is remediated. Health hazard!

Our family of 8 (3 littles) fit just fine in this home. We loved having the pool directly behind the house, and the beach is definitely walking distance but with all our stuff for 3 little ones we drove instead. Great space...would definitely recommend and book again. My only complaint was that the occupants before us must have had a pet. There was quite a bit of animal fur and my allergies immediately flared up. The floors were quite dirty bc my kids’ feet were black soon after walking on them. I mopped the floors and washed the mop head (it was very dirty) and mopped a second time which seemed to help. Overall though we’d give this house a 5.
