When you're not enjoying the array of community amenities, as well as aquatic activities along the river, venture to Noah's Ark and Mt. Olympus for water adventures galore - both within six miles of your home base.

After a day full of fun, retreat to your home away from home for relaxation and leisure. Complimentary WiFi and central air-conditioning keep everyone plugged in with comfort, while the kitchenette features a full-size oven/stove, microwave, and coffee maker and is great for storing and warming meals from dining options nearby. This rental also includes several quaint gathering areas including bar seating as well as the cozy sofa where you can unwind and watch your favorite shows together on the TV. A patio area located outside the vacation rental allows you to get fresh air while taking in the amazing day.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I was looking to get out of town and found this hidden gem. This is my second time back. I love the little kitchen and everything I need to make supper for the family. There is a hot tub RIGHT outside the back door that kept all the kids entertained as I cleaned up and cooked. Place was spotless and staff was so nice when I called.

Property was good but would of loved a table that we could of played games on. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy running on the steps and floor. There was plenty of towels.

This is the first time ever being in this area. The hotel was ok. It’s a little run down. It’s too bad because it is a really nice concept. The room had a funky smell & lots of spiders. The hot tub was really nice & the room was roomy enough for 4 of us. We booked through Vacasa somehow & we had to pay extra for the water park on site. We already had tickets to Noah’s ark so we did not utilize on-site park. We would of liked to but was not paying another fee.

We really enjoyed this place as building D was very quiet. Our only complaints were the very thin curtains on the Patio door which allowed way to much artificial light in at night and also the dim light in the shower area. The place was nicely decorated, very clean. It was well stocked with kitchen items, towels and toiletries. Everything you need!
