Great location on the lake. Plenty of kitchen space and seating for our party of ten girls who enjoyed sitting in there for meals and playing games. Bedding and bathrooms on main level good setup. Basement with musty smell making bad for additional sleeping situation.

This place was so beautiful! The kitchen was a pretty good size and where we hung out the most. Each bedroom was spacious also. I loved this house so much. Not too far from the restaurants/bars, but in a nice quiet area. John was so great and helpful! He recommended a few spots to check out and things to do while there. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this home for my bachelorette weekend and it was PERFECT. The home is spacious and beautiful. We had such a fun time and enjoyed the amazing views of the lake. The owners were so wonderful and helpful. Will definitely book this home again!

There were 10 of us that stayed. Finding the house was easy. The house is adorable, it fit everyone perfectly. There are 10 lounge chairs on the break wall with room to bring your own chairs down there. Getting down to the lake is Steep but if you just take your time you will get down there. we were all in flip-flops and really didn’t have much of a problem. Getting from the brick wall down to the lake, all the way to the left there are a few large rocks that makes it easy to get down there. The host Sean is a really nice person he called before we even left to tell us what is around there and places to go. And if you try to reach him he’s very quick at responding back to you and helping with whatever you need. We had an absolutely great time everything was amazing!

Booked this property for a bachelorette party. Beautiful lake views. Home accommodated our group well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to entertain. John was excellent with communication and giving us recommendations. Easy to get taxi services to pick up at this point! Great stay

I took my boys on our annual father/son trip to Geneva-on-the-Lake to go Walleye fishing.

This place was awesome!! John called me the week before to explain where everything was and even recommended some things for us to do. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could ever ask for! I definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to the area :)

Outstanding spacious house for the 8 of us spending the weekend! Tall ceilings with lots of windows to take in the lakeside view. John, the host, was very helpful in suggesting things to do as well as being proactive to the weather conditions. Great location, minutes away from shopping and nightlife.

My sister, two friends and I wanted to get away for a few days and selected this beautiful home on Lake Erie. The location was great, house was large and had all the amenities you could want. Would highly recommend this property. The owner actually called me instead of using the typical inbox messages which was a nice change.

We booked a wine tour with Sunset Taxis and spent the remainder of the time at Sportsterz Bar which had great live music.

Amazing property! Gracious host!
My family of 14 stayed 4 nights and we could not be happier. Many a fine meal was prepared in the best appointed kitchen we've ever had the pleasure of using. Lake views were breathtaking! Played endless games on the provided cornhole boards, looked for seaglass daily, and sat in the yard on provided furniture talking and laughing with fabulous sunsets and the sound of waves lapping as our backdrop.
Place was very clean with plenty of amenities and a ton of room to spread out. Basement is absolutely perfect for late night raucous party games (dont have to worry about disturbing the neighbors) and the whole gang fit very comfortably. Loved the "libations" honor system table and some of the decor pieces are just STUNNING works!
Host was very laid back, easy going, and quick to respond. Our stay was absolutely perfect and we would definitely book again!! Don't hesitate to snatch this place up.

We had a group of women stay at John’s place during the off season in February and we enjoyed our time very much. The kitchen was fully stocked. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. And the lake view was breath taking. Thank you for the nice getaway!

This house is perfect for your next girls trip! There are so many bathrooms/bedrooms so everyone can be comfortable. Felt super safe and was easy to get Sunset Taxi services. The views were STUNNING. You're right on the water! The host was super friendly and helpful and we'd definitely go back.

It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. The kareoke machine was fantastic - the view in the mornings with coffee was wonderful and it was close to the parks and Geneva! Perfect!

Owner very responsive and easy to deal with. Only hesitation to renting place again would be the pathway to get to water is pretty steep with loose gravel and would be difficult for elderly. Overall wonderful place.

This house is beautifully furnished & decorated, with breathtaking views from the kitchen, porch, & walk down to the shore. The property owner is very helpful, friendly, & responsive. The beds are comfortable. There is a huge fridge & freezer, & an awesome gas cook stove & several high quality grills outside that our husbands loved. There are lots of huge pots & pans, & other appliances. The kitchen is the one place that had some challenges. It has an odd sink that appears to have come from a restaurant kitchen. It's very deep & narrow & difficult to get into. The dishwasher is very tiny, & didn't work while we were there, so we washed all of our dishes by hand. While there were many large pots & pans there were other standard things that were missing (we do a lot of cooking & baking at our family reunions). The other concern is the path down to the lake. It's very steep & rutted with rain run-off, which made walking down & up for the elder generation more difficult. Overall, we would definitely rent this house again! I know they've put a lot of time & effort into it & I imagine things will continue to improve with time.

This was a great house for a long weekend, with six adults, (3 couples). The location is between Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake. It is about 15-20 minutes to beautiful wineries. The house is right on the water. We used to be three upstairs bedrooms. They were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms for each room very nice.
In the kitchen we really enjoyed the very large, commercial freezer and refrigerator. These were very helpful for cooking large group meals. There were two coffee makers one is a Nespresso that makes lattes.
Be aware, the walk to the water is very steep but we made it multiple times each day.

This is a beautiful, modern home with many conveniences. The three upstairs bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. An additional bedroom and bunk-bed room downstairs share a bathroom. The house is decorated in a way that is quirky and fun. The kitchen is extremely well supplied with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and appliances, as well as a huge fridge and freezer. There is ample seating outside to enjoy the lake breezes and beautiful sunsets. The owner is very responsive and really cares about his guests. The surrounding area has wineries, kayaking, biking, mini golf, and "the strip" at Geneva-on-the-Lake - something for everyone.

Appliance issues. Stove and freezer not functioning properly. Breakers tripped several times. Seating was unable to accommodate family meals. Much clutter in kitchen making food prep difficult.
Basement rooms damp and humid. Dehumidifier was not set up for continuous operation. Water intrusion during stay.
Downstair Bathroom was not conducive for guest use.
Break wall construction work with excavator continued throughout stay.
View was great and directly on Lake Erie. Close to Geneva. Many outdoor games provided.

The house slept everyone perfectly. With more bathrooms then you know what to do with. The house sits above the lake so you get great views. The concrete pad by the lake is also nice. They have beach chairs down there so you can sit by the lake for hours. It makes you feel like you’re on the ocean. Great place. Great Owner

We had my daughter's bachelorette party at this property. A beautiful home on the lake with a lovely porch with a view of the lake. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. A very pretty great room with attached kitchen with industrial fridge/freezer combo. Great for a group! Went to the GOTL strip Fri night and a wine tour the next day. Nice outdoor space for a firepit and cornhole and late night karaoke in the basement! There were more than enough towels for a group of women and the kitchen had just about anything you could need to prepare a great meal. John was a great host. We do hope to come back again!

This was a great place to stay. Large enough for the whole extended family. Lots of amenities included incase you forget anything. Commercial grade kitchen with any appliance you can think of. Great communication with host. Highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate NYE and it was an incredible time. We had a two more couples on the second night than the first and we found the space perfect for all our needs. The kitchen is incredibly stocked, I was able to cook for 10-12 with ease.
The host is communicative and I could sense his passion regarding the property. We were happy to enjoy the space ourselves for the weekend.
Parking was our only concern and we were able to fit everyone without issue.
I highly recommend this lake house to anyone who may ask!

This house and the owner were absolutely fantastic. We stayed with 13 adults, no problem with plenty of space. The owner responded to all questions quickly and everything you needed was already there. My family is already wanting to book another trip at this property.

Our group consisted of 6 ladies that had a wonderful time. We used Sunset Transportation for a beautiful tour of a few wineries and enjoyed the view inside and outside of the house. The house was very pretty and set up well for large groups.
