The swim out room was amazing, the room was nice and clean. The pool is awesome as well. The tacos by the pool were great.
The A'la Carte restaurant(s) food wasn't that great. It wasn't bad, just not great. Nothing left me feeling i'd like to eat there again. The buffets were good with variety but not great.

Rust, goede kwaliteit van het eten. Personeel zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam en spreken goed Engels. Geweldig en fijn verblijf gehad op 2 kleine incidenten na. Hopelijk kan de baas dit oplossen om van een 9 weer een 10 te maken, want dit hotel verdient een 10!
Airco van de kamer was verouderd. Hierdoor werd de kamertemperatuur niet kouder dan 24 graden. Na 3 dagen kon technische dienst dit niet opgelost krijgen en kregen we pas 12 uur voor vertrek een kamerwissel voorgesteld. Helaas kwam dit aanbod voor ons te laat ivm slaap van de baby.
Taxi-service voor het hotel wordt door koffer-mannen en entree security overgenomen als medewerker taxi-service weg is. Op het moment dat je uitcheckt maken ze misbruik van de situatie en proberen ze gasten op te lichten/ scam. Erg slecht! Ze zeggen je te helpen, maar vragen 500 pesos voor een taxi van hotel naar ADO-busstation. Op het bord staat duidelijk 400 pesos en receptie medewerker bevestigd dit. Op het moment dat je koffer-mannen hierop aanspreek wordt hij verbaal agressief. Echt onprofessioneel voor zo’n mooi hotel! Dit kan echt niet. Na een geweldige vakantie probeer je je gasten op te lichten voor een simpele 5$ als koffer man. Als je netjes bent krijg je fooi en hoef je ook niemand op te lichten… Incident heeft plaatsgevonden op 29-05-2024 om 17.05 uur ingang hotel, bagage drop-off.

Os jardins, a natureza envolvente e os animais silvestres. Muitas piscinas com áreas sossegadas e outras com agitação. Quarto muito espaçoso com cama confortável. Boa casa de banho. A comida nos restaurantes era de qualidade e com boa diversidade. Bares com bons coctails. Prontidão em resolver os vários problemas que surgiram. Possibilidade de continuar no resort com plenos benefícios após check out devido a hora tardia do voo. (Casas de banho com duche perto da recepção e malas guardadas com supervisão). Gostámos muito e voltaríamos com muito gosto.
Falta de civismo dos hóspedes que o preço competitivo atrai. Deixam latas de cerveja e copos por todo o lado e poluem a praia e a natureza. Barulho nos corredores a altas horas porque algumas pessoas não sabem comportar-se. Mas isso não é culpa do hotel. Não gostei da constante solicitação (ainda que disfarçada) de gorjetas nos bares e restaurantes. Área de espreguiçadeiras na praia é pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes e muito apinhada. Mobília dos quartos a precisar de remodelação. As portas dos quartos não isolam o som vindo do exterior e fazem muito barulho ao fechar mesmo com cuidado.

Hacer algo más para proteger a la fauna que está ahí, para que la gente tome más conciencia y no deje las bebidas y comidas en cualquier lugar que ponen en riesgo a los animales.

Buffet sin mucha calidad. La reserva indicaba suite con piscina pero el resort alegó error de la “agencia” y se desentendió sin darnos alternativa.

Bardzo duży ośrodek all inclusive z wieloma basenami i restauracjami . Mieliśmy Ville co było dodatkowym atutem przy wyborze osobnego basenu i miejsc na plazy . Fajny pomysł z prysznicem na zewnątrz pokoju .W ofercie all inclusive śniadania oraz bufety na lunch i kolacje. Podobał nam się bar w stylu karaibskim na plazy trochę na uboczu .Dobre jedzenie. Miła obsługa. Duża siłownia i zajęcia poranne - szczególnie polecam pilates .
Pokój w villi jest urządzony dziwnie , wanna znajduje się w pokoju ( również umywalki ).
Przez pierwsze dni nieustannie pukający do drzwi pracownicy hotelu ( nie można było swobodnie wypocząć ).
Oferta Villi może wydawać sie atrakcyjna ale do restauracji trudno sie dostac ( jest app jednak prawie codziennie restauracje są w pełni zajęte - trudno o miejsce ). Trzeba pamiętać zeby na początku pobytu zaplanować kolacje i je zarezerwować .
W porównaniu z poprzednimi resortami jedzenie średnie , szczególnie steki :(

La habitación era hermosa y la bañera estuvo genial para mi bebé, la comida era deliciosa y tener la piscina cerca de la habitación fue una gran experiencia.
El que quisimos realizar reserva en los restaurantes y todos salían reservados, no hubo espacio a pesar de hacerlo con tiempo y en el que había espacio solo permitía reservar para una persona, quizás deberían anticipar cuando se llega con que tiempo debe hacer las reservas.

The hotel and facilities where very nice for the price we paid.
The bars were understaffed for the demand. Also the few bar tenders were not very friendly. Another thing was the beach, the ocean was nasty, I didn’t even got inside.

Tiene una muy buena ubicación, la playa muy linda, la comida es buena, muchas albercas, habitaciones muy amplias y silenciosas.
Que son muy pocos los carritos que te mueven por el hotel y es preferible caminar, de lo contrario pierdes mucho tiempo. También que son muy pocas las reservas para los restaurantes temáticos, nosotros solamente alcanzamos el tercer día de nuestra estancia un lugar y estando en el restaurante te das cuenta que no esta ni a la mitad de su capacidad.

Deberian haber mas elevadores ya que por ejemplo nosotros ibamos con carreola y mi madre tiene problemas en sus rodillas, es muy dificil tener que subir y bajar escaleras todo el tiempo. no es agradable que no hay mucho para niños si no perteneces como socio o pagas extra. Deberian informar que los animales pueden entrar a la habitación, uno entro e hizo un desastre en nuestro cuarto, la cortina sin darnos cuenta habia quedado un poco por fuera y aunque la puerta estaba cerrada, lograron abrirla

The resort was beautiful. Housekeeping excellent! Staff for the most part super friendly. Loved the amount of room you can walk around see animals. Not all eating facilities were open, but food in restaurant was yummy the buffet had decent food.
Hard to book dinner reservations. Concierge was a seemed annoyed when trying to book dinner reservations. In room description it said they had washer and dryer although no rooms have this. Only one elevator in this big resort. Floors in bathroom and room pretty slippery when wet.

We stayed in the platinum area of the resort and we could never make a reservation for dinner at any of the restaurants. The one time we did, the air conditioner was broken in the restaurant and it was so hot! The staff in the platinum lobby were very unhelpful and the food quality was poor, except in the Chill Out area, which was not included in the all-inclusive package. Took forever to get drinks and one day they didn’t even have ice for the drinks. We will not return to this resort! No one took our bags to our room, nor did they give us a map of the resort to show us where to find our room. Even on departure we had to walk our bags to the lobby and meet the bell boy there to take us to the main lobby instead of picking up our bags in our room, like they told us. Rooms are getting dated.

The pull out sofa is not considered a “bed” unless it had a mattress! It was turned down sofa cushions.. not comfortable at all for a teen or adult. Had a terrible “lump” at the fold. This would be a much needed upgrade to the rooms.
Would suggest a “to go bar” for breakfast early morning as you head out for activities as the buffets were not open before 7 am or early departure at 3 am because ordering at the sports bar was out of the question when you needed something quick. (Muffins, fruit, granola bars, yogurt, etc) So we went hungry in the morning on those days.
More shuttles offering rides from one place to another. This place is huge!
The restaurant times & locations were sorta confusing when changing to dinner and to a different name.
Reservations fill up too quickly and we only made 2. They should accept walk-ins if possible for late cancellations or judgements calls.
Not enough outlets for devices to plug in.
The safe wasn’t bolted down.
We didn’t utilize the town shuttle. Paying for 4 to head to playa seemed expensive and again for our return.
More hooks to hang towels for a family would be nice.
I couldn’t figure out the light switches that went to things. Lots of random switches.
I could only operate the fan speed control and the temperature control. I wanted the fan to stop blowing on me.. Could figure that out.
Too many people taking the cabanas at 6am more shady options by the pool.
I didn’t like the buffets taking food away at the exact end time. At the least close the doors at that point, don’t put out any more food, but allow 30 minutes to finish eating whats out, then clean up.
Not enough blankets. It was freezing.

I liked the shows at night.
I didn't like the loudness of some of the guest. Mainly in the pool bar. The music that they were playing was very in appropriate and I wished someone from the hotel would have said something to the group but they did not. And this was not on just one occasion. This was for the whole time I was there. There was a lady twering in a thong bikini on top of the bar where people were being served drinks. Sitting on top of the bar also. Just very nasy and unsanitary.
