Une maison sale et négligée que l’on a payé bien trop cher.

L’emplacement est correct, à proximité des plages du sud de Minorque, en particulier Cala Galdana et Cala Mitjana.

La propreté et l’entretien étaient négligés dans cette maison. L’agence qui s’en occupe a du se déplacer dès le premier jour pour changer les rideaux de douche qui étaient noirs, faire un peu de ménage et changer pas moins de 3 ampoules grillées. Cela donnait l’impression qu’elle n’avait pas été occupée depuis un bon moment et laissée à l’abandon. Mais ce qui était inadmissible pour nous est que nous étions 6 personnes avec un bébé et qu’en réalité la maison n’était pas totalement climatisée. Cela n’était pas du tout clair et précis dans l’annonce publiée. Tout le haut de la maison, comprenant la pièce de vie, la salle à manger et la cuisine n’étaient pas climatisées. Seules les 3 chambres avaient une climatisation bloquée à 24 degrés qui ne pouvait être modifiée. Au final, il faisait plus de 35 degrés en haut et 24 degrés en bas. Une température intenable à l’étage et bien trop froide dans les chambres. Nous avons demandé à changer cela et on nous a répondu que les propriétaires ne voulaient rien faire et qu’il fallait faire avec. Finalement, nous avons tous été malades en plein mois d’août et notre bébé se retrouve à présent avec une bronchite. Au final, aucun geste commercial n’a été pratiqué, nous avons payé le prix fort pour une maison qui ne valait pas du tout le prix payé. D’une part parce que l’annonce est mensongère au sujet de la climatisation, mais aussi parce que l’équipement et l’entretien ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur.

Lovely location, plenty of room in the villa. Could possibly do with a little update here and there

The location of the property was very good. We have been to Menorca many times before so are familiar with the area. Only problem was we had two cars and only one parking space on the drive. Sometimes, it was very difficult to park the second vehicle

I think the kitchen equipment could have been a little better. We had constant issues with the power supply when we were trying to cook. Also we had to repair the outside umbrella as it fell apart in the wind,.

we had a fantastic stay at a lovely villa hosted by a great team a Sonne villas. would definitely reccomend

Perfect for our requirements. Grandparent hosting son and family with small children.

Location was great, shops, beach restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Pool perfect for little ones. Different areas suitable for different times of day. Very private.

Air conditioning in living area would have been a bonus but we hardly spent any time inside.

Disappointing

Location, pool and terrace. Lots of space in the house. Nice staff.

Furniture quite old including bedroom, mattress. bathroom is mouldy and smelled mouldy. Kitchen has seen better times.

Large confortable clean accommodation

Lovely pool -though some traffic/pedestrian noise Central convenient location Spacious Very helpful staff; quick to respond to queries.

Leak under sink - but was quickly repaired. Unusual layout - not a detached villa. No aircon in common areas.
