Anniversary Trip Thirty One Years ❤️

The location was great. Close to the beach not too far to walk. The breakfast was good and the staff was the amazing. Very nice attentive and friendly. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evening.

Elevator was a bit slow but in a world where we expect instant everything sometimes it's nice just to slow down and unwind. Some construction noise adjacent to the property but no fault of the hotel. Just one of those things. We didn't let it bother us.

Old school charm with excellent service and facilities

Bringing together the charm of St Augustine with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good. Room and bathroom were Exceptionally clean.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern + Balkon. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a very nice stay. Free parking was a big plus since the hotel is in a very busy location.

The breakfast was much better than the average hotel free breakfast.

There is no carpeting anywhere in the room. I understand why. It is close to the beach so sand and dirt will not be an issue in the room but it does make the room seem less inviting.

Beautiful property, can walk to beach 4 min walk and can walk to the Vilano pier and restaurants on the water. Close to St. Augustine trolly will Pick up at hotel.

When returning will be first place we try to book. Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere !!

The location was perfect, where just a couple of miles away from anything we wanted to visit . We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good and kept well stocked.

I would definitely stay again, but will not use Booking.com.

Staff was wonderful; place was clean; breakfast was outstanding!

When I made the reservation with Booking.com opted for 2 beds. I was traveling with a roommate and we DON'T sleep together. My confirmation from Booking.com said 2 beds. When we arrived, we found 1 bed and a pullout couch. VERY uncomfortable for me. Found out from staff that when Booking.com made the reservation, they mad it for first available and that was the only room they had left. REALLY disappointed with Booking.com.

Hospitality at its finest!

Super clean, smelled fresh, walk to beach, walk to Publix, heated indoor pool, excellent hot breakfast with many options, no carpet in room, super friendly staff, just a few minutes drive to downtown St. Augustine, lived up to great reviews.

The wife and I had a nice weekend getaway that was very quiet, nice, yet eventful. Hard to explain!

Excellent hotel and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast and breakfast staff were superior. The room was very clean.

Nice Location - Not Valued as a Customer

Hotel was in a great location and was very comfortable. Suite we were in was awesome. Staff were okay not as professional as we experienced in other IHG locations during our multi-state travel. Unfortunately they could not provide an extra day in the suite we were in and we had to move to another room not so awesome for 1 day.

Staff not organized - we asked for the extra day - days before we arrived and we received no response to our message through booking.com. We called to again ask to extend 1 day on our way there and were told to ask when we arrived. We asked when we arrived and were told they had a room, did not know what room, so it would be okay. We received many txt msgs and phone calls frantically reminding us to vacate the room we were in but they did not know when or where we would be even though they took our payment. Talk about feeling pushed aside is an understatement. Will NOT be staying at this location again when we visit next year!

Lovely staff that always brightens my day

The double queens room was spacious but the mattresses sucked and the king rooms mattress was phenomenal but it was so tight. Didn't get any nights beachside which is why u stay there but it was alright for the moment. Staff always makes up for it. They are absolutely phenomenal there

Didn't get my room on the side I wanted and the mattresses in the handicap room I stayed in compared to the king was totally subpar. And after spending thousands there for a couple of weeks and staying so many times the breakfast manager remembers you, I just would've thought they'd cater to you even a little. But nope. Got over charged for my extended reservation and still didn't get the room I wanted even though I booked all 3 kinds within that stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the location was good and the breakfast each morning was great.

This is a wonderful hotel for families.

It is an excellent location. Walking distance the beach and they provide wagons, chairs, even beach toys! The breakfast was excellent and the owner circulated with fruit trays and cleared the tables himself. Every staff member was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They had an ample supply of Dove products in the rooms: hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The Publix across the street was convenient to buy snacks.

Amazing staff!!! Nice breakfast!

The staff were wonderful and they offered a very nice breakfast! The rooms were clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The mattresses were very hard so our family did not sleep well. The price seemed high in comparison to some other higher-end hotels.
