Home was clean and easy to get in. Lauren was very accommodating to our late arrival and let us have a late checkout since our flight was later in the day. Pool was clean and relaxed in it every day. I will stay again.

The house has a great back yard area with a pool and hot tub. It was very peaceful to neighborhood to sit out back and enjoy the man made lake that is behind the house. The house also has a nice open floor plan which was very nice for the time we spent at the house. When we arrived at the house at around 5:30 we discovered the cleaning person had not cleaned the house but I was impressed with how fast the property manager was able to get someone there to clean the house. We went out for dinner and the cleaning person had cleaned most of the house and was able to finish while we enjoyed the pool and back yard. Based on my conversation with the property manager I’m sure this was a one off situation that will probably never happen again.

Incredible house- perfect for my wife, 3 kids and me. Convenient location beyond belief. Amazing kitchen, entertainment space, and backyard pool. We all had such a fun time.

The house was really nice, loved the pool and being on the water. The house could have been cleaner especially master bedroom, there wasn't any laundry detergent, the paddle boat leaked and filled up with the reclaimed water, and the upstairs bath tub didn't drain properly.

We loved our time here, it is a great place for a family to stay. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. Lauren, the property manager, could not have been better to work with and was very responsive to our questions!

This is a beautiful house in an amazing neighborhood very close to entertainment, restaurants, and parks. Some of the guests noticed blankets and towels could have been fresher, but there were no major issues.

Awesome time at this property while we were in town to celebrate our daughters wedding. Home was cool and comfortable and lounging on the back patio was very relaxing. Lauren (property manager) was absolutely fantastic with her quick responses and fixes to some very minor issues. We will be back!

A spectacular home overall. Very modern and well kept. The pool area is gorgeous and incredibly relaxing with incredible views. Super quiet neighborhood and a really beautiful community. We booked this home very last minute as our previous rental home was a complete disaster. Lauren was empathetic to our situation and came through for us so graciously. A real pleasure to deal with. We love Chandler and how close amenities are. We hope to be back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive with a couple of our requests during our stay. The pool was well-maintained and the view from the backyard is beautiful. Great location and spacious house. We left a few items accidentally, and the owner quickly shipped them the next day.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful time in Arizona for Spring Training baseball.
The house was beautiful and spacious and we really enjoyed the pool and spa and watching the cormorants dive and fish jump in the lake.
A few nit picky things to note but they didn’t keep me from enjoying the house - there were only 4 butter knives and 2 wine glasses, only 1 hair dryer for the whole house, no kitchen sponge for wiping counters, only 1 roll of paper towels.
We had to pay an extra $50 a day to heat the pool and we figured out later that you can only heat the pool or the spa at one time, alternatively, so we weren’t able to use the spa our first night.
My sister and I were able to rig the canopy on the paddle boat for some shade by tying plastic bags into a rope, ha! We hunted for rope or zip ties or a bungie, but scraped together a solution. We had a ball paddling around the lake in the mornings!
There was an issue with the dryer not heating and we had trouble with the Traeger smoker but got it working. The property manager was very nice and responsive.
We weren’t able to watch the Academy Awards on Sunday which was a bummer because they don’t have cable tv, just smart apps, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. We spent an hour trying to figure it out!
The tile around the pool is very slick when wet and we’re all older folks, so that was a worry. We kept a couple of towels by the edge which helped.
We had to laugh that the house has enough coffee filters to last 2 years! The trash by the sink wasn’t empty when we arrived.
As I said, we just wanted to point out the issues so hopefully they can be corrected for the next guests. It would have been very helpful to have an instruction binder to flip through that went over things.
All in all though, the house is gorgeous and really comfortable. We set up a puzzle on one table and ate our meals on the other.

This house was amazing! It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. The backyard was paradise with heated pool, grill, and gas fireplace all overlooking the neighborhood lake. Dream kitchen was well equipped and had tons of space for all of us. Located just south of downtown Chandler, there are lots of things to do with easy and quick driving access. Lauren, the property manager, was great as well! She responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location and house were absolutely stunning. The views from the pool were amazing. The property management even made an exception for us to check in early so my baby could take a nap. Knocked a star off because sadly the cleanliness of the house was subpar. The floors weren’t clean - toddlers feet had to constantly be washed off and areas under the table and couch had so much gunk under it. The bedding was obviously not washed well since we found multiple hairs through out the bedding that weren’t ours. We were instructed not to use the upstairs bathtub, which wasn’t disclosed prior to booking, and the shower head up there was so mucky and calcified that we were only able to use the one shower in the master suite for all 6 people staying. We quickly learned my baby doesn’t like showers quite yet.
Again - beautiful location, views, and house; however, the cleanliness was a true let down. I had to spend our first day actually cleaning the areas my son was in so that he would stop trying to eat all the dust bunnies and random crumbs on the floor. This place has so much potential though. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the pool was.

Everything was perfect. Pay the extra to have the pool heated it is worth it! Lauren was our agent and she was easy to reach and very accommodating. Beautiful home even though our trip was cut short I would definitely come back.

Nice spacious home in a great location for Chandler. Very clean and comfortable. We found the overstuffed pillows a little too much when sleeping. We also paid for the pool to be heated (in November). We managed but the pool controls were a little confusing.

Great Outdoor space, Quite Neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay at Fox Crossing. The pool and hot tub were great, fire pit was fun to have at night, great view over the lake, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The property manager, Lauren, was great to work with and was incredibly responsive to our questions. The negatives were that the dishwasher was not clean, the toilet paper provided is the cheapest available, and the pool pump is on the other side of the wall from the master bedroom, and can be pretty loud. Overall, pleased with our stay, we would stay here again.

Great place for relaxation!
The property was spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor fireplace was a favorite! The location is fantastic. We were within thirty minutes of the airport and many hiking locations. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond to questions.

Sunny and relaxing Thanksgiving
We had a very enjoyable stay. I think this is the first time that a home we’ve rented ended up being larger than it appeared to be in photos. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.
