The crew was always available to help and constantly checked in to see how they could make our stay better. They went above and beyond our requests, ensuring we were happy with everything they delivered. This was my third time staying at Jaz Aquaviva, and they have consistently provided an outstanding experience. The attention to detail was remarkable. The room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a variety of tasty dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident in every interaction. It's worth noting that the executive chef was always present in the restaurant three times a day when food was provided, ensuring we always found something we liked or wanted to eat. He made sure the dishes were prepared in a way that allowed us to experience his cuisine to the fullest. The facilities at Jaz Aquaviva were outstanding. The pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. What I loved most about the property was the water park and the many swimming pools along with my swim up pool attached to my room it was my first swim up room and it made my trip absolutely unique and memorable. I had privacy a back yard peace and quiet for my Birthday it was perfect and I would definitely return and recommend jaz Aquaviva to others.

Was amazingggggg! Excellent!! It was fantastic… definitely worth it especially for families and children. We had a fantastic time! Couldn’t have been better. The city Hurghada is definitely worth it to see and enjoy, cleanliness was 10/10.

Very luxurious hotel with all amenities on site. I'm quite a fussy traveler so for me to use the word luxurious says a lot. All the staff were amazing. ESpecially Mido and Kimmo from the entertainment team. Rooms very spacious with with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hair dryer provided. Plenty of towels and room cleaned very well. Food was average but coffee was amazing. Lots of all day food options with ice cream and waffles too. Would also recomend the Turkish bath and massage at the onsite spa, the best massage Ive ever had. Would highly recommend and definitely returning.

This is our fourth time staying here. The food was even better then last time. The rooms are great for families. The waterpark is awesome. Quick shuttle to beach too. The only down side was the wifi often didn't work.

Hotel delays outside taxis on purpose so u have to book hotel cars at 5 times the price! Very noisy music plays all day and late night. Any pool room view gets loud music in the rooms all day. Resturant is same food with little twist each day. Very little choice and you get bored of the food. Other hotels have much better choice we stayed at before. Jungle aqua and sinbad where 10times better and jungle water park much better at half the price!. Management don't care, complain to them and they don't get back to you! This was the general manager, duty manager! Worse experience ever. Would never book again and advise others this is rubbish. Complex looks like cheap apartment on Airbnb. And photos ambience lighting don't look like photos at night! Very dim and dull. Al la carte restaurant you can only gononce a week! Was not bad but would definitely not pay £50 to eat there after only 1 allowed. Rooms you have to keep asking for toiletries and towels for 3 as drop 2. 30 min to check in after long flights, and had to ask for another room as room was not clean or of good standard. Book family pool view room and twin garden room. Atlease the garden room was quiet side. All plastic plates outside like a kids party. Drinks are so watered down only a shark would taste the drop in the ocean. Alcohol very cheap rubbish. Breakfast drinks just watered down squash. Then you have the reps going around harassing anyone pool side to book a tour. When get outside 3 times cheaper.

Absolutely Luxurious!! Everything is just awesome, from the moment you enter the staff strive for excellence. - Food: top quality food, endless variety, and the finest presentation. Chef SABRY at the main restaurant always ensured our satisfaction! No pictures will do enough justice to this place. - Pool Bars: serve fast food from noon to 5 pm, kids enjoyed the waffles with ice cream, Khalied and Ali are the best. - Felfela: A roof top restaurant by the adults pool, requires reservation, is magnificent. The mixed grill with authentic Egyptian appetizers and side dishes were from heaven. Moustafa and Hateem were so nice, they celebrated our son’s birthday. - Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are so comfy, Saad our housekeeping took a great care of us. - Pool and Water Slides: enough chairs for everyone, free cabanas by the poolside are also available, numerous slides suitable for all ages, with barely any waiting. - we enjoyed the Live music at the outdoor terrace every night after dinner sipping our favorite drinks. - Beach: shuttle bus took us to the beach, to find designated chairs and umbrellas for us as well as the food and drink. - The sad part is it is almost time to leave here. But hopefully we will be back again!

Our stay was amazing. We loved it. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. A few things to consider for improvements: 1- Food and beverage quality needs to go up. As an example, the quality of the coffee machine is very poor. The live cooking at the food stations was really good. Other types of food were not as good. 2- The swim up rooms need to be better labelled 3- The stay was really nice, although I felt that we overpaid 4- The arcade games were not as good as I expected. They were very expensive, many games didn't work and the games were not very well maintained. Honestly, I feel that if the quality of the food and service improves, this will take my experience to a fairytale.

Very Bad experience with Hotels.com Cause the property informed me that no reservation has been submitted to them!!!! And I lost more than 2 hours from my vacation trying to connect with any Hotels.com representative !!! This is the second same repeated setuation with hotels.com Very very bad experience 😒😒

Nice hôtel, location, service, aqua and food and beverage were in good quality but need some varieties. Expensive hotel compared with others in hurghada and sahl hasheesh and beach was without swimming with service a little bit poor.
