Wonderful and beautiful

So quiet and peaceful with plenty of outdoor area to take in the lake. I love the common green area and beach. Easy to kayak from the beach. Centrally located for all your Lake Tahoe activities which are abundant. Hiking, waterfalls, water sports or just lazy days.

Good stay inspite of small issues, would have been perfect if they bring another ice machine.

Location, unit has been upgraded recently. Nice kitchenette, unit was in a smaller area and detached from main Hotel. I could park right in front of my place. Very quiet area.

Couch looked good, but was uncomfortable and had seen better days.There was no ice machine where I was located as the only one was in main Hotel, crossing busy street really was not a good option. I went to local. Safeway and bought ice

I loved this location and the people who ran it - very fun place to stay at Tahoe.

I really enjoyed the location and the semi private beach with an abundance of chairs and tables by the shore. The view from the balcony was perfect. I also enjoyed the various activities and treats available in the lobby every day. I didn't participate in all of them but thought they were great idea! Ice machine was convenient. The people in the lobby were extremely friendly and helpful - loved them!

My room was never cleaned by housekeeping during my stay, but it was not a major problem since it was just me traveling. Also, the utensil drawer in the kitchenette was loose and almost fell off every time I opened it. The volleyball and basketball courts were used a lot and got a little noisy in the mornings, but that is expected in a family resort I suppose. Also, ice machine was not sanitary because the scoop was just sitting in the ice. Everybody could dig around in there with their bare hands.

Uncomfortable murphy bed. Drab, dingy and dated. Difficult check in process

the room has a lumpy murhpy bed that folds out from the wall and a fold out couch. The murphy bed was uncomfortable the sofa bed was not very clean. The building and room were drab, dingy and dated.

Just for sleeping.

Keys were in a lockbox with documentation and map. Very close to Northstar Ski resort, close to lake.

Very tight parking space. I used a mid-size SUV. As we parked in my spot, a second car parked in the next spot. I could only open the door from one side. No soundproofing walls. I heard my neighbor's speech very clearly from the next room. I could not sleep. Luckily they went to bed before 11pm. Almost 200 dollars a night because of holidays, not next time.

The location was good and had lake frontage, beach and views. Love the deck and access to the bbq.

The resort was very close to the beach sites and food. East access.

Stayed in the second floor unit, the foundation was questionable. It was extremely slanted. Beds were not comfortable and very noisy.

The location on the beach was great, on the beachside of the main road.

It is summer and the pilot light was on in the fireplace which heated up the whole place even while the fireplace was off. There wasn't a way to switch off the pilot light.

Amazing beachfront location that is a rare find in Tahoe. Beautiful views from 2nd story balconies, high-end grills, lovely beach towels and chairs. Games, books, and movies available free in lobby. Plus, bingo. And I won!

It's an older property that hasn't been updated much, so you're staying for the location more than the room. No 24-hour staff, no vending or ice machines after hours.

The rooms are spacious very well equipped. bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Staff was excellent very polite and help

how close it is to the Lake, nearby everything, always had parking. the one bedroom was very spacious and very well equipped with the essential in the kitchen.

Nice place by the lake

Super nice room, view of the lake, not too far from the Northstar ski resort. Gas fireplace, kitchenette … all very nice.

The front desk closes early and was already closed by the time we arrived on Friday, but they left us a key in a lock box I then got text message asking me to come to check in as soon as possible, I felt a bit hassled by that. I was in the ski resort and the time it would take us to get back would coincide with the front desk closing again. Seriously can you stay open for a while longer or get the incidentals info from Booking.com? The staff was really nice though.

great spot on the lake with amenities

The location was great, right on the lake. the two-room suite we had gave us family space in addition to just the bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they even had snow sleds and play equipment, games, and DVDs we could borrow.

the shower heads were a bit on the low side.

It was very well furnished and clean 2 bedroom cabin. It had a good sized living room and kitchen. We had a beautiful view of lake Tahoe. Bathroom were well stocked on arrival. Kitchen had all cooking tools needed from toaster to blender and cookware. Cabin was warm in November cold. Beds were very comfortable! It was a great experience!

Having to text for room service items like more coffee, hot cocoa, trash pick up. It’s nicer if staff can stop in each day to restock. We were there for 3 nights without any restocking. Good thing we brought our own coffee, cocoa and toiletries.

Beautiful location but old place in need of repairs.

We booked this place for 4 days to avoid the insane heat at our house. The first place we got, 408, was on the other side of the road. Old building, no views, noisy neighbor upstairs. We asked if we could move to one of the one-bedroom units close to the lake. One opened up, 308, and they let us switch. The place is smaller, with a tiny bathroom as opposed to the large one in the previous cabin, but it's a lot cozier. It's very dated. Wood paneling everywhere, windows and blinds that kind of work, other minor issues but, overall, it's pleasant. Big picture window with a nice view of the lake makes it almost worth the price. Some of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Struggling with the windows and blinds. No A/C. Very noisy dishwasher. Garbage disposal not working.

Way over priced, outdated but good location

Friendly representative checked me in. She was very warm and welcoming. Sheets were bright white and clean. Location was good.

Needs new carpet and paint BADLY. Broken ceiling fan glass. There was hair on the shower wall. Filthy carpet and rug. Walls dirty. Had a Murphy bed and there was so much dirt behind where the bed pulls out. And the check out time is abnormally early. Cost was exorbitant for how lame this place is.
