About this house rental

Welcome to Coopers North! We invite you to stay at this special place where we have tried to anticipate all your needs ... and surprise you with some things you might not expect. We think you'll love the modern architecture in our special little neighborhood and find comfort in our designer interior. We have tried to make this a place you'll want to come back to over and over, but mostly we just hope you have fun!

We've named our little pad "Coopers North" in honor of the late, great pool hall, CooperSmith’s, in Old Town Fort Collins. The pool hall opened in 1989 and they closed their doors on September 30th, 2022. Our basement "pool hall" is a recreation of CooperSmith’s which has been an integral part of our Fort Collins community. During your stay, don't forget to visit CooperSmith's Pub which is still open and making their own beer! It is one of the oldest breweries in Fort Collins.

This home features: Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ Ensuite Bath (upper level) | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (upper level) | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (upper level) | Plus Queen Air Mattress | Sleeps 8

OUTDOOR LIVING: The main level patio features an outdoor dining set with an umbrella and string lights, heat lamps, a gas grill and a hot tub! There is also a detached garage with a ping pong table, cornhole set and two complimentary bikes that are available for your use. Activities galore!

INDOOR LIVING: This home features a game room with a full-size pool table, dartboard and Skeech - an awesome new game created by some local guys which we think you'll love! There is also a card table, tons of board games and a hand-crafted bar to gather around. We want you to play games and enjoy our re-creation of CooperSmith’s!

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain in our home. Includes a toaster, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. The dining room comfortably seats six with four additional bar stools so that ten people can sit and enjoy a meal together.

BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and two full bathrooms upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: Multiple Roku TVs with streaming capabilities, high-speed WiFi, Sonos Bluetooth sound system, laptop-friendly workspace, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Plenty of street parking and one dedicated parking space in the detached garage.

LOCATION: Coopers North is within walking distance to New Belgium Brewery and Downtown Fort Collins - which we call Old Town. Old Town has everything from restaurants, bars and shopping to live entertainment in the square throughout the year. You can also walk over to the Kayak Park recently created on the Poudre River. There, you can watch kayaker's perfect their mad skills!

Bed linen was not laundered. Master bed is very uncomfortable with a deep divit on one side. Ice maker in freezer is broken so get ready to buy ice or use trays. Carpeting in hallways is stained and needs to be cleaned. When we opened the hot tub, we found beer bottle caps at the bottom along with hair balls and other disgusting debri. I called the property manager Stacy, at Mountain Time Vacation Rentals and no call back what so ever. She did send me an e-mail over twenty four hours later touting the fact that the property is cleaned and inspected regularly. Clearly, that is not the case and not even an attempt to send someone to clean the hot tub so that we could use it. Very disappointing and especially frustrating having to deal with the unresponsive manager at Mountain Time. Not recommended!

This property is super trendy and has everything you could want to stay entertained. It's close to downtown and a short drive to about anything you need. The only downside is we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property.

The house was well kept and had alot of fun things to do. The game room was amazing. It was universally located and able to get anywhere we needed whether by car or walking distance. We really enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed a week-long stay at Cooper's North. We enjoyed cooking, walks in the neighborhood, using the hot tub, playing games, etc. The house is in a very convenient location that is a short bike ride or walk to New Belgium brewery. The check-in process and communication with the host was very hassle-free.

We did not make the trip due to a snow storm. Instead of coming to a reasonable solution, the property manager sold me a worthless insurance policy the day before we were to travel. If you are looking for a corporate run VRBO who does not look out for your customers, you have found your place.

My mother was had an intensive surgery Poudre Valley Hospital and was admitted for about 5 days. My family and I needed a place to stay that was close to hospital so we could visit her daily without taking a 45 minute drive everyday back to Denver. This property was perfect as it kept two kids entertained and distracted while I had lengthy visits to the hospital. And when I rotated visiting shifts with my sister, the pool table and games gave me a mental break and distraction as well. It was perfect for the circumstances and the family enjoyed the entertainment amenities and cozy decor.

We had a riot at this house! Gaming space was awesome, the whole house is beautifully appointed, the beds were super comfy, and the managers were very responsive. This is one of the only neighborhoods in the area that allows VRBO rentals. It is conveniently located to everything and the interior is decorated to match the vibe of Fort Collins.

I can not say enough about this property. It was absolutely wonderful. Location was perfect to Old Town and close to the highway for our trips to Cheyenne. Every little detail was thought of in this property and the bedding and home were extremely comfortable. Communication was immediate and all special requests were accommodated. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying again for future trips.

Great spot near old town, very clean new house with comfortable beds, clean linens, great TVs and lots of extras - pool table, ping pong, skeetch, hot tub, bikes, and many other fun items. Highly recommend
