We were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect house to fit all of us. Cute little house that was close to everything we needed.

I was a little concerned when we arrived and found coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. The trash and recycling bins (outside) were completely full from the previous stay. I texted the property manager to inquire about setting them out for pickup, but I got no response. The grill only worked on one side. The washing machine door “broke” and wouldn’t stay closed to run a cycle. A technician came to fix it, but he couldn’t. We were offered reimbursement for using a laundromat. We tried to turn on the hot tub by following the directions given. When I texted the property manager, I got no response again. Other than that, our stay was great. We really enjoyed the backyard!

We stayed at this property for a couple days after a cross country move. House is spacious and well appointed. Beds are comfy and having backyard space for our pup was great. Purely personal preference that it is a bit noisy due to proximity to the intersection but we were tired enough after the 1,600 mile drive to not notice. Super high speed internet. Property is well loved and could use some touch up paint, otherwise a fantastic stay and can’t beat the location.

The house was great! Exactly what we were looking for in a very convenient location. The layout and rooms were nice, lovely yard and outside set up and the property manager was super helpful. Kitchen was fully set and functional. Also comfy couch! Which is sometimes not the case in rentals. Would stay here again 100%. Thank you for having us.

Perfect 4 day stay with two dogs who enjoyed the back yard. Hot tub was pristine and so welcome on a cool, rainy evening. Nice bedding and furnishings and a great kitchen. Well done!!

We had four couples in town for a wedding. Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Cute backyard. Bonus there was a hot tub! 10/10 recommend.

The house is nice inside, plenty of room, the back had nice seating and a fire pit with chairs. The hot tub was nice, it had a maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. My friend with no car used the bike to quickly get to old town and rode the Poudre trail which she said was nice. We hung a bridal gown and fancy dresses in one of the bedrooms with no problem. All of the appliances were nice.

Met our needs well for a nice place to stay in a great neighborhood for a family event. Very comfortable beds. However, the hot tub was dirty (foamy, noxious smell, pubic hair found) which was disappointing for our stay and a few other things were off (flooding in basement due to rain, screens ripped).

This was a great house for our family and my sister’s family. Loved having the ping pong table in the basement for the kids. Wish that the hot tub had been working during our stay (a technician finally came out to fix it at the end of our stay). We also wanted to use the bikes to ride into downtown but one of them had a flat tire :(
Dining room table could’ve used another light source and the coffee machine does not have an automatic shut-off (so just make sure you turn it off before you leave the house!)

Loved that this place was dog friendly and had an enclosed back yard for them to explore. Communication with vacation rental company was excellent!
Amenities, parking and comfort of beds were great!
A couple negatives for us were no oven mitts to be found, road noise from nearby Shields Street and suggest updating chainlink to keep neighboring dogs from interacting.

We love this house! This was our second stay there. The house is very spacious with a good size yard. Fire pit, hot tub and ping pong table are awesome. Perfect location. Only request would be a bigger couch or more seating in the living room. Otherwise, perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at Capitol Hill. The location was perfect, close to town and CSU. The beds were comfortable, the home was spacious, and there were extra amenities (shampoo, soap, towels). The internet worked great. Although we didn't use the backyard, it was very spacious. Stacy was very responsive and we had no issues. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

House was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood is near the university campus, so it is perfect for visiting. The check in process was simple and efficient. Plenty of television options and good internet. Would definitely recommend!

Family of 5 adults stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable property and outdoor space including jacuzzi was terrific! Easy access to downtown. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 to encourage owner to fill up the kitchen with more wares and tools to make it truly accomodating to all cooking needs. A bit more TV room seating would accommodate 5 people better. And drawers and hanging spaces in all bedrooms would be a nice enhancement. I'm old I'm picky and I want all comforts when I travel. That said I would stay here again.

The house is gorgeous and in a very nice neighborhood! There's plenty of space in this 4 bedroom and the kitchen was nice and updated. The dining table was huge and served as a good spot to get some work done or sit at with friends. We didn't get to use the hot tub or ping pong table but those were nice to have. The mornings were incredibly peaceful - we'd get up and walk to the nearest coffee shop (about 0.75 miles away) for breakfast - Fort Collins summer mornings are fantastic!

VRBO contact regarding this rental was not up to their usual support. After booking and paying for the rental VRBO still sent notices to book hold the quote price. VRBO never indicated that payment was received. VRBO kept sending reminders to book even after I paid the full rental costs. This was confusing until I personally confirmed with mountaintimerentals that all was recieved and we were booked.

Excellent location
Accommodations were great. It was nice having a fenced backyard since we have two dogs that we travel with. The Jacuzzi was phenomenal. It was great to soak in after a long day hike. Location was equally superb easy to get to old town and barely a mile away also convenient to many great hikes.

This is a great location to stay in Fort Collins. We were close to many walking trails, restaurants, bars and shopping. The house has a great layout that allowed us to have space to spread out. We will definitely be back.

Stacy was fantastic to work with! This cute bungalow is prime location to Old Town and had a lot to offer! We did need a few more bedding pieces, like blankets and sheets, but other than that, the place was nicely stocked. The street by the house was a bit noisy at times, but nothing that would keep me from returning. Thanks for having us!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week with our two adult sons. House is located so close to many of the things we enjoy doing in Ft. Collins (Old Town etc.). It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect for our family and had very nicely equipped bedrooms. Everyone loved the comfortable beds in all 4 rooms. We had fun playing ping-pong in the basement. It was all very clean and well cared for. The yard is a good size as well but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us. Would stay here again! Great Location.
Stayed at this home with 7 adults and an infant. Excellent location, plenty of room, and excellent backyard for our dogs. Only thing there were not enough towels, had to wash a load of towels everyday and the kitchen is very ill equipped for even basic cooking, didn’t even have hot pads.

Reviews raved about the cleanliness, which for the most part it was but there was an overwhelming mildew smell when you first walked in. We went to try and use the hot tub, barely lifted the lid and it smelled like something died in there, it is not being maintained. Stacey was very quick to respond and had the hot tub addressed right away. Cute neighborhood but you either have to drive or bike to downtown Fort Collins.

Wonderful stay
This is a fabulous property! We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood, access by the provided cruiser bikes to a wonderful park and miles of bike trails, and a soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. Owner was easily accessed via text, and check-in and check-out was easy.

Great house in Fort Collins
House was perfect for our softball trip. The girls loved the basement with the ping pong table and the hot tub was great! I can say to bring toilet paper, as we ran out quickly. Hot tub did need to be shocked bc it was foggy and lastly the property needs more house towels. There was not enough accommodate our party of 8. We had to wash everyday. Overall, house is in a great area, very close to Old Town Ft Collins which is a great little area. Great restaurants within walking distance of you can walk about 1.5 miles. We parked in the parking garage for $1/hr. Would def rent again from Mountain Time.

Perfect place for families
The Cherry Street house is a perfect place for families to gather. Excellent location with easy access to all that Fort Collins has to offer! The house layout is perfect for spending time together in the large kitchen common area, as well as finding your own private space in the two separate wings of bedrooms. Something to do for all ages with a ping pong table in the basement and hot tub on the covered back patio. The large deck, fire pit and grill in the back allowed for excellent evening dinners, and the fenced in backyard gave us peace of mind for our dog and younger guests. The thoughtful hosts provide two very nice Huffy cruisers with locks to adventure through town. In addition, they have a baby gate and a pack-n-play in the closet for those that have young ones. Comfortable bedding, excellent kitchen appliances, great neighborhood and very clean and well maintained home. Will always return to this place when in town!
