Schöne Villa mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

- Abdo hat uns zu jeder Zeit alle Wünsche erfüllt und war immer hilfsbereit. - tolle Villa mit einem sehr schönen Pool - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier exzellent

- Alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und man hat wenig in die Instandhaltung der Villa investiert. (Beispielsweise defekte Fliegengitter, eine undichte Toilettenspülung, schwarze Stellen in den Duschen etc.) - Der Sauberkeitszustand der Villa ist nicht gut. Der Pool war nicht wirklich gereinigt, die Terrasse und der Außenbereich sehr dreckig. Dennoch bekommt man für einen sehr günstigen Preis eine wirklich wunderschöne Villa.

luxurious and relaxing getaway

Our recent stay was fantastic. The villa was amazing, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Thanks to all of them. The pool was fantastic, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The view from the villa was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding area. Our stay was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

there was one minor issue with the WiFi, which was not covered on the second floor. While this was not a major problem.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits exceptionnelles à la villa Yasmine avant d’aller à louxor et Assouan.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjours. La communication avec Abdel baser était parfaite. Il nous a donné le bon conseil pour profiter au maximum de notre séjours. Nous reviendrons certainement pour une période plus longue. Merci 🙏

Very good place for a group vacation

Abdo was helpful and supportive. He stepped in with help whenever needed

Cleaniss was not good at all, beds don’t have matters protectors so it just feels like ur sleeping on no sheets and they are not comfortable . Two of the rooms are very small and all furniture is u clean from inisde. Gekos in the place too . Pool was cleaned everyday but was still un clean water and filters need adjustment

Luxurious Villa

Luxurious villa .. all needed facilities were found .. coffee machine, ice maker, AC, wifi, TV, sound system, bluetooth speakers, private parking, ...etc. Rooms with its bathrooms are marvelous, clean and comfortable. Besides the wonderful private pool with its private lagoon view, everything was perfect 👌

Excellent Villa

We enjoyed very much, excellent Villa, prime location, very clean, more than comfortable, amazing view and top of that the site manager Mr. Abdelbaset, he turned our stay to awesome & marvellous. Our experience with Mr. Abdelbaset is exceptional, very helpful, very energetic & working almost 24/7 , he left a great impact on the whole family. I would love to go again & again

The villa is clean, spacious with a wonderful view. The pool is the main attraction and the location is very prime, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat it again as the villa in reality is much better and nicer than it looks in the photos. Abdul Basit ; the property manager was always available 24/7 to ensure a very comfortable stay for our family.

View, pool, villa size and location

1- Rooms and toilets need to have hangars for clothes and towels. 2- One room the owner closed the cabinet. I understand that they are keeping their valuable things inside, but they can close half of any other room cabinets better, specially that there is a small room in the first level that doesn't have cabinet too. 3- Most of rooms doesn't have keys to lock the doors.

It’s a lovely place

The house is huge,5 bedrooms, has a swimming pool straight on the lagoon, pool bar, and a huge BBQ area.. the kitchen is big and clean The property manager is very nice and helpful and has always been attentive to all the requests

The bed mattresses are very soft. Needs to be more firm as after a few days will make back pain There is a lot of statues inside the house and we are always scared to break.. so better remove the statues
