The best part is the self check in, especially because we needed a stop overnight on our road trip. It was a last minute booking, arrived after midnight and everything was perfect. Self checking in, parking 1 min away from the apartment, 5 minutes later every body was in bed.
The stay was very short, so nothing to mention here.

In general totul a fost foarte bine. Locația este foarte mare ,bine echipata, moderna.
Am avut probleme cu accesul in apartament. Unul din butoanele sistemului de inchidere/deschidere nu functiona corect. In baie careva defecte ce ar fi fost de dorit sa fie reparate. Ar trebui sa fie mai exigenti la igiena.

Great location, available parking spots, easy to connect to local transportation. Had some slight issue with the batteries for the self checkin but it was quickly resolved.
The wifi and tv were not working in one of the apartments. There was just 1 toilet paper in the bathroom, we had to go and buy extra.

Dir Wohnung war ruhig und alles war sauber
Wir haben ein höhere Kategorie gebucht und bezahlt, als wir tatsächlich hatten. Gebucht war eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer und ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, tatsächlich hatten wir aber im Schlafzimmer ein Doppel- und ein Einzelbett und im Wohnzimmer die Schlafcouch. Das ist für 5 Erwachsene im Wohn- und Essbereich zu klein.
Es gbt nur drei Besteckmesser. Von den fünf Gläsern war eines angeschlagen und im Bad gab es zwar viel Platz aber nichts um die Duschtücher aufzuhängen.

Der Geschirrspüler war nicht ausgeräumt, wir hatten noch das Geschirr des vor Mieters drin, beim Kaffeezubehör fehlte die Sahne und beim Fernseher konnten wir keine Programme empfangen.

SEHR flexibler und einfacher Check-IN und Check-OUT! Man bekommt zwei Zugangscodes und kann JEDERZEIT ein (und out-)checken, auch mitten in der Nacht, ohne dass jemand auf einen warten muss. Sehr praktische Lösung!!!
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Preis TOP.

All is almost as new, you have everything that you might need for a nice stay. There is a big supermarket near and also all kind of transportation that takes you to the city center. All my questions were answered quickly.

Jestem zachwycona tym noclegiem. Dobrej wielkości pokoje, świeża pościel i ręczniki. Czysto, spokojnie. Dużo miejsc parkingowych dookoła. Plac zabaw 200m od budynku i świetna śniadaniownia otwarta od 7 rano kilka kroków dalej. To był idealny przystanek w podróży.

New apartment, clean and roomy, had everything we needed. Location was excellent, tram stop just a few metres down the street with quick access to the city centre, rail station.
Everything was perfect. If I could say something it would be that a bottle of water in the fridge would be useful for late night arrivals (for coffee in the morning etc) and also some more coffee capsules.

Very modern and spacious apartment. Lots of space even for 4 people + a kid. Saturday market with local produce just on the opposite side of the road was a fantastic surprise. Public parking is very easy to find on the surrounding streets. 24h self check in, very quiet, clean and bright. Will def use again during next trip through Graz.

Die Lage ist gut, liegt direkt an der Tramlinie 1. Zimmer mit Balkon war ruhig. Samstag war gegenüber Bauernmarkt. Apartment mit 50 qm sehr schön groß.
Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, auf dem Sofa eckelhafte Haare. Boden klebte, in den Ecken wird nicht gewischt. Fenster total verschmiert und dreckig. Küche verklebt, Abzugshaube fettig, im Wasserkocher war ein Biotop, Essig Öl schmierig. Im Bad auf den Abschlußfliesen dick Staub, auf den Leisten ebenfalls. Auf den Nachttisch Staub an den Rändern. Zur Ausstattung, sehr spartanisch. Schlafzimmer wäre ein Licht am Bett gut, im Bad keine Möglichkeit Handtücher am Waschbecken oder Dusche aufzuhängen, für 2 Personen 4 Tage nur ein Handtuch und 2 Badetücher, und im zweiten angemieteten Apartment keine Badematte. In der Dusche keine Abstellmöglichkeit für eigenes Duschzeug. Im Wohnraum wäre ein kleiner Abstelltisch am Sofa gut, und wozu gibt es Vorhangstangen ? Aber keine Vorhänge ?.Keine Mappe mit Beschreibung für WLAN, Fernseher oder Infos zu Graz. Mängel AP. Nr. 34 , Fernseher nur über Internet, im Bad kein Toilettenpapierhalter ( schon in vorherigen Rezesionen bemängelt) Am Balkon fehlt die Glasplatte vom Beistelltisch. Tür zum Apartment konnte am zweiten Tag nicht mehr verriegelt werden, um 10 Uhr die Notfallnummer angerufen nur Mailbox, erst um 21 Uhr Rückruf erhalten.
Info: Parken kostet am Tag 9 €, außer Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertag. WLAN Passwort steht unter dem Router.
Es könnte so gut sein, mehr liebe im Detail und mehr Putzen, zumal die Rezesionen schon lange darauf hinweisen.

Es la tercera vez que me quedo en estos apartamentos. El apartamento es sí está bien situado, tiene cerca el tranvia, supermercados, cafetería y andando se llega bien al centro. Tienen todas las comodidades. La decoración muy chula. Esta vez incluso tenían un bol más grande para hacerse una buena ensalada 🥗
Me quede bastante decepcionado con la limpieza esta vez! Las sábanas bajaras tenían un agujero y unos papelito blancos, como de kleenex pegados. Había polvos en la encimera y el suelo tampoco estaba muy limpio. Igual que algunos menajes del hogar, que tuve que lavar antes de utilizarlos. La tetera estaba llena de cal y la tuve que limpiar con vinagre. El mando de la TV sin la tapa de las pilas, por lo cual se caían. Y en las paredes habían manchas que parecían "organicas"; al igual que algún interruptor que estaba sucio. Realmente no me esperaba este estado del apartamento! Luego, las lámparas de noche, si no tienes un cargador de móvil, no las puedes emplear, así que carga tu móvil antes, para luego tener luz al lado de la cama. El trapo de cocina, lleno de agujeros....

Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt!
Perfekte Grösse zum entspannen, Moderne Ausstattung, grosses gemütliches Bett, Fernseher hat auch die perfekte Grösse, Küche ist auch dabei die ich aber nicht benutzt habe aber falls sie jemand benutzt dann hat der jenige auch alles was er braucht außer essen, das muss man selbst kaufen.
Man hat wirklich alles!! Sogar Bügeleisen & Bügelbrett damit sich die Frauen dann austoben können!!
Und vorallen, es ist sehr sauber!
Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause, wollte sogar noch 1 tag dazu klären aber leider war es schon vergeben also müsste ich wieder nachhause gehen..
Den selfcheck in, da solltet ihr weniger vergessen den code zu schicken nach den man den formular zurück schickt, wo ich dann extra schreiben muss, er hat zwar schnell geantwortet aber halt wieder vergessen!
Dann müsst ich anrufen und hab den code zum rein kommen telefonisch bekommen.
Für diesen preis sollte wenigstens ein Verdünnungssaft zu Verfügung stehen.
Und jaa die Lage ist halt etwas mies wenn man raus geht am Balkon da es draussen im Innenhof Baustelle gibt aber bin mir sicher das es gemütlicher ausschaut wenn die Baustelle nicht wäre
Und auf das Leintuch waren 2-3 flecken aber nichts schlimmes, ich gehe davon aus bzw. ich war und bin mir sicher das diese flecken nur Reinigungsmittel waren.

We loved the acomodation in general. It is spatious and cozy. The location suited us perfectly as it is located by the swimming pool and next to a tram station which goes directly to city center. Our 1.5 year old daughter loved the panoramic window overwatching the street as she could look at trams, busses and cars passing by (appologies to the person who had to clean the window after her). Price was afordable. Woud highly recommend.
We did not like the slow responses from hosts. However we would like to stress that hosts did take into account all our wishes in regards to prolonging our stay, for which we would like to thank them. That is why overall we consider this a minor issue.

Het is een appartement met een aparte slaapkamer dat is heel praktisch voor wanneer je kindje vroeg naar bed moet. Wij troffen alles zeer schoon aan. Er is een grote supermarkt op loopafstand.
Geen airconditioning! Verhuurder is niet eerlijk over de airconditioning. Die airco is niet aanwezig, het is op warme dagen dus warm binnen. Parkeren voor de deur is niet gratis overdag ''s avonds gelukkig wel. Er is een wasmachine en droger maar de droger krijgt een simpele sok of een T-shirt niet droog. Verlichting in ons appartement was functioneel maar niet sfeervol.

Sehr moderne Appartments in zentraler Lage in Eggenberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Straßenbahn-Station, Bauern-Markt in unmittelbaren Nähe. Fussläufig zum Schloß Eggenberg mit schönem Park sowie zu den Wanderwegen zum Plabutsch.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet, der Zugang mit Türcode bequem und sicher.
Ein kleines Problem im Appartment wurde unverzüglich beseitigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !
